Lee I’m having to unfollow sooooo much of my dash because of atrocious takes about the lore finale/what donos are appropriate to send streamers, and now there’s hardly anyone on my dash that posts about lore, do you have a rec list? I follow you (obviously) and judgehangman and carpedzem already but I’m in a lore void otherwise, any good blogs that aren’t Weird (/neg) and/or rabidly anti ctommy OR cdream?

who are your favorite artists
Trying to keep this to active people, but I can't list favorite artists without listing @bigbaras, i just cant. I still aspire to design a c!Dream as crunchy as theirs <3
Anyway,

Just saw an art peice that gave me brainworms so i need to ask your opinion: do you ever think cdream sat and watched the lava, trying to identify shapes and pictures in it like cloudwatching, in the beginning? I think after the torture started it would be more like vigilance than imagination, trying to be alert every time the lava flow slowed like it would drop for the bridge (and trying to convince himself he wasn’t seeing things) (i think on occasion, he would, even with his denial)

oh, I LIKE this. (and might the art you’re thinking of be this excellent one, by @vioarry?)
Dream trying anything he can to stave off hellish boredom, looking for anything to pass the time: staring into the lava until his eyes feel dry and his head feels fuzzy. He tries to get to sleep by following a sluggish bubble of molten rock: watches it rise, burst, fall in the odd current. He sees shapes even when he’s not looking for them.
Even before the torture begins, Dream has attuned every sense to the sound of redstone and the parting of the lava. When Quackity’s visits start, it becomes so much worse. Every pop of the lava makes him twitch. He watches sleeplessly trying to search out the signs that the flow is stopping.
It’s something to do. Something to become an expert in: how lava looks when Sam cuts off the source. How lava looks when Dream’s half-conscious and dizzy and staring at the light, fuzzily groping for something familiar, convinced for an instant that he sees shadows he recognizes.

Who inspires you, if there is anyone specific?
this entire fandom is full of insanely creative artists, editors, cosplayers and writers. I don't think I could possibly say just a few names, since there's just so many cool people
and that's just within this fandom. there's countless artists, painters, designers- and folklore and history too. I think Alfons Mucha had a huge influence on my style, along with a contemporary japanese artist Sakizo

Hello everyone! i've decided that the stress of being in this fandom is too much and hence i'm leaving. This blog will still be up however i will no longer be using it. Never thought i'd say this but i'm no longer a dream stan however i want to thank all of you for making the last one and a half year as wonderful as it was
shoutout to dreamsclock, judgehangman, the-final-sif and several other members of dreblr who made my day with their analysis and art i truly would not have had as much fun as i did if it wasn't for you all (i still have the screenshot of when judgehangman followed me i couldn't believe my eyes when that happened haha and when dreamclock would pop up in my notifs i would get soo scared how did you find me??? 😭😭 )
shoutout to asweetlime, vioarry, tiredfox, kenjo-arts and messy-ggukki for being incredible fanartists as well as some of the nicest people alive man what can i even say to you? there's no words to describe how pretty your craft is (also shoutout to messy-ggukki for being my emotional support human plushie)
