Vehicular combat games is a genre that’s not really been heard of for the past 20 years or so. In this video I look at a couple of forgotten gems of the genre and put them head-to-head: S.C.A.R.S. (1998) and Rollcage (1999).

Once upon a time, I read a post by someone who hated motorcycles. Said that they only had such a presence in fiction because of the Rule Of Cool factor, and laid out some arguments as to why motorcycles sucked as practical vehicles. Sadly, I can’t remember what those arguments were, or where I saw them.
Neither have my attempts at research turned out any other arguments as to the impracticality of motorcycles, so the question remains like an itch in my mind.
