michael named his headphones martha and george (see: my random bmc headcanons post) as a pjo reference except. jake has actually not read pjo. he probably grew up on idfk penguin classics or something instead. so when he becomes aware of this knowledge he just stares at michael blankly and goes "... Washington? Like Martha and George Washington?", to which michael stares back and deadpans "Yes. Like Martha and George Washington." (meanwhile, christine is spluttering in the background in disbelief.)

Thought it was about time I finally share my take on basilisk Adrian-

Of all the basilisk experiments, Adrian was the most important to Belos and his plans for the Day of Unity. He needed a basilisk to be directly part of the draining spell, so he had to raise one that would eventually take the place of a coven head when the time came (and in the main Juniper timeline - where I am sticking as close to canon as possible - Adrian replaces them).

Throughout Adrian’s entire life, he wasn’t aware of the fact that he was a basilisk, though. The only people that knew were Belos, and the select few that were helping him with the experiments. Two of the witches part of the team posed as Adrian’s parents while they studied and raised him. He was monitored at all times growing up to make sure he blended in with his peers, and that no suspicions were raised about the basilisk project. If at any point Adrian got emotional and transformed back into his natural form, his “parents” would extract and burn those memories so that anything relating to basilisks was wiped from his mind. Because basilisks need magic as a source of food, he has to drink specially made elixirs - similar to the owl beast one in a sense, because it also allows him to keep his witch disguise. As he got older, his transformations were less frequent and he can hold his witch form without any issue.

Even though basilisks are considered a type of beast demon, since they *are* able to use a very specific kind of magic, I think it’s possible they might have a bile sac as well. In Adrian’s case, obviously his magic is very weak (maybe because he consumes magic through potions instead of a stronger source?), so that’s why he was thrown into the illusion track. It would be easy enough to fake his abilities, plus illusionists are already seen as the “weakest” of the covens so he fits right in.

Also the show already established that it is possible to restore memories that were destroyed, so Adrian’s breakdown during Labyrinth Runners? Everything about his existence as a basilisk came flooding back, his entire identity turned out to be a lie, of course it would hit him hard!!

Headcanon:

Zim is an absolutely terrible cook UNLESS you give him access to a grill and a deep fryer, at which point he can cook just about anything with almost masterful skill.

This is because whenever Zim starts using a deep fryer and grill, he not only has several years of experience due to Foodcourtia, but his PAK encoding as a food service drone gives him everything he needs to know about fast food related cooking devices, even if he’s long since forgotten it or never knew it in the first place, and gives him access to all the fast food recipes he will ever need.

Shou destroys Ritsu's balcony twice throughout their years of friendship. was it an accident ?? a fight ?? some sort of utterly stupid prank ??? ritsu & shou never talk about it and no one can read them enough to find out. The Kageyama parents are ConcernedTM but they don't do anything about it cuz 1. Shou takes care of fixing it every time. 2. They can see how Ritsu is happy around his friend & they would never wanna ruin that for him. Shigeo actually knows, but he really doesn't care enough because that's not even close to the worst any of them has seen.

He’s been watching kdrama after kdrama of boys falling in love, with popcorn and everything and had a mini theatre in the ship, while he ruled.

That’s his favorite pastime. Telling Wrench to hack into earth systems and find him things to watch, ever since he found out about the entire concept of movies and series and tv shows. It was a BL based on royalty and traitors and something that caught his mind, and Heckyl has never looked back.

He also vents his frustrations on Wrench and Fury and Singe and Poisandra whenever there’s a slowburn. They get to hear ENTIRE SHOW STORIES, complete with dramatic pauses, “give me more of a reaction!”s, and everything else, that you can expect from a tv show’s fan.

It’s pain for them, but he’s their boss, so well— they gotta deal with it. What’s worse, is that Wrench keeps finding him more… and more… 👀

Hiro is also a transgender, by choice of my own. Like Edward, he has had top surgery but feels no need to get bottom surgery.

Though, unlike Edward, there isn't *that* much story, at least none that I can't remember because head empty at the moment.

I can answer for Hoojiro though! (Or at least make an attempt.) I think Hoojiro would probably really like having her hand held for some reason. I dunno why. Guess it just made enough sense in my silly little head lol.
