A bouquet arrives — filled with one of each type of flower! Plus a package filled with various goodies — a book on ancient histories, a sparkling gem, and a mysterious map! Happy Starlight!

The Archeologist looked in surprise at the gift outside her inn room door. A beautiful bouquet, and a package besides! 'From Archon Fenetrie, to a happenstance traveler' was the note attached. A bemused smile crossed her face. "Oh, what a charmer."

She took the flowers inside, arranged them delicately in a vase, holding each flower in amusement. "How did he know..." She muttered to herself, seeing each of the unique flowers she had dedicated to other travelers she had met. Well, he was an Archon, and a Scion to boot. Perhaps he asked around... She took out her Allagan Wand, set it to setting #352 and the flowers froze in place, perfectly preserved.

Satisfied, she reached for the package. The package opened and the contents gently laid on the inn desk, Archie flipped through the book with interest, studied the gem intently, and passed a glance to the map. "Well, I know the perfect individuals for these gifts. I will have to send a gift in return to the good Archon and his family." She gathered up her things, putting the gifts in a special pouch on her backpack. "Happy Starlight to all you flowers." She smiled and shut the door behind her.

4. Did they have different responsibilities in the Pact?

Yden's never been with the Pact! By the time she joins the group, Rhowan's left the Pact and is working independently. Even so, Rhowan is The Commander and Yden isn't much of a leader, she would be in a much smaller research position and possibly being the head of important expeditions, she is a very powerful elementalist, after all.

13. Who was on the airship that crash landed in Cantha?

Yden was! And Rhowan was really mad about it! Both of them go with Gorrik to meet Ankka, and Yden is the one who follows with Aurene and Rhowan is SO pissed about it. When they finally track down what happened with Yden and Aurene, Rhowan almost causes a second international incident.

16. How effective are they as a team?

Extremely! Especially in a fight, they have a push and pull fighting style, Rhowan is a close, melee fighter and Yden is a caster with a long range and they work seamlessly. Yden's fighting has gotten much more aggressive, after years of fighting side by side with Rhowan, she's been influenced. Yden is the powerhouse and Rhowan picks up what she misses. They figured out this fighting style during the fight at Kodash Bazaar with the Awakened army. Yden's electricity is extremely effective against Balthazar's metal soldiers.

In any other situation, Rhowan leads and Yden follows along.

I adore Hali and I love the story that you are making with her and Aymeric. Honestly lalafells don’t get enough of such good rep. (There are plenty here on tumblr, but outside? Lolnope) I do miss seeing Yume a twinge but Hali is such a great character that I understand the swap! i've followed ur blog for years now and whilst i've kinda moved on from raven cycle and foxhole court seeing you on my dash every now and then is really comforting. it's this little warming feeling of 'oh! hello again!', like that one book you know you won't read again but love is in the cracks of its spine and its worn out pages so you keep it tucked in its place and let nostaligia collect like dust.

child's play: thoughts on dolls? do you collect anything?

i loved dolls when I was a kid (i was partial to Bratz and Bratz rip offs) but i had a fit against feminity when I was 14 and gave them all away.... always loved monster high dolls and their fashion.

not a huge collector cause i do love throwing things away but lately I've made it my project to get my hands in as many Oresteia copies as i can....
