Sims 4 Build- One Room Cabin (BGC+CC)

This is actually a room build, which means that there is no roof. However, you can place it wherever you want on any lot. It also has windows and a door, so the roofing is the only renovation needed. Besides the CC, it only uses base game items. If you have tiny living it is a tier one tiny home.

The Sims 4: "Tiny" High School

Since the buildings in this school are relatively small (100 tiles or less), it feels full and lively at almost all times. This high school comes with an outdoor pool and basketball court as well as music, woodshop, and science rooms! There are a ton of skill building activities here to get your teen sims ready for uni!

I really need to do a photoset of the progress of the Forsythe lot lmao it’s.... impressive now. And still a “tiny” home actually. I don’t consider making roofs over bare ground/ground level non-platform flooring cheating because hey I have vampires, one who can’t be in the sun and one who won’t be able to once she ages up! the only other cheat-y room I have is the room where Anura has her sleeping coffin (she has the weakness of only being able to sleep in coffins) because that fucker takes up 12 square units PLUS another 3 to get in and out of the room. Other than that, yes it is 64 square units thank you very much :P Most of the stuff I used isn’t CC, but the hexagon windows are by Mutske, and I used some of the Winter Garden stuff by Pierisim (seen here, the roof over the pool on the far left, and the front door), and Anura’s coffin room is in a screened in porch courtesy of Peacemaker
