Setting up Callie's save in Sulani and I had to make a minimart, for her to probably use once lol

There's 2 buildings on the lot so thinking about doing a souvenir/surf/scuba equipment shop (we'll have to see if the cc allows tho lol

I'm so happy with how this turned out i've always struggled with doing minimart/grocery shops - thank god for cc fr fr.

'Untitled’ | A Sims 4 Build (WIP)

So I was recently inspired by some amazing SF-esque builds I’ve seen by some super talented builders like @cowboycid, @beetlemp3, and @shysimblr. With the new pack on the way, I wanted to try a new build out of my comfort zone. This build was replicated from the Hayes Valley Inn and Chez Maman in SF. See more photos below the cut. I’m also really proud to say that I only used 1 piece of CC in this entire build (windows), which is a new record for me...then again this is not fully furnished yet so we’ll see if that changes.

Looking forward to sharing this soon as a followers gift for hitting a new milestone!

i based the shape of this house off one i saw in dearborn heights, but honestly…idk if i like it yet. like i like it, but idk if i like it for this save. this lot was just unnecessarily big. i might change it to be two homes :/ but i haven’t decided.

the backyard will probably change a bit if i keep it. i won’t know until i do the rest of the neighborhood 🥲. there only one lot left and that lot will have a bigger starter home. like a 4-sim starter home.

The library 📚 Part of a larger build.

The staircase is functional with the wall mounted bookshelves from the Book Nook Kit! They also do a good job hiding the railing glitch you get with staircases placed against a wall 😜

i've been working on a new home for the houston's! / it's basically an updated version of their copperdale home / i completely forgot that it doesn't snow in del sol valley :/ & with winter approaching in my game, I really want the kids to enjoy the snow / so brindleton bay will have some new residents very soon!
