Sandtrap Flat makeover. I used a lot of @kiwisim4 and @surely-sims Once I do the back yard I'll share it.

Update: I've finished the landscape. Info below the cut.

Sandtrap Flat fits on any 30x20 Lot (plants are native to desert worlds though) CC is included but I suggest you sort it using either Tray Importer or SFS. Some sets are merged. However only one or two clutter/deco items from merged sets. Little Dica cafe set I used trim on the house you can replace it with basegame. Harrie set I used a tote bag.

Without sorting file is 17 GB. Just so you know.

Culture Square [40x20]

convival :: natural light :: sunny aspect

💡placed on sandy run in newcrest

💡each building is equipped with a food stall, so it’s kinda like indivual restaurants [“american”, sulani, mt. komorebi, and batuu]

💡newcrest populous usually spends founder’s day here. fire works, street galleries, all the works

:: culture square was a project headed by jun sato, a mt. komorebi native, and mayor roman legune. it was erected to be a point where people could experience different cultures without having to pay money to fly across the world. each vendor is run and managed by natives of the culture.

bruh the TIME i had tryna choose photos for this post. i’m obsessed with this lot. it works best in combination with littlemssams automatic employee mod, but you definitely don’t NEED it for this lot to be functional. you would just have to pay for each vendor individually to show up.

Hey 8)

I’m jay, a 20 year old ADHD simmer, and I plan on posting various content related to the sims 4 once I get my FUCKING SHADERS TO WORK. For the love of god, I’ve spent at least 6 hours on this shit 😭 it’s insane, I can’t tell if it’s bad luck or if im technologically illiterate

I hyperfixate on the sims for a couple weeks every ~2 months, so you can expect inactivity most of the time, and then huge dumps of content. Most of the time, when I’m not playing the sims, I’m working on a writing project or drawing. Other video games I play include Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and No Man’s Sky.

I hope to get to know a bunch of you as I embark on my simblr journey!

hi, sam here (>‿◠)✌

this is my first sims blog, so there's gonna be a bit of mess for a bit, at least until i figure stuff out, lol. anyhoo, i'm sam! i'm from England and i'm not used to king charles being the king yet! i'm going to be 27 in just over a month. descriptions are hard. more about me, er... i'm agender, and i use they/them pronouns.

i've been in the sims community since i was but a baby, kinda. i used to watch my older step brother playing the first few games, then he let me have a go and i proceeded to start killing my first few sims lmao. didn't get my hands dirty proper until the sims 2, and i proceeded to get stuck into that university expansion because back then it was *amazing*. now we've got the sims 4 and we've got CC for days!

i have been described as an insufferably smart and a little sensitive meme gremlin that walks that fine line between blessed, cursed, and just straight up cringe. i adore creepy cute aesthetics, but i also love the juxtaposition between life and death and even though i can't look after plants good, i do like looking at them. you'll find me to be a laid-back simmer with a variety of different things going on; though you may find mostly wlw content because i really like making female sims. (women are pretty)

please beware - i use extreme violence and wicked whims in my games, which means some of the content i make is safer for older audiences. likewise i would prefer to keep this blog adult only in general as a result. no hate on minors, don't worry, just the content here won't always be suitable. ✌

i'm disabled. namely, i am autistic (diagnosed twice, feel free to ask how that happened, i don't mind), i'm dyspraxic, i have EDS (Ehlers Dahnos Syndrome) but while i have been diagnosed they are unsure if it is hEDS or another variant. i have other disabilities as well however i think we'd be here a little bit too long if i detailed everything! i hope to see you around!

Piccola ma bellina - Oasis Springs

literally, this house name is "small but cute". I have played a lot with a family in this house, and I must say that it is very comfortable.

guess what's here too? arched doors! haha!

as you enter there is a small studio - very difficult to photograph - and on the left the kitchen with the living room.

upstairs there are two bedrooms, one master in green, and the other a teenager who loves DIY, the Etsy Queen! I am so obsessed with this room! You can find it as a room in my gallery (ID vulnaviasims).

i based the shape of this house off one i saw in dearborn heights, but honestly…idk if i like it yet. like i like it, but idk if i like it for this save. this lot was just unnecessarily big. i might change it to be two homes :/ but i haven’t decided.

the backyard will probably change a bit if i keep it. i won’t know until i do the rest of the neighborhood 🥲. there only one lot left and that lot will have a bigger starter home. like a 4-sim starter home.

Crawdad Quarter was the very first area I finished in the save and though my building has improved quite a bit since then, I still love how interactive it is. From left to right, we've got: Bayou Sentinel and Antiques, Ally's Salon & Spa, Ellington's Jazz Lounge, and Willow Museum & Streetcar Station. Alongside Magnolia Promenade, the neighbors have just about every community lot they might need!
