Background:

Grew up your regular, average country boy on the family farm in Henford-on-Bagley, the youngest of two boys in the Cartwright family, but very quickly decided the quiet country life wasn’t really for him. He made the move to San Myshuno to study and get his law degree before opting for the ultimate sea change and moving to the beach where the sun, fun and sand is going completely to waste while he works day and night. Really, he could be anywhere and not notice.

Happy to go out with those he’s close to - he’s not a complete recluse. He’s sociable with folks he knows well but it takes a little warming up to get him there with new faces. He gets nervous and tongue-tied when talking to strangers. Unless those strangers are in the process of getting a divorce; then he can talk the leg off a chair even though he doesn’t really enjoy doing so.

He blames his older brother, Eric, for entering this competition but will quietly agree that it’s about time he settled down. Man cannot exist on work and fishing alone.

After her mother died in a mysteryous illness, Nafisa became obsessed with health and crystals. She swears of the crystals healing powers, that's why she wants to sell her organic, healing jewellery one day, in her own store. For now, she's concentrating on her wellness journey: becoming an expert in yoga and massage.

Nafisa became a famous influencer really young, when she shared tips for others with wellness and crystals. She has now a growing fanbase, which she loves and adores. But she still feels empty inside. So, she set out on the journey of love, hoping to find her other half.

solo dates.

i decided to do some more solo dates to get through some more contestants and decided to do four in one night. it was a rollercoaster of emotions for eden!

first was the lovely circe, who unfortunately does not seem to be attracted to eden, but they still had a good time foraging for stuff. second was jade who spent 90% of the time pranking and being mischevious with eden, which went over very well. third was blaire, who had a very pleasant and flirtatious chat with eden! and lastly was kai, who unfortunately wasn’t very receptive to eden’s advances.

She/ Her

Ophelia is 28, a cat lover and loyal .. though she feels so deeply connected to the people she cares for it tends to lead to an unhealthy feeling of jealousy and insecurity when she’s separated from them for too long. Which has put off some of her previous partners and therefore only amplified the problem.

She grew up in Henford-on-Bagley and always felt happiest in nature and surrounded by animals and her family. Although she trained to be a veterinarian she finds herself spending more and more of her free time baking and is thinking about a career change into the the culinary arts if the sadness from having to see her little furry friends suffer ever gets too much.

Another hobby of hers is singing and she loves listening to music, but only cottage core and blues are acceptable. She has a deep dislike of organ playing and electronic music of any kind !

Her favourite color is green, she absolutely does not like the color black and is a little (a lot) afraid of the dark. She hopes to find someone to settle down and live happily ever after with so she never has to sleep by herself again.

Maybe Mini could be that someone?

Hadrian’s Perfect Fit

Hadrian is ready to look for love again after having his heart broken on Ada's Bachelorette. The 33 year old stylist admits that the Bachelorette was not his finest moment, and has come to accept that he wasn’t being true to himself. Our newest bachelor is bringing a twist to the traditional challenge - Hadrian is bi with a preference for masc partners. So there may be fewer glamorous dresses this season, but Hadrian assures us there will be plenty of romance. The Bachelor and contestants will spend quite a bit of time traveling to exotic locales as Hadrian is looking for someone to go on adventures with.

The show is currently searching for contestants, and will be accepting applications until June 22nd.

Submission Guidelines

YA preferred (for the purpose of this BC that means under 40), Adult submissions will be considered and entered at Hadrian’s discretion

Gay/Bi/Pan/Queer men, nonbinary individuals, and trans masc sims accepted.

Please fill free to give them careers and skills (and cheat them a reasonable amount - don’t max everything). No romantic or unfairly traits please.

Your sim will need an entry introduction and a backstory/profile that gives me more information to go off of. Please feel free to dm me more information if you want there to be surprises or if you just think of something. Sims eliminated from other bcs will be allowed as long as their bio addresses what happened.

This BC is a bit of storytelling and gameplay so decisions will not be made purely from results. Eliminated sims may be used as side characters in potential post bc story (but if you want them back feel free to let me know). Also please let me know on the form if your sim is okay with getting pregnant or getting others pregnant (or neither or both) since mpreg is an option in my saves. I will do my best to properly interpret your sim’s personality, but this is going to be my best guess based on what you give me.

Please provide at least 1 outfit for each category preferably 2-3 for everyday and formal

Maxis Match CC allowed within limits (hair below 7mbs, skin details, tattoos welcome) CC can if be used for the first everyday outfit, but not the rest unless it is repeated (ex. Cc glasses or jewelry from the first outfit can be added to the other outfits since it’s not adding additional files). I have default replacement eyes and about a half dozen Sorbet Remix, Academia, and Jewl eyes so I will be using ones I already have, but I will try to get close if you specify a color. No Alpha cc, sliders, or custom traits (they will show up blank and I will fill them in based on their story).

No occults, vanilla sims preferred.

Pack info: All current EPs and GPS, no kits, and some SPs (Tiny, backyard, kitchen, tots, kids, movie, knitting, Moschino, laundry, and spooky)

All submitted sims will be accepted at my discretion up to 20 sims.

Marceline’s BC Update

There are now three spots left so if you guys wanted to join please do looking for more guys as I want an even amount of Guys and Girls.

This is based off Legend Of Zelda so sims are to be like LOZ people but as sims

Hylian (Like Marceline with the pointing ears but all of them should have them)

Rito (as they are birds in LOZ we are creating them with wings)

Zora (as they are aquatic folk in LOZ we are creating them as mermaids)

Guerdo (are warriors and a women only tribe no men allowed)

Shiekah (are ancient warriors, they are the chosen guardians of the Goddess Hylia and were sent to be the protectors and guides of the descendants of her mortal incarnation, the Royal Family of Hyrule)

My #1 post of 2022

My first post in 2022 and I was inspired by @kalissimsblog and @samssims bachlor/bachlorette challenge and wanted to do one myself.

Introducing the Bachelorette Marceline Faron, Daughter of the leaders of Hyrule.

Marceline is looking for love a promise she made to her mother when she passed way two years ago and Marceline’s bestfriend suggested to do this.

Quick Facts about Marceline:

*She is twenty four years old

*She has a Distinguished With Honors degree in Computer Science

*She wants adventure she wants to explore Hyrule

*She will and can ramble about Computer Science and Technology that is your only warning

Yeah I’m doing my own Bachlorette Challenge I made the world Hyrule (From Legend Of Zelda) so I will stay invested in it.

I’ll accept eight contestants, Now they are different domains in Legend Of Zelda as you can see from the list and I adjusted them in brackets to work in the sims.

Evelyn Marsh is a doctor that has recently finished her residency at a local hospital. She decided to take a short break before looking for a new job to focus on herself and possibly find love. When she came across an ad for Valerie Mayfield’s Bachelorette Challenge, Evelyn thought it was the chance at love she was looking for! Even if she and Valerie are not meant to be, it would be a nice change of pace before going back to work.

Evelyn spends her spare time cooking up a storm in her kitchen. Friends and family love coming over when she has been cooking, since it is always really tasty. It would probably come as a surprise to you then that her favorite food is Mac ‘n’ Cheese. You can do a lot with it whether it is just some boxed stuff or a fancy one made from scratch.
