[Day Ten] Group Outing

Okay my plan was to let everyone have a wholesome fun time together at the beach. I didn't initiate any sort of interactions; I let them do their own things & just watched to see what would happen. Let's just say - there's alot of jealousy in this house & unfortunately most of the relationships took a hit.

Things were still going okay... Fern was just in a super flirty mood & wanted to kiss everyone. I lowkey thought Gabriel was coming over after Fern & Rowan kissed to get mad but it was fine. They all just told jokes & laughed. Andy had zero hard feelings when Fern kissed Rowan right in front of her.

This is where things went wrong. Amara came over & Fern autonomously kissed her hands in front of basically everyone (except Mike, he was busy doing the BlicBlock dance in the water). My notifications were going a little wacky because everyone except for Andy (who was too interested in the random sim digging in the sand); Merle, Rowan & Gabriel all had a self discovery for jealousy pop up (which I declined tbh). But they were all very upset. This is when Fern decided to wrap it up & took everyone back to the mansion.

Theos back. and being as shady as ever. he had his reasons for being absent which will come to light a little bit later on. This challenge was just who can last the longest on the treadmill without quitting. falling down was okies as long as they got back on . HOWEVER.. Lamar what was down in the basement .. like what was down there my love. he was so fixated. Apparently Elia and Xena had some hidden talents i wasnt aware of and those two can MARATHON on those things and kept going long after. Congrats babies. and youre welcome for not making it another fishing challenge,scar.

Despite having a challenging childhood, he has been an extremely compassionate and involved single father* to his 10 year old daughter Shereé! But between his demanding job and being the primary caregiver to a very loved and spoiled 10 year old, he's had little opportunity to fill the relationship void in his life. -> Random Rapid-Fire Dislikes: Any kind of "excessive" noise (fireworks, music with a lot of "banging," noisy people, etc.) Getting stuck in traffic. Mayonnaise and most soups for some reason?? The fact that he snores (RIP to whoever shares a room with him... he's tried everything to stop it). Getting paired with someone who doesn't know what they're doing in a multiplayer game mode. People who don't brush their teeth. Toe socks. Snakes!!! (He would say: "Something that can eat you is not a damn pet!")

*Note: Just wanted to add that he has absolutely no issues with his ex, they just didn't work out as a couple. His ex sees Shereé every other weekend, but Shereé has always lived with Terrance full time.

Luxor Amata for Scarlett's love is embarrassing BC

Guess who is back (in an alternate timeline)? I totally forgot about the existence of bachelor challenges when I was playing with Luxor for the lust generation of my legacy, until he was old and already fully committed to his wife. I think doing a bachelor challenge with Luxor would have been really fun, but doing one myself with him now, even in an alternate timeline, wouldn't make sense for me since Luxor has already established his story and lore in my sims universe. So, when I saw @theosconfessions post for Scarlett's Love is Embarrassing BC I got this idea where Luxor can still participate in a BC in some way and let others have fun with him. I thought, what if I make an updated version of Luxor set in an alternate timeline where he hasn't met the love of his life yet and so it's entirely possible that he ends up with Scarlett? So, I gave Luxor a makeover and pitched this idea to Stacey (theosconfessions) and luckily she liked it!

"Blondes have more fun, right?" That is what Luxor heard some of his co-stars say on the set of the upcoming series where he plays a role in. When he asked what they were talking about, they showed him Scarlett's bachelorette challenge call. Luxor's heart skipped a beat and suddenly it felt like his brain wasn't getting enough oxygen anymore. For a while now, Luxor really wants to find someone to grow old with and thinks that Scarlett might be the one. Luxor has had his fair share of official (and unofficial) relationships in the past and it's safe to say that this heartthrob already has a lot of experience in the dating field. One might attribute his need for love and affection to his childhood, in which his single mother, who tried to keep her head above water as a criminal, was often angry at him and didn't give him much attention until he was a little older. But don't get me wrong, Luxor is 100% capable of being fully committed when he finds the right person. He is charismatic, has a good heart and doesn't actually want to cause anyone heartbreak. Although his noncommittal trait caused him sometimes to suddenly jump from one relationship into the other or have multiple at once (and this 'multiple at once' can also be applied to a couple of in the bedroom activities he has had), he feels that it is finally time to settle down and find someone to build a future with. Luxor is currently a B-lister celebrity with a love for stand-up comedy and playing the guitar. He is romantically more interested in women but open to explore romantically, and has had woohoo experience with both men and women. His PR agency told him that it would be better for his public celebrity image to keep that last one under wraps for now. The life in the spotlight can sometimes be a bit hectic, and Luxor hopes that he can find in Scarlett someone to come home to, cuddle on the couch with, tell his new jokes to, go on dates with, play guitar for, have romantic dinners with, go on advetures with, visit the petting zoo with (he absolutely loves the little goats), make memories with, and to show him if it's true when they say that blondes have more fun (whatever fun for them may mean *wink wink*). And what better place to meet Scarlett than one of Luxor's favorite vacation locations, Tartosa!

[Day Twelve] Speed Date #1

The first person Fern took out for a one on one date was Gabriel. She saw how hurt he was after the day at the beach & wanted to apologize. They went out to a cute little diner for breakfast. Gabriel accepted her apology & were soon flirting like nothing had happened. They actually got their food this time & of course had to have a little makeout session in the bathroom before leaving (they even forgot to pay before they left, oops).

this was by far the most chaotic group date ive witnessed so far. and thats saying something being that i went through three of them already with 18 sims haha. everyone was everywhere and they kept changing clothes i was like where are you guys finding the time ? theyre like in between skating,duh. xena took it upon herself to be a 'host' almost in theos stede. who was definitely missing from this. i do usually send him along to bare witness but he was having a moment with dusty at home so i let him. they were all obsessed with skating like it was a problem.the only one that didnt completely wipe out was luxor. scarlett made out with eugene mainly all night but then wondered off to go make jokes with elia when he wasnt asleep in a rocking chair. soren had me laughing so hard. she likes to have fun but she was like scar...you have some problems with carnivals for sure. parker wasnt feeling ANYTHING or anyone. sofia left early as did parker. and julia wasnt there for too long. pres and lamar are my fave new friendship i could watch them all day
