I don't know if that is really the source, but the "forgive me" in the end of Just a Man from Epic the musical reminds me of the "forgive me" when Odysseus throws Astyanax off the walls of Troy in the show Troy: Fall of a City, and I absolutely love it.

One thing I find absolutely fascinating about Troy FOAC (2018) is how.. bland a vast majority of the characters look. Sure, there are some great choices, like Agamemnon, Cassandra, Priam and Odysseus, but aside from that? Paris, Hektor and Melenaus look almost identical to me, I cannot tell Helen and Hecuba apart 80% of the time, the only reason why I don't mix either of them up with Briseis is because of the latter being with the Greeks. They all look the same in such a bland, overlookable manner that makes the show so hard to watch as well. You're telling one of the most famous mythological stories out there and cannot be assed to make your characters distinguishable from eachother? That's just lazy at that point.
