Fuck it it’s my tournament and I don’t like the idea of Asgore and Toriel winning from name recognition and shit alone, Lonleyeyes is officially back in the running.
sorry Torigorey fans, but seeing as they are THE MOST well known divorce, and most people know their names and that they’re divorced, I don’t think it’s fair to the other divorces. This is for “Best divorce” not “Most well know and therefore only voted for bc of name recognition divorce”

whats your sincere opinion on torigorey?
Not really a fan, I think they cannot work in any post-divorce scenarios and their attitudes with eachother both on UT and DR are really toxic, with Asgore not taking the hint that Toriel isn't interested and her being extremely rude to him to the point of hurting his relationship with Kris, which, whether done intentionally or not, are pretty shitty things to do.
I also really dislike the general depiction of the two getting back together as if nothing happened and the way half the fandom demonizes a single member of the pairing as if they weren't both in the wrong, though the Asgore haters annoy me more because they're not paying enough attention instead of reading into things too much like how the Toriel haters do.
It's not the worst ship in the world, past depictions of it can work and I'll admit that it's aesthetically pleasing, so I'm not an anti or anything, it just annoys me sometimes haha
Anyways, I think that's it? Sorry for rambling lol, this is just a topic that I have a lot of thoughts on
