@tolkienvillainsweek Day 3– Creatures and Minions of Evil
Had some thoughts about Orc Women, I picture them being basically made to feed and clothe and breed the armies of Morgoth and later Sauron. They live apart from the men in farming/weaving communities, (except when it’s mandated they make a new generational soldiers) and are forced to give up all the male children at a young age to be trained as the dark lords ground troops canon fodder. This particular woman is a member of a weaving community, hence her and her child’s nicer clothes. (The first thing the human officers do after he’s taken away is toss his little hat on a heap and shave his baby curls)

@tolkienvillainsweek day four: corrupted elves and dwarves
And Aredhel bore to Eöl a son in the shadows of Nan Elmoth, and in her heart she gave him a name in the forbidden tongue of the Noldor, Lómion, that signifies Child of the Twilight; but his father gave him no name until he was twelve years old. Then he called him Maeglin, which is Sharp Glance, for he perceived that the eyes of his son were more piercing than his own, and his thought could read the secrets of hearts beyond the mist of words.

@tolkienvillainsweek Day 1: Melkor
"Yet the lies that Melkor, the mighty and accursed, Morgoth Bauglir, the Power of Terror and of Hate, sowed in the hearts of Elves and Men are a seed that does not die and cannot be destroyed; and ever and anon it sprouts anew, and will bear dark fruit even unto the latest days."

Maglor holding Elrond, after Elrond cried himself to sleep.
My heart is conflicted about classing Maglor as a villain, but—kinslaying and making Elrond cry... so this is for @tolkienvillainsweek: corrupted Elves.

@tolkienvillainsweek Day 4 -- Corrupted Elves
Here's an extremely fast shitty doodle of Maeglin, wherein he has survived the Fall of Gondolin and returned to the service of Sauron, who in a rare show of compassion healed the wounded Elf and kept him on as a spy and messenger.

@tolkienvillainsweek day 3 prompt: orcs
Then Haleth held the people together, though they were without hope; and some cast themselves in the rivers and were drowned. But seven days later, as the Orcs made their last assault and had already broken through the stockade, there came suddenly a music of trumpets, and Caranthir with his host came down from the north and drove the Orcs into the rivers.

@tolkienvillainsweek Day 4– Corrupted Elves and Dwarves
I’ve done Captive Bad End Silvergifting Tyelpe before, but never fully corrupted and on board with taking over Arda ‘for the greater good’ Tyelpe. And because I’m a terrible person I made him Sauron’s banner bearer (and second in command)😅
