Nicky is lost in deep space after he and his crew are separated in an explosive getaway from Merrick Station. He wakes up in the random ship he stole in the midst of chaos, adrift impossibly far away due to emergency light speed jump. He's desperate to repair the ship's engines and get back to civilization before the isolation affects his physical and mental health. But first, he has to get to the root of the the slow, creeping feeling that he isn't actually alone out here in the vast emptiness of space. There is someone else hiding on the ship.

I had the privilege of getting to make a two part set for the lovely @boutiquetraveltravelboutique TOG BB fic "Rate the Date." Though please feel free to show her post some love as well 💗

It was such a joy to get to coordinate with the kind Sarah and help bring her vision to life, and I hope it brings a smile to both her and anyone else who might stumble on this 💙

Nicky is a waiter at a struggling Italian restaurant in Val d’Argent, but soon his fortunes change when the owners of the restaurant retire and he’s given the opportunity to take over. It’s a dream offer – one that comes with a mountain of fear and doubts. What if he fails? What if he wants to leave for bigger things?

Most of all, what if it robs him of a chance with his favourite customer, the mysterious and extremely handsome Joe. When Nicky confides his worries to Joe, he learns about Joe’s royal secret in turn, which may end up being the solution to Nicky’s problems.

It’s my big bang! It’s here! This, weirdly, was inspired by the two guys on a bus together, except it somehow devolved into ‘one’s a waiter and one’s a prince’, but here we are. There is a POV switch version of this, but I didn’t finish it in time, so it’ll just come out at a future point!

For my first ever Big Bang this year, I decided to start posting for my beloved old royalty/fairytale au again, Color and Light.

The story will be updated in sets of three chapters! Today is 4-6, following that will be 7-9, and 10-12 after that. When Nile and Lykon pretend to date so they can finally sleep in one of the better beds in Andy's safehouses, it seems like a decent plan. Thank you to @oldguardbigbang for organizing and allowing me to work with three wonderful writers, including @sphinx81 whose summary of a historical AU for Booker x Nile made my heart soar and my imagination go wild with the possibilities, way back in spring which feels like a million years ago lol.

It was so fun to exchange some aesthetics and pins and narrow down the looks - I was inspired by the foldable wooden displays of icons and mummy portraits from ancient times - so it's sort of conveying each of them from both the before and after (but I'll let you read the fic so as not to spoil anything), and then the middle being the revealed portion when both "flaps" are opened.
