coping doesn’t have to be pretty or aesthetic to be valid.

[ 🛁 ] run a hot bath & fill it with bubbles like they would. have them close their eyes while you rub soap carefully into their hair. help them rinse with a cup.
[ 🧸 ] have a self-care day where you use all your cutest face masks on them. use a little jade roller to massage their face. remember to make sure they don’t eat the lip masks!
[ 🌱 ] spoil them with their favorite snacks & drinks. bring home their favorite candy from the store. cook them dinner (supervised, of course!)
don’t forget to show that you appreciate the people who take care of you when you need it most & even when you don’t! 🤍
