Edit in response to a question: for how the Jiang's react, they're taken aback but realize they don't care-Ray and Maya however, did expect something special about Lloyd after seeing a glimpse of a mysterious warrior lady leaving baby Lloyd. Lloyd is their son/sibling no matter what.

I love how in this movie scene, everyone immediately looks at Wu except Cole (technically Kai as well but my eyes always focus on Cole in this scene) whose first instinct was to reach for Lloyd to (probably) prevent him from end up falling down as well
