Uberhood (62) - Phoenix & Picaso, Jessica

Jimmy, Tiffany and their son Matthew moved to Desiderata Valley to start their idyllic suburban life. Tiffany works in the law career, while Jimmy is a politician. Both of them want more children and a pet or two. 🍀

Jimmy and Tiffany have a lot of friends around the Uberhood. Tiffany tries to meet with her college friends Heather Huffington and Brittany Upsnott as many times as possible. Reminiscing the good old days.. 😌

While the Phoenix' are at the very beginning of their happiness together, a few houses down, a newly divorced Jessica Picaso is dealing with her new life as a single mother. She knows exactly it was the right thing to do, but it still hurts. All she wants now is to be the best mother she can be to her daughter Paola.

A few days later was Paola's birthday so Jessica threw a birthday party for her. She invited all of Paola's friends, as well as her friend and coworker Cassandra Dreamer (née Goth). Matthew Picaso, Paola's father, was also invited but decided he had better things to do I guess. What a douche.

Tiffany has been wanting to be a witch since her senior year, so I've been working at that.

AND WE DID IT!!! This is also my first time actually playing a witch, because I've never managed to get that far before. Befriending a witch is hard and i rarely have sims wanting to become one. I need to get that mod that I'm pretty sure exists that lets non-knowledge sims like being supernaturals.

it's so fun. a gathering of normal people. I might get Heather in on the supernatural train. I don't have any vampires yet. Or other supernaturals for that matter, because my only werewolf died the same day he managed to become one.

A lot has happened in the Huffington household during the previous rotation: Heather and Joshua got married, Heather started experiencing symptoms of pregnancy, and then her sorority sister Brittany Nova moved into Heather's mansion along with her daughter after the sudden death of Brittany's husband, Castor.

And a lot is happening during this part of the week as well! Firstly, they move to a new house because the McMansion has become utterly unaffordable. Simultaneously, Tiffany, the other sorority sister that's been living with Heather, moves out to finally start a family with her now-fiance Justin Cleveland.

The land where the mansion used to be becomes a park.

Episode LXXXV: The Big Party Pt. III

The music started playing loudly and everyone went out onto the dance floor.

After a while, Alexander got tired and sat down to talk to one of his friends.

At that moment, the cow mascot decided to physically attack Jennifer.

Jennifer didn't really need any protection, but Alexander felt compelled to shoo the cow mascot away.

Everyone was grateful, especially Jennifer.

Uberhood Pics (48) - Baldwin, Phoenix & Picaso

Not much happened at the Baldwin's. Marcus and his brother Elijah enjoy playing video games, Sofia is still happily in love with Daniel Bell & Benjamin is climbing up the science career track. I'm thinking of giving Isabel a little makeover and maybe even move the family out of their apartment. Playing in apartments is so annoying recently. I installed a mod and I think because of that every family got reset somehow? Anyway it led to the neighbors peeing themselves and them passing out constantly. It feels like they forgot they have an apartment they can go into. On top of that, everytime this happens, I get this little window showing me what's happening and it's very annoying. Not to mention the memory spam about it all. I found a fix for it but I am not sure if it really works or if I'm just lucky: I click on the sim, take control of them, and send them into their apartment. After I gave the command I immediately remove the control of them and let them do it on their own and it seems to work fine so far. Afterwards they leave and enter their apartment as they should. Let's cross our fingers this is the solution. It would be a pain in the butt to move every family out of their apartment just to make them move into a house.

Jimmy Phoenix & Tiffany Sampson got married this round. They now live in Desiderata Valley and expect a little bundle of joy. I am very excited what this baby will look like. It's always fascinating to me how the game plays with genetics. 😅

At the Picaso's a few things happened: Jessica had enough of Matthew's lying a* and threw him out. She caught him cheating with Hannah Bell. They even got caught by Jessica & Matthew's daughter, Paola. Living together got impossible so I made them divorce. To celebrate her new-found freedom I gave Jessica a little makeover. Right now she tries to focus on her daughter and her career.

Jessica rolled this want after divorcing Matthew. Really? She wants to apologize even though he was the one who cheated on her? She's traumatized. D:

I want her to be as evil and morally corrupt as possible, so I have to come up with a plan. The limits of TS2 and being in-character evil will be a challenge, but I do think I will be able to pull it off.

Step one is inviting over an old sorority sister to figure out how to get in on that witchcraft thing. Unfortunately, not only is Tiffany good but she's also not powerful enough to train new witches yet.

so i conveniently summon the evil witch and get Brittany to explain her goals of wealth hoarding and world domination. Mostly wealth hoarding.

boom (i will have to change her hair and outfit back. sorry but the witch look isn't right. go back to being cool)

she sets the witchcraft chamber upstairs and gets a little bit of (evil) studying in. it's just like college all over again.

the evil witch bullies tiffany downstairs, but who cares about that.

She can't just study all day. She has a badass club to run. she harasses gilbert. which he deserves btw. i think i will do something very quirky and funny with them as a later plot arc.

normal day at the club. john has a mental breakdown while alexander sluprs down a delicious carbonated beverage. they both traveled far for this. the distance to bluewater village does nothing to prevent people from venturing out. i think john is still just very upset about the empty nest vacation being cut short. he could have been at the beach but now he's here beside some horrible vending machines at a goth club. he isn't even goth. there are too many men wearing fishnets here. he's alone and scared. his wife is leaving him for another woman.

nobody else really showed up but alex stuck around to chug shitty mixed drinks until 5 in the morning. unlike the real world, that is profitable enough to justify staying open since all the staff was sent home long ago.

sims love soda machines but they act as siren calls for swarming guests that end up disappointed because nobody's going out to convince them to buy anything. I think it'll probably be better to set out free food honestly.

Don is nowhere near finished causing relationship problems on purpose, this time breaking up his neighbors Joshua and Tiffany. Unfortunately for him, Joshua didn't appear to be looking for anything serious at this time.
