P.S. I had to reset my game, since it keep crashing...ugh. Which meant also, starting a new neighborhood with new families. I was inspired to put this subhood together since:

1. I never did a vacation subhood from scratch.

2. I wanted a city with a slight Miami vibe and I have yet to see one for sims that captivated me.

3. I wanted a bit more of a challenge since again, I’ve never done a vacation subhood.

Just get ready for the awesome stories coming up

Lucy returned from her prom. It was rather uneventful, but still a nice time away from home.

Back in Lucy's room, Cassandra was trying to calm crying James. Lucy took a deep breath, turned back, and went to the kitchen.

There, she was sitting alone, trying to think positively:

Sharing the Portland-inspired neighborhood that Forever 30 is being filmed in. It’s half full at this point as I’m still adding lots, but let me just say that the lush terrain replacements by @dramallamadingdang have finally made my neighborhoods look the way I want them.
