As Feng Xin lover, do you ship him with Mu Qing, Xie Lian or someone else? Don't you agree he could be a good father figure?

Short answer: I ship him with A LOT of different people for different reasons

Long Answer...

Feng Xin/Xie Lian is the brand of angst I love the most, its delicious when its unrequited, but my #1 guilty pleasure when its mutual (and its severely underrated)

Feng Xin/Mu Qing is tough for me to classify bc the popular fanon of them is usually not my fav thing, tho id be lying if i said the ship has never made me cry with the amount of amazing fanart and fic out there (theres a comic somewhere that ill tag if i can find it later)

Hua Cheng/Feng Xin is another underrated ship considering both HC and FX are parellels of each other in their relationship w XL (highly recommend this fic for them)

Pei Ming/Feng Xin is simply the most entertaining crack ship since PM is basically what Nan Yang worshippers think they are praying to (and he could teach FX a thing or two imo)

and Jun Wu/Feng Xin has a nice fucked up twist to it too (2nd only to junlian)

All in all, I hope the recent episode of the donghua brings more FX stans and multishippers bc he is honestly such a fun character to pair up with almost anyone in the cast.

As for him being a father figure yes i do think he has the potential. Feng Xin has the right attitude at least which is more than some, and he is not one to give up on a cause. He'd be headstrong and tough to compromise with but he's relentless in his want to help. I do think he'd have a lot to learn about raising a child, but the principles are there.

Fascinated by the dichotomy here--is it like, out of non-canon characters, which do you like more? Anyway, I am an OC person. I didn't realize I was an OC person, but then I made two OCs and then I made three more and then i made like a dozen more on top of that, and the pool is still growing, so. I think i can confidently say that I prefer writing OCs. (Never tried my hand at a reader insert, I don't think that's really my style--but I mean I was wrong about OCs so who knows.)

4. "Little Black Submarines" by The Black Keys - I was just listening to this one a lot when creating this comic, so I kind of associate it with Obito too now. I didn't pay attention to the lyrics, but the vibe is lovely.

5. Roxette - "Salvation" is like if Obito survived... xDDD Haha a positive retro song xD A wild relief. I love how it contrasts in my head with the image of tired, quiet, thoughtful post-war Obito, whose heart is still craving for a spark of light and color in this life. A spark of love. 6. Amadas Estrellas by Achillea - well, it probably has nothing to do with either of them and Spanish may be distracting, but I like unhurried, sensual songs like this, and it's a nice soundtrack for my daydreaming, especially when I look at beautiful art of them. Especially this one.
