They main way you come across those math problems without knowing the answer (besides just picking numbers/functions arbitrarily) is that they come out of some other process. Your trying to solve some arbitrary problem, say calculating the amount of force acting upon a dam in a given area, and as you break down the problem into its parts each part is easily solvable, but you end up with these messy final equation when you put those parts together. You didn't even know the equation to begin with, just what task needed to be performed and it was through solving the question that you discover these borderline unsolvable problems. With pure math problems, with no physical model your trying to solve like the dam example, they just come out of "what if" questions. You pick some arbitrary equation, and ask how you could apply some well understood concept/process to it in a way that hasnt been done before.

That is so wild to me. Particularly fascinated with the pure math problems. Some people playing with their toys but the toys are numbers and variables and complicated math concepts. Thank you for explaining!

Lil rant cuz I hate group projects featuring people I never talk to normally

So we’re making games in design class and we have less than 5 weeks to be done and have been working since October or November, don’t remember

Me: asks for help if anyone could make a skeleton and rig these characters I’ve made from scratch and has taken me months since they still need to be animated and implanted into the game and 2 of the characters still aren’t done

not to sound dumb but like i’ve truly never understood why people are so adamant abt wayv not being nct?? Like why is it such a bad thing if they are? Im just genuinely curious bc i havent seen anyone explain why

sm is notorious for the mistreatment of their chinese idols, and this is no different in wayv’s mistreatment. if sm cared about wayv they would not lack promotions past the few magazines they have been featured in. yes it is content, but they did not sign up to be magazine models, they signed up to be idols. if sm truly wants them to be nct they can start by proper recognition of wayv and wayv members as a whole. people do not want to stream on qqmusic because it is confusing and people have said ‘chinese is scary’ but actively navigate through korean websites. point blank, that is sinophobia. when people only choose to support wayv if they are considered nct, it is very evident that they do not stan wayv nor do they pay attention to their talent. if wayv was added to nct we would once again have to watch as members get pushed to the side and made as back up dancer, and people would not care for them past the interactions they had with their fav.

i would also like to say that i have no doubt that wayv was initially supposed to be nct china, they were marketed as such, but it did not turn out that way, and no amount of arguing is going to change wayv’s mistreatment and the way a majority of fans who want ot21 fail to ignore this.

i think i should break this down into sections for individual members mistreatment because that is the easiest way. (obviously some members are going to have longer sections) it also should be noted that there are a lot of people more vocal about this on twitter and a lot of the people who want ot21 simply do not support wayv on the platforms that matter to them. there is a lot of blatant sinophobia laced within how they try to defend themselves, and i do not see why it makes them so angry for wayv to not be considered nct. honestly, i do not have a probably with ot21zens as long as they do support wayv the way they claim they do, i am not asking them to love wayv as much as they love one of the other units, because i think it is normal for people to have favorites and this is seen with the distinction between 127 and dream, but to support them on the chinese platforms that matter to wayv’s success. that being said, i can break down the ways that wayv members would not and did not benefit from being classified as nct, as well as their erasure from the brand entirely and the way fans view the members. (mostly seen with winwin) i am sure i missed things, but these are all the things that really stick out to me.

kun: i think his is a case that is more clear because he has been a member of nct since 2016 with the debut of without u chinese version and his appearance on nct life solidifies his involvement with it. however, this is not something that has lasted. after that debut he was thrown back into the basement and quite honeslty viewed as a babysitter for the rookies at the time (jungwoo and lucas). when nct 2018 happened and he finally got to ‘debut’ he was featured in one song on a full album, and literally got no lines and very little center time. he was treated so bad that people who didnt stan nct thought that he was a backup dancer. he went to smtown but sat backstage for a majoirty of the concert. if we fast forward to his proper debut with wayv and the title of leader, we see that there comes a problem with the way people viewed him. i have seen countless people say that he is not wayv’s leader because taeyong is, as if we have seen taeyong properly and thoroughly interact with the other wayv member. kun has been there to support wayv members as nothing less than a leader, seen through him comforting them, but also accepting awards. yangyang has expressed that kun is someone who sacrifices a lot to keep him - and the other members - safe and happy. there are people that continue with kun mom jokes even though he has expressed his discomfort with it, and since the debut of wayv, he has not been mentioned by sm. he very clearly gained nothing from being in nct, and continues to have ‘fans’ who undermine his talent. wayv’s inclusion into nct would only result in him functioning as a background member as kun stans / weishennies are the only ones who remain really angry about the matter.

winwin: this case is honestly the one i have the biggest problem with because he was quite honestly a founder of the nct brand. he was there for nct 127′s debut, but was erased from the group by the time they were given proper - well deserved - time to shine. if you have read reports you will know that winwin was stripped of his teenagedom, and his education was hindered in a way he openly did not want. he got little to no lines in absolutely every nct 127 song, and that still is a problem within wayv. sm ent turned down numerous acting opportunities for him. there are so many people who claim it is okay because he is ‘happier in wayv’ but that is so insulting. of course he has a bond with wayv, but to make assumptions about his friendships and speak for him on a matter that is very clearly deeper than what fans see is so insensitive. there was a video of him that shows how he was so upset about not promoting with 127, people need to stop assuming the friendships of people they stan. you do not know them and you do not know what they are thinking and you do not see every interaction they have. not to mention, he was not allowed on 127′s world tour when he was doing nothing, there is no reason he should have gotten the treatment he did by sm ent. people who want him back in 127 want him there not because of how it is a place he belongs, but because they want interactions. i guess this speaks more on his mistreatment, but also how overall, if wayv really was nct 127, why did they erase winwin from the history of it. not to mention with kick it, they kicked out the only chinese member before doing a concept based around chinese culture.

ten: his case gets different because while he did have to take leave, there was a knee injury involved with it. i think a lot of fans have issue with the way he is treated by sm, not only as an nct member, but also as a member of superm. while he did get more opportunities with nct 2018 then kun did, he has still been mistreated in ways. his name has been mispelled on official logo even though it is literally three letters long, his face has been cropped off of official websites and only when fans get mad does sm fix it. all in all, his connection to the nct brand has given him nothing. people who claim to be ot21 and decide to ‘actively support him’ do nothing but perpetuate jokes that are very outdated and over obsess on ships. there are so many shippers that fail to see ten as his own person.

lucas: he is a member that i think also does not gain anything more so from superm than nct as seen with how he lacks lines, but the way nctzens treat him is a main reason him viewed as nct angers me. throughout 2018 and even since his inclusion in wayv and superm, people view him as stupid. they make fun of him for the amount that he switches between languages, and many only pay attention to them when it comes to his looks. there are a lot of people who claim he lacks talent. his inclusion back into nct would result more in peoples wish for interaction and less in actual support for him.

xiaohenyang are going to be lumped together because the simple matter of the fact for them is that they did not ever get introduced as nct member. unlike the previously mentioned there has been no recognition of them as nct members from sm ent and sm ent classifies them entirely as wayv. a lot of people near debut for wayv - and their introduction as rookies - only stanned them because they looked like nct members. i had to sit through people claiming that yangyang was a ‘bargain/walmart version of mark’ and making claims of a nationality that he doesnt have. (yangyang is . not . german . he only lived there for a portion of his life, and saying he is german would be like saying jaehyun is american). yangyang’s solo asteroid as well as his recent release (dance cover and mixtape with kun) have been neglected as people fail to realize he is easily sm’s next ace. asteroid hasnt even reached 1M views yet, and i have talked to people who want wayv to be nct that did not even know he had a solo song. hendery is another member viewed as ‘stupid’ and used as meme by people who can not tell him apart from ten while also claiming to stan wayv. and the same thing is seen by people who make passive comments about xiaojun, spelling his name wrong and pointing him out through the few times they have asked him about nct 127 and he has responded. no support is shown to him about his vocals or his predebut work, and there is mistreatment in the way all of these rookies debuted in a group that was later left sitting doing nothing.

Eunwoo: He is in a romantic relationship, I see there is new commitment or beginning someone who he knows for a longtime and maybe someone from his past that he used to be friends with. He sees her beautiful woman, everything that he dreamed of. A girl with long brown dyed hair color. she is showing her forehead (no bangs). She might be an idol. I feel she might be a bit older than him.

Moonbin: I see that he is not in a relationship of any sort of kind of romantic relationships because he isnt really open for it yet. That is his choice for now. Is he crushing on someone not in the surface but he might like a girl but he is just not focusing on love and it didnt let me show me some hints. Because he is really not focusing right now.

MJ: He is taking a time out to relax and rest. his connection between the love interest feels positive. But sometimes we need those seperation/rest in our connection to able to reflect and to heal to lose somethings from the past and move forward for the best. He has tools to make it happen to move forward and that things will be better from now on and that troubles will be gone with the new cycle. I feel that his love interest is a foreigner an asian girl/boy, they would travel around.

Sanha: There is a girl that he has crush on and he is getting to know her step by step. Unrealistic thoughts about his options with her. He has more options and oppertunities that he thinks. His thought makes him think that he his limited options with her that made him stress and worried so much that he isnt able to sleep. That is what going on inside her head. The girl height is 160 cm and is idol. Her group is girly-cute concept. She feels youthfull and young and pure. same age as him or a bit younger.

Jinjin: He has his heart broken in the past but it is now healing step by step he is now ready to give a new person a chance to move on from everything. It will happen very fast and quick movement. Positive results someone who can help him move on. friendly artistic person who he met and likes to have something equally with her and openly wanting to share with her something with her generously. balancing each other out. She is Korean has maybe dyed her hair in alot of light colors like ashy white or blond or she used to have tried these colors. But I feel she is now having black hair. She might be an idol who can also acts very well. But i sense she is not really active these days as an idol.

Rocky: I see that he has some conflicts/arguments with his lover. The connection between him and her is in stagnation. On a hold for a moment, he might feel. That he lose a bit trust or hope in the longterm investments awith her. It is now a bit limited for him. He still have little hope but he dont expect it. He takes time to forgive her in some point and have compassion for her again. but he will see the relationship with a different perspective. which will block his longterm goals to his lover. There is a new beginning for them to make the bond deep and strong again. I dont think that she is an idol or an actress. She might be a non celeb but is a influencer. or have model. She is beautiful.

Career reading as a group/team

Future: I feel that their is still hidden talents that hasnt been recognized yet, and that they might feel a bit left out as an idol group. They gonna still follow their passion even it is a struggle for them to get some more recognition. It tells me that time will take them to a better prize for them. I see something positive coming within 6 months for them. A lot of compitition but they shouldnt forget that they are great and talented and that its time to appreciats and be glad what they achieve. There are alot of groups but i sense there are still hidden talents that people dont know about. Mysteriously.

this is sumn i wrote last august in my notes app and its not too bad, actually! it was meant to slot somewhere into my (now discontinued) project, pieced together. pardon me for being too lazy to format this, but im on my phone and its like 2am skskskk. i feel a pressing need to release some writing into the world, and been feeling bad that my best boi daniel hasnt been getting a lot of reader insert love since the dbh fandom started fizzling out of prime activity time. i hope y'all enjoy! feedback is always appreciated! <3

“The Phillipses had a pool,” Daniel stated as he gazed out across the lake, hands clasped behind his back as he walked alongside you on the beach. “I never did understand the whole concept of swimming,” he scanned across the water, gesturing to the droves of people playing about in the shallow; splashing and laughing and talking, and farther out where the sky reflected blue off the surface of the clear lake at the people paddling around in brightly coloured canoes and kayaks.

He turned to you. “I mean, you all die in water. The whole activity revolves around going in and actively trying not to die.”

“Yeah, that’s very much true,” you agreed, looking back at him from behind your sunglasses, although he couldn’t return your eye contact. You turned back to look at the footprints you two were leaving in the flat, slightly wet sand, only a few paces behind you left visible as the waves came in and washed the tracks away.

“I don’t really think I could explain it to you. It’s kind of something...” you tilted your head and glanced back up at Daniel, his face intently on yours, listening to your answer. You parted your lips. “...primal, almost.”

“It’s not exactly our territory,” you continued, “Water is essential to our life, but in it we drown.” You snorted. “Maybe that’s it. Humans don’t belong in there, swimming around. Ever. At all -“ you smiled at him, before turning your head in front again to gaze out in front of you. “- but breaking the rules, breaking those boundaries has kind of always been our thing, hasn’t it?”

You heard him hum in acknowledgement. You stopped and faced him again. “Hey, in the interest of curiosity, do you ever feel those things? I mean, not towards swimming, obviously, but,” your mouth drew into a line as you tried to find the words.

“I guess, your programming, your cognition, it was all modelled after us humans. It managed to reproduce sapience but has it ever, in anything, reproduced those primal urges? Those kind of, almost indescribable base feelings that seem to connect you across time?”

“I...” he begins, but he falters, evidently thinking hard on his answer. He’s staring at you so intently, seemingly looking into the core of your being with an expression that makes this feeling, warm and buzzing and electric and delicious flood through your chest (and you think; “Primal. Just like that, just like that.”)

You two stand there for a hot minute, facing each other, Daniel’s lips parted slightly as he deliberates on his answer, before he mumbles a curt “no” and turns back to continue walking again. “I don’t think I’ve ever felt anything like that.”

You quirk an eyebrow, the feeling suddenly leaving your chest as quickly as it came, and you follow behind him. There was something, perhaps in his tone, perhaps some kind of primal instinct inside of you that prevented you from quite believing him.

Tbh The myth surrounding the Dream Lord particularly sticks out in my mind. It was incredibly sexy of me to make an ancient forgotten god of dreams and reality that was responsible for creating half of the universe. Although I do rather enjoy the myth of The Moon Mother and The Star Father and how they dove into the Astral Sea and accidentally pierced the veil to the Far Realm and essentially Ascended to become The Moon Presence and The Devouring Dark. 🗺 Which country(/continent/culture/faction) was your favorite to create?

Tethia! Without a doubt it was the most fun. Modeling society after france during Louis the 14th’s reign, creating the sport éteindre... they’re a fun playground to mess around in and get creative.

📚 How does the education system work? (If there is one!)

Its fairly basic all across the board. Most small towns and villages, you learn the basics of math and reading at temples. Its only bigger towns that have actual Schools and usually stuff like Universities are reserved for big cities and capitals. Private education and tutors can be acquired of course, but the cost is A Lot so its usually only nobles and rich folks who get that. 🍽 What might the average person’s diet look like?

Lots of fresh fruit definitely. And a fair amount of grain and assorted poultry. But especially fruit. Magical orchards and a general warm climate means many much fruit all year round. The south of Tethia around the mountain range has a lot of mushrooms thanks to trade with the Underdark via Charvaley

🎼 What sort of music is there?

Good question! I imagine a lot of piano. More Romantic period music than classical. Very fluid, but still a method to it. Not at all like Voygonchaya and their symphonies and opulent operas. Of course thats not to say Tethia doesnt have opera theyre just vastly different in style. I’m gonna be real with you, Tethian operas are scandalous

well you know when titans of chaos are walking around with no concept of caring for human life, you tend to lose a few hundred........... thousand. But hey! That sorta thing hasnt happened in a long time. #AskStrange Hello doctor! I have a question about the status of subs. IIRC, according to the Author, subs are in principle equal to everybody else. However, some elements in the story make me wonder if that's true in practice: Howard's total rejection of Tony's orientation; Tony's hiding it for years; and Pepper's mention that people loved him in part because of his being a sub. Are subs in actuality discouraged from following challenging life paths, and those who do especially admired?

While the Author is, in many cases, wildly fanciful, on this particular topic she is correct. Submissives, particularly True submissives, are generally very highly regarded. Howard Stark, however…well, perhaps showing you would be more expedient.

(The Author asks that I provide a content warning for allusions to child neglect, alcohol abuse, and something she calls “Howard Stark’s A+ Parenting.” I can only hope the latter is sarcastic. As annoying as his spawn is, I would not consider Howard Stark a model for adequate parenting.)

Tony loved workshop days the most. The rest of the time his Dad had only a few settings: physically gone (at work, or searching for Captain America), mentally gone (booze was usually the culprit on these occasions), or emotionally gone. The latter times were the worst, because Howard would be there, right in front of you, and he might even be sober, but he might as well have been thousands of miles away. Those usually happened during the big fundraising events Tony’s Mom put on, though Howard had also been known to check-out during kiddish milestones he considered beneath his son, like piano recitals or elementary school ‘graduations.’

He didn’t let Tony down into the workshop very often, either. Tony, he said, was too easily distracted, more likely to break something or taint the results of an experiment than to actually add anything of value. But every once in a while he would find Tony, pull him away from whatever he was doing (which had included school a couple of times, usually leading to screaming matches between Dad and Mom later) and bring him down to the shop.

The shop was the best place in the world. There was always something incredible happening; Dad would work on new designs for the shield (for when he found Cap), and he’d talk to Tony about vibranium and everything that made it such a unique, un-reproduceable substance. Or he’d work on his flying car, which was going to be perfect one day as soon as he stabilized the repulsor technology. Or he’d make new weapons that helped keep kids like Tony safe in their beds at night. Tony liked all of those things, but what he liked most of all was how his Dad was down here: attentive, happy, alive in a way he never really seemed to be anyplace else.

Today wasn’t exactly the same. Howard hadn’t planned on bringing Tony down to the shop, but one of his regular assistants had needed to go home to attend to his submissive. She was classified at a one, which meant sometimes she had very high needs. Most people talked about subs, especially subs classified that close to True status, in hushed, reverent tones. But when his Dad explained why Damien had had to leave, it didn’t sound like that. He sounded…sorta mad, or grossed out, maybe, like that time Tony had presented Mom with a collection of rare insects.

“Is it bad? To be a sub like Marnie?” For a long time Howard didn’t answer. And he did have a tendency to ignore questions he thought were beneath him, so Tony had already accepted it and moved on to thinking about something else when Howard sighed and put down the soldering iron he was using.

“Not…bad, but just. Well, remind me what you know about evolution, Tony.” Obediently, Tony spouted off everything he could remember about monkeys and Darwin and finches and natural selection. Howard gave no visible signs of approval (of course he didn’t, Tony was six, of course he should probably know more than this), but he didn’t yell or demand Tony leave the lab and return with a better answer, so it counted as somewhat of a victory. “Now, would you say it’s a desirable trait for people to need each other as much as True subs and Doms do, Tony? For them to not be able to function, for their muscles to stop responding to their brains and their minds to become frantic, just because they aren’t spending enough time in their headspace?”

Tony has long since learned that sometimes his Dad’s questions are a trap, and this definitely felt like one of those times. Because before now, Tony would have said he thought it sounded kind of nice, the way that different orientations worked together, making individuals stronger together than they were apart. The thought of knowing someone that way, being known in return, he was too young to really know much about the details of what it would entail, but as a concept, the notion that there might be someone out there like that for him had been a comforting fiction on the many days and nights he spent mostly on his own.

“No?” he guessed.

“Personally,” Howard continued as if Tony hadn’t spoken (a good sign his had been the right answer), “I think True subs and Doms are uncommon because orientation is a trait that’s just dying out. And in my book that’s a damn good thing. No one should have to rely on anyone like that. People…they disappoint each other. It’s what we do. We hurt each other and leave each other and end up in the bottom of the goddamn ocean, and…well, it’s just better to stand on your own two feet, boy.”

“What…what if when they test me…what if…” Tony trailed off, unable to finish the sentence. He didn’t want to grow up to be disappointed by someone! Or even worse, be a disappointment. He’d done plenty of that already. Howard laughed.

“What if you’re a True, you mean?” He nodded, and his Dad threw his head back and laughed again, already turning his attention back to his work. “Boy, you got nothin’ to worry about. There hasn’t been a Stark that’s been anything but a middle-scale Switch in decades.”

That, Tony told himself, was a relief.

ok so two of my Main Ones are era and takuma!!!!!!!! ft. some changed designs bc im considering revamping laylaylb bc it Kinda Sucks.

so era is the shark one!!!!! her quirk is minor shark and its a mutant quirk that gives her vague mutations from a whitetip reef shark!!! that includes (but is not limited to) double rows of teeth, gils, some fins, enhanced smell and like, you know that thing that sharks do where they can find things from like,, those feely things from their chins?? yeah era can do that. she also tends to be more wild at night?? but it can be passed off as loopiness. since shes from a nextgen au shes the adopted daughter of kiri and baku???? her full name is bakushima era and she is like,,, just Rowdy and Easily Excited.

takuma is a more obvious nextgen kid and hes a tododeku fankid?? THOUGH in the revamp im gonna make him a todoiideku fankid with siblings bc ive always had concept for siblings for him but i was a Coward and never went through with them. his quirk is temperature control and its an emitter quirk that, when he touches something, he can adjust the temperature of an object. whenever he raises the temperature in something, the temperature of his body lowers, and vise versa. that often leads him to being cold constantly and having to bundle up his body in like a thousand jackets. its Very Relatable to me tbh. anxiety is hereditary so hes very anxious and withdrawn. he tends to be very scatterbrained and more often then not he forgets words mid-sentence and needs eras help to remember them. that leads him to repeat things a lot and quit a lot of things midway because he cant describe them. thats Also Very Relatable. his full name is midoriya takuma although in the revamp, its most likely that his name will be changed to iida-midoriya takuma

another important character to the nextgen who isnt actually a nextgen kid is siryoku karashiro (despite me often using first names as a way to refer to characters, i called him by his family name (siryoku) so frequently in laylaylb that thats just how i refer to him at this point) and hes really fun to draw. so hes kinda hard to explain without giving a lot about his backstory and eventual character arc away?? but hes from a rich family of lawyers who all have quirks that allow them to intimidate people by meeting their eyes. however, due to a recessive quirk from his moms side, he ended up having an variant of the black hole quirk. unlike thirteen, who (presumably) can channel theirs through their fingers, his is through his eyes. without a lot of practice with his quirk, he cant really control it and it often ends up being an all or nothing sort of trump card. siryokus very socially awkward and often has a hard time keeping up with extroverted people like ame and era. he also tends to miss expressions and figures of speech. but other than that, hes very earnest and despite his fumbles, wants to help others

while takuma era and siryoku are the Main Trio, takuma and era are also in another trio alongside ame, full name uraraka ame. shes a tsuchako fankid who really likes wearing christmas sweaters in the middle of summer. a part of this generations “big 3″ ame is a third year and an intern under thirteen. her quirk is zero gravity, inherited directly from ochako. shes very caring, and the “big sister” of the group if you will. she tries to help people as much as she can, and is the role model of both era and takuma. she is very energetic though, but she misses a lot of social cues and can as such be seen as pushy or overbearing.

while she hasnt appeared a lot yet in either my comics or in laylaylb, another character who will end up being important is kyousou hansha!!!! she will be (eventually) the vice president of their class and has been shown to be very driven, determined, and almost judgemental. she hasnt come with the intention of befriending people who dont come up to her standards, though what exactly those standards are is currently unknown. (i know it though) all thats currently known is that she often knows how to take charge of a situation with a very analytical point of view, and that perhaps thats what helped her land a recommended spot into ua. (who recommended her and what her quirk is hasnt been officially shown, though if you look through my blog, im p sure i mentioned it at one point)

this is a very bad drawing, because kazankawa (full name kazankawa atsui) is one of my favorite characters to draw (without coloring because her details is hard for me to color) and has one of my favorite character designs out of my bnha ocs. her quirk is volcano, and its a mutant quirk that almost makes herself like a living volcano. however, she cant ‘erupt’. her skin literally has cracks around where it folds the most, so think at the joints of her fingers and in her elbow. it also has cracks below her eyes. the cracks are filled with lava, though it is purely stationary. she gives off heat and can produce smoke from her mouth (though she doesnt know it yet). she is also able to throw up lava, but thats just kinda gross. she comes across as level-headed, chill, and sleepy almost all the time. however, once she gets riled up or in the battle field, she becomes more wild and reckless.

some other characters and wow isnt this a great drawing, is the houkai squad. i dont have an official name for their group, but they have a really fun dynamic to write. houkai genki (the middle one in the screenshot) is the one that this entire group revolves around, because they are the one who taigun and kuroiya are around for. they have an emitter quirk called emp, which is. an emp. yeah. its,, self explanatory. some people think theyre slick, but really, theyre kinda just really stupid and has no self restraint.

taigun kisaki (the leftmost) is literally the groups voice of reason and impulse control. her quirk is literally the most terrifying quirk ive ever come up with and its an emitter quirk that lets her control the bees. fuck you vigilantes i made it up before i knew you made a character with a similar quirk. shes by all means an extrovert, but has very thin patience and is constantly done by the shenanigans of this god forsaken group.

kuroiya fumukoi was actually the third bnha oc i designed, and was originally supposed to be a very withdrawn softspoken character. but as i wrote laylaylb, she was changed to an enabler of houkais, with just vaguely more intelligence than houkai, but instead of doing things out of sheer stupidity, more out of just ballsy-ness. her quirk is called shadow step and allows her to travel through shadows. it often leaves her hungry, so a lot of times she can be caught munching on something.

some other characters are the rest of the big 3!!! i love them a lot. like,, listen i would die for them. besides ame, theres suiro takara, the one on the right, and her quirk is crystal channel?? shes an intern under aoyama and can channel her own energy into crystals on her body (which is why she wears so many necklaces) in the form of lasers. shes constantly tired and stressed and honestly really offput by ame. ames excited and loud personality is a bit too much for her, so she tends to lash out or act cold. then theres yasuyou natsuki, the middle, whos quirk is flame body. her bodys literally a fire. as a result, all of the the third years had to be made extra fire durable outfits and gym uniforms to withstand being worn or coming into contact with her. ame has a crush on her, though yasuyou isnt aware of it. yasuyou is dense but upbeat, not interacting with ame a lot because theyre in different classes. (ame is in 3-a while yasuyou is in 3-b). also, ame, idk about u, but idk how ur gonna smooch fire.

of course there is A Lot of other characters from laylaylb that i wont write bc i dont have the screenshots or drawings on hand or bc they havent been revealed or i dont have the energy to explain all about the background characters

BUT

i DO have a non-laylaylb bnha oc and i dont have a name or set design for her yet but ive been stewing over the idea of her quirk for the LONGEST time

so basically shes a support student whos quirk is balance. its an emitter/mutant kinda quirk that gives her impeccable balance and things that she touches the same balance as well. it comes in handy when walking/maneuvering with things in her hands, and allows her to stack things without the fear of them fall over. think about that one sasuke figurine that could balance anything on its head and think ‘what if that was a quirk’

she isnt keen on sharing her ideas with others, though when she does, its often for critique. she has an odd sense for knowing when people lie to her about their opinions, and prefers brutal truth. perhaps its because thats how she is-- overly blunt and bad at determining which things are and arent right to tell to someones face.

i could see her getting along with hatsume

OK, this is going to be extreme, and it makes me squeamish to write things like this. The key to everything coming together has been going over anal sex. It began with a conclusion: the progression of intimacy has to be separate from procreation, so that means not merely oral to connect to a male but anal because then you engage his pleasure centers. This would fit best if we’re in a world in which women go into heat, because that would tend toward a rut, and the individuality emerging out of that would need to start outside that period. And it would be sexual to carry the sex over. Just switching holes. That then fit with the relationship of - again, this is not how I normally talk out loud but I feel compelled - a male getting anal from a woman who exchanges how that feels with anal, so that makes a chain of information transmission and communication. And that would complete the very, very long complex rotation that reaches back to when wearing a fig leaf identified two out of the herd. And that has been there but it’s astonishing to see that I need to talk about butt fucking to do this work.

So I listed first the two ‘best’ porn actresses, one who has amazing technique plus what appears to be enjoyment of the act, with the other being visually and perhaps tactiley yummier. So these segment with technique reducing somewhat, with yummy reducing somewhat. Then I added a third in the middle. That led to different orderings, such as apparent enjoyment. This became literally 2, then 3 gs.

And that led me to realize - finally - that the division into thirds is there with halves, just not ‘filled out’. And that led to this extending far out, so the various processes of halving, thirds, etc. progressively apply because the squares are there, just not emerged.

(Oh joy, the new water heater, which I havent been able to pay for completely, is out. The pilot wont stay lit. Better than it dumping water all over the floor.)

The point in the last paragraph is not completely clear. It means that when you have 2, there is the potential for 3, just as there is an inversion to ½. That connects to what I managed to type on my phone while standing in the dark in the cold this evening.

And this has been motivated by the multiple fuck you’s. My first interpretation was of course negative but when I approached this as a female, it looked and felt more like a huge positive. I have trouble being blunt.

This connected to thinking about sharing, which - again, I have to do this - let’s assume an ultmate male fantasy, that you’re revelatory in what you can bring out in a woman so much that she wants to share you. That segments: you can have a relationship and a fantasy, but you cant have the fantasy and a relationship. So sharing is a divison while it is also an increase; it takes away time and emotion and, most importantly, the mutual conception that you can be what the other needs, which means depth and sometimes honesty of play that includes gendering. This then is a very good example of the conception that each point is radiative but there is a chain. In this case, you can see the chain form by deepening sharing - I just learned the Fitzgeralds shared a toothbrush, which is an ideal of mine - instead of by breaking or dividing the chain by attaching other points. That’s been in the music and in my motion today. My moving up and down stairs today was freaky smooth.

So, it hasnt been enough to accept; I have to go where my thoughts actually lead because they always reflect the model’s workings.

At one point I found myself thinking: but there’s been nothing ... then I almost whacked my head because duh, so when I see a bear, I see a lot of meanings.

I have to stop. Cut my hand trying to relight the water heater and it’s throbbing.

this is where acting like my dad benefits me. he does all the shit he doesnt want to, he sucks it up and does it anyway because its the better thing to do. unlike SOMEONE NAMED MOM who just sits around all day and plays farmville.

my mom can be great sometimes but i just. i get mad at her because she doesnt try?? i know i can never fully grasp how her depression feels,,,, but it hurts that shes just given up on life completely, she could be solving her problems instead of sitting around all the time, I HAVE OFFERED TO HELP HER, i feel like i have to take care of her now because she wont, i have to tell her what to do to make it better and she wont even take my advice. i know its not my job but nobody else is doing anything. shes just so fucking paralyzed and i hate it. parents are supposed to provide care and be good role models, but she just SUCKS I HATE IT. she doesnt make the effort to make life better for herself, she doesnt stand up for herself, SHE DOESNT TRY. IVE BEEN TRYING MORE THAN SHE HAS, IVE BEEN THE ONE MAKING PLANS WITH MY DAD TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF THIS SHITTY FUCKING HOUSE. maybe im the bad person,,, i feel like that sometimes because all i can see her as is just. someone who lives with us and doesnt do anything, doesnt benefit us in any way, but shes literally just depressed. shes just some depressed old lady and im shitting on her like that?? im literally just typing this out as i realize but idk how bad for her i should feel- she knew about how bad her depression was and had 3 children, lowkey neglected us all the time, still does, doesnt try to make anything at least a little better. maybe im a bad person because ive been able to overcome depression and be happier and she hasnt. because i know how bad it can get, ive been extremely depressed before, and yet i cant grasp the concept of her being unable to make an effort. but on the other hand, as the child, i have a right to be angry with her because she was supposed to raise me properly, not whatever way she fucked me up. idk how to feel about this, naturally my first feeling towards her is anger for not trying, but maybe she literally just cant
