@sing-for-theongreyjoy just because people don’t agree with you, or see something else, doesn’t give you the right to dig at them. They have an opinion and so do you, cool. But also, I used to be a runner on TV, and it’s impossible to be a work from home producer. Especially a VP. You have to be on set/location to ensure showrunners, studio heads are working with your production company to ensure your investment is met. Remotely being a top producing VP is not heard of; I’m using my experience here. Vertigo films in LA have all their producers on set. Miri Yoon is the top TV producer of them and she is on set and at events for months. They were all at a retreat recently - All of Vertigo Producers (I say LA because there is a U.K. different one) why wasn’t she there? As a top VP, she would be. I’m confused here, she can attend events and premieres and go sit in hotels for her partners things, but she can’t go to a company retreat that she’s a top producer of? Also she has friends in Korea, London and New York?
