Yes, the first red dress is incredible, one of my all time r.c faves. Love that we get so many good free clothing options in this book, and a couple of them are even suits (that free episode one pink suit 🤌)
I like Luka best, I think it will be between him and Adira for me in the end, but Mona and Deshawn are all still in the running too (Kelsie and Thiago are both intriguing as well, but I’m trying to ignore them because four LIs are quite enough already 😅)

Great choice. Adira is very admirable for her confidence and i like that she's very upfront with what she likes and does not like.

Have you played The One (RC)? I thought it would be cheap and shallow but it's actually really good. All the female LIs (confident Adira, free-spirited Mona, fun and sweet Kelsie) are so good.
(also, not a female LI but queer rep so worth mentioning: Luka is absolutely wonderful).
My fav LIs so far are Mona, Kelsie and Luka. <3<3

I don't think it's going to be a favourite of mine but it's alright and a Nice change from the other more high stake stories.
I do like the female LIs but so far I have absolutely no idea who to choose but I'm leaning slightly towards Adira.
I could imagine being friends with Luka and it's also nice to see more trans rep. To my surprise Ford this update was kinda funny so I also had to keep him haha.

since i was thinking about the phenomenal murderbot fanimation project and for no other reason I was thinking about if there were some hypothetical official murderbot adaptation - maybe an animated project or something! - who might be some nonbinary actors who I'd be happy to hear were getting involved (apart from the fantastic fan voice acting team of the fanimation project, of course) in of course, some totally hypothetical official adaptation, because there certainly isn't one *stares blankly into the middle distance*
anyway! just off the top of my head!
Avi Roque! I know them best as the voice of Raine on the Owl House, another character with anxiety
Jacob Tobia! I know them best as the voice of Double Trouble on She Ra, and I think they would do a great job with the snark and humor
Blu Del Barrio! I know them best as Adira Tal on Star Trek Discovery, and they also voiced a young Raine - they're a little younger than I personally picture MB's vibe but they've definitely cut their chops on sci fi!
Janelle Monae! Yall. Have you all listened to the Metropolis concept albums? Have you listened to Dirty Computer? These themes of exploitation and denial of autonomy and memory and personhood / denial of personhood are all through their work. I've definitely thought about them as someone who would be really cool in a role in an Imperial Radch adaptation / doing the music for an Imperial Radch adaptation - their voice is far too good for Breq 'canonically has a dreadful singing voice' one esk 19, but they'd definitely fit in somewhere - but I think they'd do really cool stuff in a murderbot adaptation too. (Indya Moore would also be really cool somewhere in the cast of an Imperial Radch adaptation)

it’s ok to have characters that have conflicting interests within themselves but when you get to the point where the fandom argues so much about what characters Really Want and who they Really Are...u’ve messed up my dude
