Update: Got some good news from the doctor today, not great news but it’s good news. Still a work in progress to getting back to being the best version I can be. Won’t be back playing basketball just yet, still a bit to go but it’ll be all worth it when I come back stronger and better than ever. My recovery has been going great but I still need to build more stability in my knee. Next step is to work on rotation and mobility for the next few weeks and doing some non contact basketball drills.
