i'm gonna put my take into the wild. my take is that last night, orange allowed that to happen. orange just took it because he still, after everything, wants to be trent's friend. he refuses to fight one of the people that means the most to him. that is why chuck wants to fight trent ; because orange won't unless absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt necessary. that's also why chuck chose orange ; because orange is loyal and kind, and trent took full advantage of that last night. whose to say that trent won't turn on him once all is said and done? chuck can't even trust him anymore. if trent is capable of doing this after five years of devoted companionship, then what is left?

fontaines archon quest is probably the first time in genshin that replaying it gives you a new context of how furina acts like its crazy...watching my oomf play when i finished and seeing furina almost on the verge on a breakdown even on the first acts when most people thought she was just the typical chuniibyou ojousama in charge...crazy.

YEAH like... god it's really crazy especially with furina's initial approach at trying to be the archon like... What could have been her own way of doing it if the crowd hadn't immediately shot down her attempt at being genuine . this month is setting up to be a very challenging but hopefully rewarding one!! a rarity for november. usually its all challenge and no pay-off. 

ive been put forward for a course (that i start today) to explore my options for self employment. and i have been accepted in returning to my voluntary role at the animal shelter beginning next week! i have also signed up for a yoga class  beginning next week, weekly session!

the thing I keep thinking about really intensely is that yes, for like 99% of their acquaintance, Crowley was the one who had more understanding of the way heaven and hell really work. but for that brief moment in their first meeting, he genuinely was more naive and idealistic than Aziraphale. like, Aziraphale was scared, even back then, at the thought of questioning god; even right back before the beginning, some part of him knew that he was fearful and unsafe, and he realised that before Crowley ever did. 

it’s honestly almost like some kind of, Aziraphale fell first, Crowley Fell harder - he never completed the realisation the same way Crowley managed to, but he arrived there earlier. And I wonder so much what exact kind of effects witnessing the demons’ fall had on him, given that he’d already obtained some of that awareness that he perhaps was not in a very good place to be. but the only alternative of places to go, as far as he knew, was at the very least just as bad, and in some ways legitimately worse.

It's kind of crazy how hard Nintendo focused on the skylands in TOTK's marketing when they had a whole entire new map in the depths.
