35 minutes into yesterday's episode of The Wizard, The Witch and The Wild One, and once more Taylor Moore has me openly sobbing with joy.

This man, who taught himself to compose music less than two years ago and already rivals great film composers like John Williams, Howard Shore or Bear McCreary in skill and emotional resonance; this man, who effaces praise and yet deserves every iota of it; this man who takes already-excellent actual play performance and elevates it to one of the best examples of the artform I have ever experienced...

This WBN episode u can really tell that Suvi was raised with peers and friends, and Ame lived with one (1) witchy old lady in the wood.

Suvi does a lot to meet Ame with trust and communication even though she's pissed. Asking if Ame's ok and what she needs from Suvi. She's even providing small (pointy ouch) openings to talk abt what happened. There's anger, yes... but also communication and care. She wants Ame to know shes still here to support her, but that shes hurt and Goth now.

Ame on the other hand is acting like she's a kid in trouble with Suvi. She's avoidant and scrambling. She dosent ask if Suvi is okay or try to explain what she was going through... She flees into her connection with the fox. Shes in her feelings and self-pitying. She asks Suvi to yell at her (''just tell it to me'') but dosen't defend herself or offer words back.

There's no perfect way to deal with the heartache of friend fights, but Ame's tactic just seems very passive and so so lonely. For both of them.

I cannot begin to explain how emotional I am that Brennan and Taylor are more or less subtly giving Lou/Eursulon the whole chivalrous knight experience.

The quest for honour, the pauldron, the magical sword, the shield, a family to find and protect and love and yearn for on his adventures, and now the beautiful white stallion....

We get it, it's a love letter to Lou and his incredible playing and choices and it's making me cry okay

Sorrow is Robyn's OC, so this is stuff about my spirit Boshi!

Boshi speaks without using periods because it is a spirit that doesn't ever want to stop moving

When Boshi appears with human arms and eyes, they don't shine the same way as it because they're an imitation of Sorrow

Boshi's true name is 三ツ星 / Mitsuboshi, which translates to "three stars"

Sorrow discovers part of its name, giving her some control and a hint to the fact that "Boshi" isn't the full name. (A single star would be "hoshi" instead of "boshi," leaving it this way sounds incomplete)

Other stuff

It made me curious that most of the titles mentioned that are associated with the stranger, they're pretty human concepts. No idea if that will come up in canon (Naram is Wave "Lord" too), but 😅

I swear the capitalized/uncapitalized messing around in the script wasn't me being shit at it it's just too much sensitivity to tone while texting😂😂 (difference between "yes" and "Yes") It looks cluttered in a comic though so it didn't make it
