Watch “The Try Guys Crash Test A New Roller Coaster” on YouTube. Imagine: Eugene is Kyoya, Keith is Tamaki, Zach is Hikaru, and Ned is Kaoru. This video is in general entertaining and funny, but I find it hilarious how much they sound like the Ouran High School Host Club.

The Try Guys Crash Test A New Roller Coaster
they all dressed up in suits to ride the rollercoaster. snazzy bois.
they’re at Knott’s Berry Farm ... cries in berry boys
they’ll be riding the steepest and the first and only dive rollercoaster in california ... “HANGTIME.” 150 ft tall, 5 inversions, 57 mph, and a 96 degree drop
Keith rolls out the first “berry” pun @ 0:52
Ned: “today, it’s daddy’s big day out.”
Zach hated and avoided rollercoasters all his life until beautiful Keith forced him to ride one 2 years ago. now he’s addicted.
Eugene admits he has an irrational fear of rollercoasters
Eugene: “it’s one of those rare moments when the other try guys go ‘hey, Eugene’s the loser right now’.”
Keith is normally a scaredy cat but feels comfortable in physics’ never-failing hands
Eugene is not scared, just irrationally concerned
Zach’s goal for today is to get a fucking hawt pic while on the rollercoaster. i love my zaddy
RIDE 1
Ned and Zach on the ends, Keith and Eugene in the middle
everyone’s freaking out
Eugene glares in ‘i told you fuckers so’
Ned just wants to be with his baby
cut to Eugene monologuing over his fear of things he doesn’t have control over, Ned holds up a ‘good grief!’ thought bubble
back to the coaster, they’re all preparing for the worst during the vertical lift
the ride pauses just before the 96 degree drop.
Eugene is screaming in terror
FUCKIGN KEITH HIS FACE IM CRYNIG WAHHHHH
Zach is cursing
Ned regrets this decision
and THEN ... it DROPS
they’re all screaming. Keith’s tie and Eugene’s hair are flying
Keith is undergoing some kind of exorcism now
Eugene is praying to Jesus
Ned and Zach are having the time of their lives
Eugene continues to scream as the rollercoaster slows down
Ned is crying
‘THAT WAS SCARY” COUNT: 11
the doctor doesn’t know what would happen to someone if they rode a rollercoaster 10 times in a row. she predicts she’ll have to call the emts
Zach is excited to partake in this new scientific investigation
Eugene got Zach ready for his bar mitzvah with the vomit bag
by ride 3 Zach and Eugene have their hands in the air. Keith and Ned don’t look too good
Zach doesn’t know how much more his little heart can take. adorable
by ride 4 Eugene cherishes that 96 degree drop
Eugene’s motto: “the front gets the view, but the back gets the action.”
Zach had to poop before getting on the ride, now he doesn’t have to. concerning.
after ride 5, Ned is close to vomiting/can’t stop burping, Keith’s had enough, Zach is dead on Gene’s shoulder, and Eugene is just laughing
Keith feels drunk
Ned is getting his blood pressure taken
Eugene wants to go again. i think someone is starting to like rollercoasters...
Eugene goes on ride 6 all by himself, wishes his friends were with him, declares himself the master of hangtime
Korndaddy got the sexiest rollercoaster pic ever
after riding hangtime 6 times, Eugene has gone from ‘good grief!’ to ‘AAUGH!’
them at the end: I LOVE FOUR (4) IDIOTS

[modern newsies au]
summary: ‘If this is love, then it’s always worth the debt.’
Davey POV
“Davey, they most definitely implied that they want to see you again,” Jack says. “Maybe they were just being nice and wanted to let me down easy,” Davey anxiously said back. “‘Tell them I love them and can’t wait to see them’ is literally the verbatim text you wrote to the group chat. They’re in love with ya Dave'' Jack retorted. Davey paces around the room trying to shake the word love from his mind, how could anybody like that love him? “Invite her to my birthday thing next week ” Jack says offhandedly already focused on something else. “What? No” Davey says surprised, “I’m not gonna ruin your birthday with me being awkward”
Turning around, Jack says “No, actually. All the boys can see them again and with everybody here, you aren’t forced to talk to each other” Davey nods, his way of agreeing. “Just call them in the morning and ask, the worst they can do is say no” Jack says walking into his bedroom for the evening. Davey anxiously walks to his room, almost threatening to write down what he should say in the call.
The moon fading away overhead sparks a new day, a day of dreaded phone calls and a day of hopeful promises. Davey waits until he can’t wait anymore and dials your number in his phone. He still has it memorized. It hasn’t changed in over ten years and it’s muscle memory at this point, his finger barely even thinking about the numbers.
His thumb hovers over the call button for a little too long and with bouncing knees, he sets the phone ringing. His mind races for the few rings before they pick up. “Hello” they say cheerfully. “Hi, um, I was wondering if you wanted to come to Jack’s birthday thing next week. It’s not like a full party or anything, just some of the boys coming over so I think maybe you’d want to come so you could see everybody again and if not that’s totally cool, no worries. It’s not a big deal, I-” Davey rambles barely taking a breath. Interrupting Davey, they said “I’d love to, just text me your address and the details and I’ll definitely be there.” “Wow, okay, thanks, yeah I’ll totally text you and everything. Bye see you then” He says. “Bye, have a good week” they respond and then the receiver clicks.
Reader POV
‘Damn, college definitely didn’t curve his anxiety’ you think.
A long nerve filled week passes. Between tests and thoughts of Davey, there is barely time for anything else. ‘Seeing your main friend group from high school is somewhat frightening on it’s own, like what if they're different, what if they don’t like me anymore’ you think, ‘woah slow down. Even if the boys don’t like you anymore, Davey will probably, well I at least think he will, talk to me’
Finally the time has come. Hoping you’re not over or under dressed, you get in your car and drive to the apartment. The drive felt like the uphill climb on a roller coaster, unsure if this is going to be the best ride of your life or if you’re gonna be terrified for what feels like endless minutes. Anxious thoughts float in your head. Your face feels like it’s on fire. The car radio plays with no music hitting your ear.
Everything comes crashing to a halt as you slow down in front of their apartment. The gps chimes and the lighting in front of the building brighten. You glance at the nearby windows. Lights flicker on and off. Curtains are moved. People pass by. You take a deep breath and force yourself out of your car.
As you approach the apartment door, you can hear people talking and music playing. The door has a ‘happy birthday jack’ banner on it with paper stars taped around it. The light above the door flickers slightly. Feet stomp from the staircase above. With a deep breath, you knock on the door.
Almost immediately, the door flies open almost catching on the rug inside. “How ya doing, doll?” Jack says loudly while pulling you into a hug. His shirt is worn and soft against your face. It smells of coffee, the scent filling your nose. The sounds of people talking inside hits your ears. “Hi Jack” you say quietly. Pulling away from the hug Jack says “Come on and join the party”. Closing the door behind you, he slings an arm around your shoulder like he saw you only yesterday not two and a half years ago.
He looks good after two years. Less awkward. Finally filling out his broad shoulders. His eyes still had the happiness that they used to hold even if it’s now a little faded. Jack felt like a covering in the rain storm even after years of not seeing him.
The apartment buzzed with energy as Jack walked you in. The living room and kitchen had all the old boys from high school, including Davey’s little brother, and a red headed woman. Everyone seemed so happy and at peace in the room. Your hammering heart slows to a somewhat normal pace.
“Hey everybody, it’s the birthday man with a special surprise” Jack says loudly addressing the room gesturing to you. Everyone lightly cheers before slowly returning to their conversations as Davey and the red headed woman approaches you. “Oh, by the way that’s Katherine, my girlfriend” Jack says to you quietly. “Hi, nice to meet you,” Katherine says as she reaches you, “They wouldn’t shut up about you.” “Don’t put us on blast Kath” Jack says, stepping over to put his arm around her waist. “Good to see you again,” Davey says quietly. Jack tries to subtly move away to talk to Katherine but in classic Jack fashion, fails. Ignoring Jack’s awkward shuffling, you say “Yeah, surprised you wanted to see me after that bore of a wedding.”
“It wasn’t that bad,” he says quietly laughing, “Well it was but seeing you again balanced it out.” Shy eye contact is broken by Race almost running to hug you. As loud as ever, he says “God, it’s been forever. How has my dear child survived without me?” Laughing behind him, Spot says “I think their quality of life has probably improved without you in it, dear Race.” Letting go of you to fake faint into Spot’s arms, Race says “How could you say that to your beloved?” “Is the show over yet?” Davey says laughing at the two of them. “Never but the intermission includes asking how y/n is. So how are you?” Race says. “I’m doing alright, Racetrack. Better now that I’m seeing you” you say. “Well my last two years can be summarized by coming out to my parents, dating the love of my life, and hating first floor dorm rooms. Anything to add?” Race says all in one breath and then looks at Spot. “No, that about sums it up.” Spot replies.
After an evening of talking, eat cake, and retelling stories, you end up sitting on the couch with Davey. “That cake was really great, I haven’t had a homemade cake since I was a kid.” You say. “Thanks, I made it. Jack buttered me up for weeks so I would make it.” He responds. “No way” “Yes way” The evening weighs on you as you laugh. Almost everyone has headed out for the evening while you and Davey talked. After saying goodbye to Katherine, Jack says, “Alright you two, I’m gonna head to bed. I got work tomorrow.” Leaving you and Davey alone on the couch.
Turning to face you, he says “Hey, do you want to watch a movie?” “Yeah, I don’t have to go anywhere tomorrow.” You say, “You guys probably have Harry Potter on DVD.” “You know we do” Davey says laughing softly, shuffling through a plastic box of DVD cases. “It’s not like I can’t recite the whole movie but I’ll totally watch Sorcerer's Stone again” You say.
As the movie plays, you and Davey slowly start to lean into each other. It feels like high school again. Being in a dark room, completely unsupervised against bad decisions. Glancing at the superhero art above the TV, you can feel Davey look at you. Slowly turning to him, you lock eyes. The TV plays softly in the background. The faded light hitting his face just right.
Davey POV
Thoughts racing through his head as he tries to process how he got to this point. A million miles a minute, he thinks ‘What if they don’t want to kiss me and I’m being weird? What if they do and they’re waiting for me? How long have they felt this way? Did I miss my chance in high school? What if”
Boom, fireworks. Lips touching his, a hand on his arm, brain short circuiting. Everything melts away. Kissing people seems overrated until it’s the right person. Everything clicks into place. Time slows as they pull away. Fear clouds his vision as he thinks somethings wrong.
“A-are you okay?” he stammers out. “Yeah” they reply, somewhat breathless, “just processing a little bit.” “yeah” he replies quickly, leaning back into his seat. The movie plays while they both sit silently, heads both empty of thoughts.
The credits roll and the clock chimes 2am. “Should I go?” they say, “I don’t want this evening to end in regrets and half filled promises. I’d rather leave before the ache can set in.” “Stay” he says softly, reaching for their hand.
Time melts and the last thought before he falls asleep is ‘If this is love, then it’s always worth the debt.’

Josh Lyman/Donna Moss (2.1k words)
posted on ao3 here
engraved upon my heart (in letters deeply worn)
Donna can feel the bitter chill against her skin as she slips out of the house. She presses the phone to her ear, waiting for Josh to pick up.
She wouldn’t usually go outside to talk on the phone- it’s D.C. in February, and she’d rather not catch a cold for no reason. But Noah’s already asleep and Jo has a geometry test tomorrow, so she’s trying not to make too much noise. Not that they’re disturbed very easily- especially not Jo. Once she gets started with something, it’s almost impossible to pull her away from it. Donna and Noah call it “laser focus.” She gets it from Josh, though he claims to have perfected the whole “work life balance” thing. It doesn't surprise Donna in the least- the list of traits the two of them share is a mile long. And having such a good work ethic has always helped her, especially now that she’s in 8th grade.
Damn.
She feels old all of a sudden, wishing Josh would pick up so she has someone to complain to.
The repetitive ringing drones on in her ear for a long moment before he answers and it stops. Donna has to hide her smile at the noises coming from Josh’s end- he sounds out of breath, like he’s on a jog or something. But it’s 9 P.M., and he’s on the campaign trail, so it’s most definitely not that.
“Wait-”
Something, probably the phone, crashes to the ground. She can hear him cursing under his breath. After a moment, he picks it back up.
“Are the kids okay? Are you okay?”
“What?”  She looks around for a place to sit, settling on the front porch step. She can hear him moving around, probably on the bus or in his office. She has no idea where they are today- maybe Maryland? California? She remembers Josh talking about touching base at home states, but she doesn’t have the energy to figure out what exactly he was saying.
“It’s late. You’re usually in bed by now, all cozied up with a book and a little fluffy robe.”
“A robe?” she teases.
“Well, you know,” he amends. “My sweatshirt and a pile of briefing memos.”
She shakes her head fondly before remembering he can’t see her.
“The kids are- I’m- we’re all fine. And it’s 9, Josh. I’m never in bed by now.”
“Okay.”
“Okay.”
He pauses, and all of the movement on his end stops too.
“Hi,” he says.
She can hear his smile, and can’t help but smile back. “Hey.”
Donna huffs out a laugh at the absurdity of it all- they’re married, for God’s sakes, but he can still make her smile like an idiot for no reason. It still shakes her to her core, everytime they say “I love you” or they talk about the kids.
This is her life. Their life. They’ve built a life together, a far cry from the too-long glances and energetic banter of the White House days. They’re calmer, now- older and wiser and steady. But she loves him just as much as she ever has.
He used to be a whirlwind of motion that she couldn’t help but get sucked into, constantly talking and working and creating and never standing still. But somewhere along the line, between the hushed conversations in hospital rooms and the way his hand molded to the small of her back, he became her home. His love is the feeling in her chest when she watches him with the kids, the weight of a hand in hers whenever she has a nightmare about Gaza, the constant support when she talks about a new project she’s working on.
And he’s a jackass sometimes, obviously, but he never does anything to hurt her on purpose. And when he says something that makes her want to slap him, his eyes get wide and he frantically apologizes, begging her not to cry.
One of the things she’s learned since they first started dating is that her tears are his worst nightmare. She asked him why, once. “It feels like my heart is being ripped out of my chest,” he said. She almost stopped breathing. He turned bright red as soon as he said it, but still. They’ve settled into this thing, this domestic life that she never imagined he would want. Or that she would, honestly.
“Donna? You there?”
She snaps back to the present- “Yeah. Sorry. How’s it going? You guys are in Maryland now, right?”
He updates her on how their polls have been looking since they got to the state and she listens intently.
“How are Andy’s approval ratings? You’re right to keep Toby behind the scenes- I bet he’s going crazy.”
Josh relays a story from earlier that day about Toby throwing a fit because Andy refuses to let him write for her. He can barely stop laughing long enough to tell her, but she doesn’t mind.
“I should call her,” she muses.
The two of them grew closer after Gaza- once Andy got over the guilt and the absurd worry that Donna blamed her for the accident, they became fast friends. She’d always admired Andy- the woman had made driving Toby out of his mind into an art form, not to mention how damn good she was at her job. And as soon as they had been tasked with finding possible VPs, Andy was Donna’s first call.
“Yeah, I think she’s a bit tired of all the testosterone here now that you’ve gone.”
He laughs, and Donna can feel the ache in her stomach. She wishes he was here, or that she was there- it’s nice to have a break from work for a while, but she’d grown used to the pace of the campaign trail. There’s so much to do all the time, and so much to learn. Donna knows how to run a campaign, of course, but re-election was nothing like this campaign. This is new, and fun and exciting- and extremely hard. Putting a young, up-and-coming candidate in office is a whole different ball game, and she has a front row seat. She still misses the frantic pace of the White House from time to time, but what she’s doing now is so much more fulfilling. She has the power to change the country- or to give them a President who could, at least.
It’s the kind of job Donna from twenty years ago didn't know existed, and the kind of job Donna from ten years ago wouldn't dream of.
She’s no longer an also-dead- she’ll get her own damn obituary. She’s gotten past all of the struggles and the self-doubt, and now she’s putting one of her best friends in the White House.
Sam Seaborn as President.
The victory is a long time away, she knows- both Toby and Josh would make her go outside, turn around, and spit if they knew she was thinking about it, but she can’t help it. President Sam Seaborn. It’s a bright, shining light at the end of the tunnel. That’s why she’s doing this- for Sam, for her friends, for her country. For anyone and everyone who deserves a President that cares about them- she’s working her hardest to make sure they get him. That’s what makes this all worth it.
That thought reminds her why she called in the first place- she waits for Josh to finish what he’s telling her about Andy’s speech today.
“Have the results come in yet?”
“No, and you know what I was thinking?”
“Josh, I’m not going to talk to the Flenders again.”
“Donna!”
She can picture him vividly- pacing around his office, the same pouting look on his face that he always gets when he whines.
“I’m not your assistant anymore, Josh. I’m your wife- and your co-campaign manager. Get someone else to do your illegal activities.”
She expects him to complain some more, but instead his voice grows soft.
“I can’t,” he says.
She lets out a breathy laugh, trying to hide her reaction at the tone of his voice.
“Josh, I’m serious. I have enough work to do.”
Her stomach is on a roller coaster ride as his voice fills her ear. She’s taken back to Inauguration Day, years ago- sitting on his lap as they both tried to keep the inevitable from happening. He had whispered in her ear the entire cab ride from her apartment, hands resting on her waist in a manner that wasn’t remotely professional. The way his touch had felt that night- and later, when they danced together- had filled her thoughts for weeks after.
“No, I mean-” he laughs sheepishly and she can picture exactly how he looks on the other side of the phone.
“No one’s here to ask. Or, I’m not there to ask them, I guess.”
Donna’s eyebrows knit together.
“What do you-”
“Turn around.”
He interrupts her, the big smile on his face easy to hear.
She does, still confused, and drops the phone. Josh is leaning against the porch column, exactly how she had pictured him. Donna stands there for a minute, dumbstruck. Then she races over to him, enveloping him in a hug.
God, she’s missed this- the way his body instantly reacts to hers, the way he can’t seem to hold her tight enough. She can’t believe he just showed up here. She pulls out from the hug and he groans, like a five year old who just got his toy taken away. She would know- that’s exactly what Noah looked like whenever that happened to him.
“Joshua!!”
His pout turns into a wide-eyed expression immediately.
“How are you mad at me for this?” Josh asks incredulously, ducking to avoid the punch on the arm he knows is coming his way.
“It’s the first day of the primaries! You shouldn’t be here, you should be having a panic attack in your office over the Hartsfield’s Landing results!”
He reaches his hands out for her waist.
“I wanted to have a panic attack here.”
She gives into his touch, wrapping herself in Josh’s arms like a blanket.
“Okay,” she smiles.
He does not. “Jesus, Donna, you’re freezing!”
He rubs his hands up and down her arms, like he thinks he can warm her entire body up himself. He probably does- knowing Josh, it’s not out of the realm of possibility. She places her hands on his like an anchor, calming him.
“I’m fine!”
The goosebumps on her arms betray her, though, and Josh barely hesitates before whipping off his coat and handing it to her.
“Thank you,” she whispers as he wraps it around her tightly. It still catches her by surprise, sometimes. He knows her, inside and out- like the map of her heart was given to him long ago, and he’s memorized in by now.. He can always see right through her lies or false reassurances, like no one else can. Somehow, he always knows what she needs- even when she’s too stubborn to ask.
He buries his head in the nape of her neck, his arms secure around her waist. She laughs at how affectionate he’s being- before they started dating, she would have never guessed how much he loves to touch her. Gently touching her knee on the bus, squeezing her hand as they walk, holding her in his arms every night- he always wants to know she’s there, that she’s still with him. It’s one of her favorite things about him.
Donna leans into his arms and takes a deep breath, savoring the cold air. She’s always loved this time of year. It always used to remind her of growing up, of playing in the snow with her older sister while their parents watched in the back. But now it reminds her of winter at the White House, too- of thoughtful gifts and failed vacations and Josh, and Josh, and Josh.
She had always been with him when it was coldest. Somehow, it felt right that he was standing next to her now.
Donna turns around, framing Josh’s face with her cold hands. She presses her lips to his for a moment. It’s been almost 15 years of moments like this, and she isn’t tired of it. She’s not tired of him, of kissing him and talking to him and waking up next to him every single morning. And she never would.
“Thank you,” she whispers against his lips. She walks to the front door, pulling his coat tighter around her.
“At least this time I didn't have to steal your coat,” she teases.
Josh rolls his eyes, but doesn’t move.
“You didn't steal it,” he says.
She stares at him. He rubs his head awkwardly.
“I, uh- I left it there on purpose. Your coat sucked.”
She can feel her eyes growing wet.
“Donna, please don't-”
“Joshua!!”
She dabs at her eyes, trying not to cry. It isn’t the nicest thing he has ever done for her, not even close. And it was almost twenty years ago, but still. She takes a deep breath and grabs his hand, pulling him inside.
“Come on. Hartsfield votes in a few minutes.”
As they walk towards the house, hand in hand, it starts to snow.
this took a million years and i’m so sorry. this turned into something WAY beyond what i meant it to be lol- but i’m OBSESSED with this universe. and you BET i have ideas for all the other characters.
so basically- sam is running for president, josh and donna are co-campaign managers bc one of them works in DC and stays with the kids, and then the other one comes back from the campaign trail and they switch off. this takes place on the first night of the primaries- so it’s like “hartsfield’s landing” but 18-ish years later.
andy wyatt is the VP candidate!! is this extremely random? yes! but i love her to pieces SO.
what else... cj and toby both work with them on this campaign. there may or may not be some cj/toby in this- or some ot3, i need advice!!!
oh and before josh decided to run sam’s campaign, he was retired and was living the good life as a stay at home dad. jo and noah (YES FOR JOANIE AND JOSH’S DAD, LET ME HAVE MY ANGST) are 13 and 10, respectively. donna was working somewhere very important- i think she was working as a senator’s COS, then she moved to a policy center that focuses on women’s rights and outreach in foreign countries.
title from “fair” by the amazing devil: this song is everything good in the universe and i’m obsessed with it. PLEASE everyone- go listen to it and come back and TELL ME it doesn’t give you soft josh/donna feelings. and just... feelings in general.
ANYWAY hope you enjoyed!!! i’m kind of incapable of writing good fluff but i really really really hope this was a good choice for this prompt- it felt fitting with the reunion and all :DDD
thank you for the prompt!!

I’m literally feeling like I’m living in a dream😇😇😇
⭐️⭐️⭐️My life is like a fairly tale to say the least,
but then as bad as they were at one point I was
“Dancing with the devil” in 🏜 Death Valley🌙🌙🌙
About to tackle my deamons one by one. Head on..
Let that resignate it was a flight situation but I had to
fight I had the strength and courage to look at every
situation and subsequently subjectivity decide. This
was all mere negative thoughts or self conscious
insecurities coming to the surface. The little critics of
your own self. It’s like a sick and twisted game and
your the Joker your playing urself honey. And your
Depriving yourself of what you truly deserve and
what’s out there waiting for you that you were
craving and literally everything that you could ever
asked and hoped for was your reality like your reality
Was about to get better than the dream and you’re
living in a fairytale, Queen of the Underground.
Remind yourself your the one that you very so
created and things were about to get real and I just
had to dig myself out of this after I conquered all my
insecurities and got my Ass back home to heal and
recover from this madness nightmare that it so
quickly turned upside down because you were going
against the timing and the plan that you needed to
go. You wanted to play some more and knowing that
Nothing lasts forever and all good things must come
to an end inevitably but I have not a single regret
because I had to life through each experience to get
me to where I am right now and heal and recover
because that was never for you and part of that being
the reason why you would even fight for something
so much that was it supposed to end up that way did
you guys lived it up and had a good time that you
also add times that we’re not so good but I also
needed those times to realize what I was doing
wrong and never in looking at myself from another
Perspective and that’s the hard thing to do cause I
never want to believe I’m in the wrong but that
taught me what I needed to learn.. Whether or not he
was telling me the truth or answer my questions it
Was irrelevant because I was still in the wrong
regardless it was a chapter on your journey and those
Extacy eventually come crashing down like a tidal
wave of nightmares and just how quickly things fall
apart when you fight against energy and destiny. I
definitely learned a lot about myself and
relationships and my judgments as well and I do
appreciate all of the great times and I’ll forever have a
special place in my heart for end cure for every
chapter because they helped me realize I was
Allowing to go on. Once I went back home and there
I would rediscover who I was and once I came home
it all just started to Come back together because
there was a comfort in solidarity and self reflection.
And clarity once I refreshed myself what I deserve to
know the whole truth to my purpose and Devine gift
of timeless energy and Realness. I have no regrets
and each lesson I had to learn or relearn again or else
It would continue to come back up and until I was
able to pass the test that was the only way out of it it
was due or die now is the time and could never get
an opportunity again so I knew what I had to do.
and now it s starting to make sense more
Having all these thoughts and questions and not having anyone to turn to going though Some of the heartache on my own sucks but at the same time some of the stuff I needed to do on my own as well as the reflecting and solidarity and just healing and cleanse just a whole refresher because I wasn’t gonna go back to any of that nonsense I was ready to Start my future ends I have a new way of thinking and someone that will complete me more than I could ever even imagine the sweetes and most perfect person for me literally my soulmate my other half see if you want the fairytale then you decide that its really about what you truly want and satisfying to your needs and desires. He gets me in every single way that I never had and silently crave. The rough and hair pulling, biting and just devouring that moment when thier souls finally reconnect being as they were together maybe in another lifetime. Today was the day her dreams came true and she was resdy to start living her life again and finally everything made sense the journey and each lesson and person and situation everything needed to happen to get me here to this very moment and now. I’ll get my fairy tale ending and Man of my Dreams whom will be with me until the end of time until death do us part. True Uplifting Vibrating Magical and Devine ❤️ soul blowong Love and they lived happily ever & hard Times pass we’ll be okay. Together we’ll be alright! Ain’t that the truth. We can conquer the world or destroy it lmao no jk we’re gonna make some babies and make up for the time we lost.
This helped me because she said that no onunderstands because no one walks in your shoes 👠 I never fully understood it at the time but always was in the back of my mind. Well she’s right I just had to allow myself to raise my vibration to the truth and what I deserve As opposed to what I would allow. Consequently at one time things were great but they just slowly got worse it was like a roller coaster but towards the end I was wrestling my demons bringing his out if you’re in the fire feeling it fueling it and all the situations I would create in my head that weren’t even true I would start to believe and then start arguing with me on thoughts I’m not getting paranoid just not knowing what to believe because the truth could be lies and then we Mile I’m the one sabotaging the truth or questioning it because my own insecurities but I hope that there’s no hard feelings just appreciation and gratitude for what happened and how each event pan down and the opportunities that I had to revisit these was once in a lifetime and knowing what I know now it was all worth it it was scary and uncertain and really brave but I was going to risk my for my people and find the truth and fight for what’s right fully deserved and for my sanity in this wicked world where everything‘s not so cookie cut I’m not any safer type of whistle blower but let me tell you the information is out there if you look in the right places and ask the right people you will find it Because you will see it and you won’t even have to question it because you will know once you have that click everything starts to get a lot more real you’re gonna walk through the valley of the shadow of death look at your demons they’re going to challenge you they’re gonna try to drag you down you can’t let that happen that was an old part of you or a part of you that died and no longer exists only in your mind the character you created to play that part in this conundrum of your life but sometimes things get really still and you’re sitting around it’s almost a year two years three years and you need to get out you need to get out of that funk and then you get a taste for life again and you just start to go with it and then it just starts to take you over and you just get so caught up in this fantasy life that’s not real but it’s fun to play and it’s fun to Tesla miss ends test limits and just see where certain nights can take you and just be open minded and in the moment because the thing about that is you only have this moment and that’s the only mom you have and it’s never going to come around again so you have to live embrace it and live it to the fullest it’s one like I was always worried about the past or the future and that gives you just have to be present and except who you truly are and you know the world what what can you throw at me or how can I tackle this today I’m not gonna worry about it because I’m coming to God and when it comes on about it will inevitably be consistent with what you serve so you need to have more respect for yourself and not allow any type of disrespectful remarks or behaviors because you deserve more than that and you don’t know why you let that go on because you were in a dark place and you didn’t know any other way at that point in time and it’s really hard to dig yourself out of it because one after the next excuse after excuse little by little you see the storm sort of brewing and then that’s when lake you know that blender should go on and you should say I am just means I need to rest and recharge or whatever so everyone’s story is different everyone has their faces or favorite things comforts just be around good people don’t let anyone kill your vibe and don’t be afraid to ask questions for skip for what you believe in because you could be leading the way for so many other people that don’t have that choice or they can’t stand up for themselves for that just don’t know how to or have the strength to know you never know and hey if I truly believe something with my whole heart the Universe will conspire to make it happen.🌙

Connecting the Light - A Kingdom Hearts Fanzine Work
Did I tell anyone I participated in a Kingdom Hearts zine?
Last month, @destiny-islanders and @novallion organized what was probably one of the biggest Kingdom Hearts events in all Tumblr: a special zine called The Ties That Bind Us, celebrating the much anticipated release of Kingdom Hearts III. I’m happy to say that I submitted a piece, and I am finally sharing it with my followers.
For the zine, you can get the download link here.
Connecting the Light
The power to connect. Hearts that rest and take refuge in mine. That’s what they said I can do: that I have the power of connection to other people’s hearts. But will it protect my friends when they need it the most?
Sora was ready to leave Destiny Islands once again, but this time, instead of looking for his friends, he would be saving people connected to the one residing in his heart. And the owner of it, too.
Call them ‘future friends,’ as Sora liked to think of them.
After all, if they were Ven’s friends, then by extension, they were his friends too. He just hadn’t met them yet. Or, at least, that he knew of.
He stared off into the setting sun on the beach, the one that left trails of orange on the surface of the ocean. The boy listened to the waves intently, wondering when would be the next time he would hear them again. Hoping it would be these same waves he would hear again, and not the ones in the Realm of Darkness.
“Sora?” a soft voice spoke behind him.
He turned to find Kairi standing there, giving one of her bright smiles. Very appropriate for a Princess of Heart.
“I thought you guys had left already,” she said as she walked to stand beside him.
“Riku needed some extra time before we left,” Sora shrugged. “I think he’s not very sure about our next adventure.”
“Oh,” Kairi uttered, her brows furrowing. She turned to look at the sunset. “He still thinks he’s not worthy, doesn’t he?”
“I guess,” Sora sighed. But he quickly grinned. “But don’t worry. I think this test is just the thing he needs to prove how strong his heart really is.”
Kairi giggled. “Yeah. At least he will have you there to remind him…” She paused. “Sora?”
“Hm?”
“Don’t ever let him forget it: that he is also part of the light, no matter the darkness he has fought inside him.”
Sora blinked at her. Slowly, a smile curled his lips, as he looked back at the sunset, placing his hands at the back of his head.
“Don’t worry. I won’t let him forget.”
“I thought you’d be on the gummi ship by now.”
Both Sora and Kairi turned to the new voice, only for both of them to let out sounds of surprise.
“You cut your hair,” Sora commented.
“It was getting a little long for my taste.” Riku shrugged, walking closer to his friends.
“It suits you,” Kairi giggled. “I’ve been thinking about doing the same thing.”
“It bodes well, when you’re trying to start anew,” the young man said, now standing next to the other two, lightly stroking his hair.
“Great! You’re going to pass that exam with style now.” Sora playfully punched Riku’s bicep.
The young man chuckled, right before turning his gaze to the sunset. “You really think I’ll pass, with all the darkness I let in my heart?”
Sora and Kairi exchanged looks, instantly nodding in understanding.
“What are you talking about? Of course you’ll pass!”
“You’re gonna do great!”
They spoke at the same time, both with a sense of purpose, including Sora making a fist of confidence. The reaction was so strong that Riku was startled by their enthusiastic support.
“You have us,” Kairi added.
“And King Mickey, Donald and Goofy,” Sora continued. “You’ve got plenty of friends rooting for you.”
“Right,” Riku chuckled. “My friends are my power. That’s what you said before, right?”
Sora nodded. “Right.”
The trio turned back to the light, seeing the last bit of the sun sink down the horizon. Knowing it would be a while before they got to see it together like this again. So, they cherished the moment, savoring every second of it.
“We should get going,” Riku said quietly.
“Yeah,” Sora whispered.
As the two boys turned to walk away, Kairi spoke up.
“Make sure you two come back here,” she teased, placing her hands on her hips and leaning forward.
Sora grinned. “We will.”
He then practically jumped as he placed his arms around Riku and Kairi’s shoulders. Riku got dragged down by Sora’s short stature.
“I promise that no matter what, we’ll always come back here, to this island, and hang out. Like old times. No darkness involved.”
Kairi giggled, while Riku let out a short laugh and shook his head at his always optimistic friend.
Someday.
Someday, it’ll be me, Terra and Aqua. We promised we would find our way back to each other, that our wayfinders would guide us, and keep us together in our hearts.
And someday, I’ll see Xion again. And we’ll go back to that clocktower to eat that sea-salt we loved so much. And maybe this time, Axel won’t have to keep any secrets from us.
Someday, we will reconnect.
Personal A/N: I cannot even begin to describe how much this series means to me. I have been playing Kingdom Hearts since I was about 12 years old (I am about to turn 27 next month). I remember watching Disney Channel and seeing an ad for the first game, and I immediately fell in love with the idea of Disney characters mixed with anime characters.
When my sister and I got the game, we still didn’t have memory cards for our PS2. So you can imagine my frustration when I had to turn off the PS after I heard Tarzan say “Not Clayton. Hee, hoo, hoo ha ha” about 10 times.
But after getting memory cards, this was the first time I ever took the time to complete a game at it’s fullest. And for once, uncover secrets my sister never did (she was usually better at videogames than me).
It was the first time I had ever felt I had some unique achievement that no one else I knew had. That I was good at something I normally wasn’t. I remember gaping the moment I beat Sephiroth and saying “never again”, without knowing I would beat his ass again in Kingdom Hearts 2 later on. It was the one series I played over and over again, trying to get better and better with each playthrough. Even as I turned into adulthood.
Sadly, that PS2 stopped working properly over time, and I was too broke to buy any consoles, like a PSP or a NintendoDSi. So, for the longest time, I missed out on the games. From then on, everything I knew about the games came from Wikipedia.
That was, until my boyfriend (now husband) gifted me a Nintendo3DS for our 9 month anniversary, with Pokémon Y. Finally an adult with a part-time job, one of the very first games I bought for that 3DS was, of course, Kingdom Hearts 3D. I took my time playing it, but unfortunately, I was unable to finish it because one of the buttons stopped working properly. The one button one smashes the most to beat Xehanort in the end.
So when I finally saved enough money to buy a console, you bet your butt that I bought a PS4. While there were other games my husband and I were interested in (like Monster Hunter World, the remakes of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro, among other games), there was one main reason I bought it for: Kingdom Hearts.
Because I grew up with this series. Because they gave me a sense of supporting friendships. Because it was beautiful. Because it made me feel whole. Because they made me feel capable.
And when I saw PSN was selling the All-in-One Package, I didn’t need to think twice to buy it. And the second those games downloaded, I opened the very first Kingdom Hearts game, I started crying like an idiot. Because finally. I finally had them with me again. And I could finally experience some of the stories that I had only read about.
These 14 years have been an emotional roller coaster. But this last month really takes the cake. I cried so hard with the new game, from beginning to end, and I am so happy I got to see and experience it. I, personally, feel Kingdom Hearts III was so much of what I wanted it to be. I experienced so much old and new, at the same time. The added pieces of Disney were fantastic, and once again, it proved that Kingdom Hearts is so much more than just a crossover. It’s more than its gameplay and companies. It is a piece of us, that helped forge who many of us are now.
Kingdom Hearts is, and forever will be, the greatest game in my heart.

I introduced my sister and bro in law today to The Try Guys to cheer them up and it worked 100%!
The Try Guys Try Not To Die At Sea - “They are going to die!!!”
The Try Guys Prank Each Other - “Flamingos!”
The Try Guys Crash Test A New Roller Coaster - “They are getting high. Yup, he’s (eugene) high.”
The Try Guys Bake Bread Without A Recipe - “Keith is going to win.” “oh really?” “Yes!” (sis was really aghast at the actual result)
The Try Guys Break Into A House - “What about the poop?” “There is it is.”
What other videos should I show them? They are a little conservative and I don’t want to scare them off yet
Definitely going to show them these:
the UFC fighting
high driving
legal alcohol limit
facials
$300,000 party

Becoming Human part 2
Authors Note: HEY GUYS! I know ive been gone a while, college has been hell, ive actually been working on my next several postings since August, bit by bit as inspiration hits. it may not be written the best, just give me a chance to get back into the swing of things. Thanks for reading -Jazz
“Hey Alex, yeah its Elasia. Yeah i need a little help if you're up to it? Yeah i finished a masking serum for the guys and we’re going out tonight. Even if it's just for Mikey i could use another chaperone. I can pay your way, i just need help making sure they don't get into any massive trouble. You can? Great, meet us at the lair in 10 minutes. Yeah you can bring your camera. Awesome see you then.”
“Boom!! Who’s ready to PAR-TAY!!”
To say Mikey looked interesting was an understatement, he was wearing orange striped basketball shorts, and a too big t-shirt that looked like a crazy bowling alley carpet. Finally his reddish blonde curls were pulled into a faux hawk and decorated with rainbow shutter shades.
“I personally don't think we’re ready for this, what happens if there's an attack on the city while we’re like this and we can't fight?”
“Well at least this could prove an adequate test of balance and focus under extreme motion.”
“And you look totally awesome Bro!”
Fitted dark blue jeans and a dusty grey and blue plaid shirt cuffed at the elbows gave leo a classy East meets West look when paired with his high ponytail and thin pencil bangs. All he needed was a nice belt buckle and some boots, but some sneakers borrowed from Raph’s collection would do.
Don had gone simple, his usual cargo pants tied with some cordage from the lab, fitted black tee, (where and why he had a shirt that small I don't know it didn't come from my stash of my brother’s clothes) and his usual seashell necklace.
“Now where’d Raph go?”
CRASH CLANG CHSSSSSSHHHH TUNK THUNK THOMP.
“Dude! You better not have messed up those heads! You know how long it takes to scrap a fully functioning drum kit??? And don't even get me started if you scratched my sick paint job!”
“Get off my back Mikey! I was tryin to do a back-flip off the landing and mis-judged the strength it would take to get over there. These tiny muscles won't work right.”
“You're human Raph, that means your muscles will only work at human capacity. You're still pretty damn strong but don't go trying to throw any shipping containers or jumping off high rises any time soon.”
“Yeah figured that one out already, now come get me out of this thing will ya?”
“Man not my Base!!! I almost had that tuned perfectly bro!!!”
Raph was stuck legs first into the bass drum from the front, apparently having slid into Mikey’s drum set. The New York skyline painted on the decorative head ruined, much to Mikey's horror.
“I spent a week painting that!!”
“Sorry Mike, I'll help you find a new one.”
“Knock Knock! Is anyone here?”
Mikey’s eyes went as wide as saucers as his precious drum set was forgotten and he took off toward his room for me to snag his collar.
“Oh no you aren't going anywhere.”
“Let go i can't let Alex see me like this!”
“Mikey they’re a shifter, i doubt they care what you look like.”
“Doubt i care what who looks like? This adorable redhead you’ve got hanging by his collar?”
“Alleycat!! Don't look...wait, adorable?”
Gosh the blush on their cheeks was so cute.
“Yeah. can I?”
That camera never left their neck and they  were quick to get a shot before Mikey had the chance to start hamming it up.
“Too late, gotcha. Want to see Mickey?
“Come on let's give the lovebirds a minute, letem get all the sickly sweet outta their systems.”
The sound of the whining Polaroid and giggles faded to Leo and Don’s nervous chattering as Leo tried to talk Don out of this.
“Seriously D, we can't be this reckless already, i mean an amusement park? That many adrenaline fueled people in a close packed environment is just asking for trouble. We don't even know if this potion is even stable, what happens if we revert mid ride and can't escape, or if it causes a technical issue and people get hurt?”
“Leo you forget the world of mythics is a lot larger than what you're used to, there are safeguards and protocols in place in case of a critical failure. If the masking serum fails there’s a 20 minute window before the mist gives way and humans actually notice the change. That’d be more than enough time to escape. And if by some miraculous circumstance we can't manage escape there are teams that can be dispatched to tamper with the social consciousness to erase our presence to no more than urban legend. We’ll be fine, live a little.”
“Plus we will be in an entirely different state thanks to the port stones so there’s even less possibility that anything could happen if we were seen. If my calculations are correct that leaves a 10% chance of serum failure and a 0.001% chance of catastrophic circumstance, given i fully understand all the variables at play.”
Raph grabbed his elder brother’s shoulder and looked him straight in the eye, the only parts of them that were physically unchanged. He still towered over the elder, but the gap between the two had closed significantly under human restriction.
“We’ve wanted this our whole lives Leo, Don't go letting Mominardo go and fuck it up. We’re human for a night, i don't really feel like wasting that opportunity.”
“Welcome Back to The Midwest Boys!! The home of the most unobservant humans in America, and the central hub of mystic life. Next stop Worlds of Fun!!”
Mikey and Raph were hooping and hollering from the bed of the truck as it sped down the highway toward the tops of the roller-coasters in the distance. Hell even Leo looked like he was enjoying the feeling of the wind in his new hair as he almost stuck his head out the back passenger window, bobbing along with Donnie's techno music over the speakers. When the old dodge settled to a stop in the parking lot it was like an explosion as the four burst from the truck, taking off for the front gate with the excitement of children. People were giving them odd looks, brushed off moments later as the antics of young men.
“Guys...GUYS!! LEO, RAPH, DONNIE, MIKE! GET YOUR SCALY ASSES BACK HERE!”
Leo was the first to freeze, Don and Raph tripping over him to land flat on their faces as Mikey vaulted deftly over the pile.
“Michael…”
Oh that did it, Alex's voice was ice and it stopped Mikey in his tracks, peeking over his shoulder with a meek grin as he gave us time to catch up.
“I know you're excited, but part of appearing human is acting correctly, while running and jumping is more accepted at an amusement park you have to be courteous to the other patrons. No running or flipping over people, and no climbing any of the trees or structures unless you want to get us kicked out…”
“Now tell mom you're sorry…”
I gave Alex a dirty look, but I couldn't hold it, the 6 of us bursting into a fit of laughter. Mikey threw his arm over Alex's shoulder, playing with her matching ruddy blonde hair, and Raph grabbed my hand to pull me toward the ticket booth.
“Go on lead the way ma.”
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP!!!
Well great, what now.
The security guards were waving their wand metal detectors over Leo when they started going off near his belt. Reaching in to the waistband of his jeans out came a stack of three shuriken.
“You can't bring weapons into the park son…”
When they tried to take the intricately designed weapons Leo went to reach for where his katana would usually be on his shell. Luckily Don was close enough to stop him before he got too far.
“Sorry officer, we'll take them back to the truck. Hey E, get our tickets for us k?”
He knocked Leo upside the head as they turned back for the parking lot.
“What the SHELL is wrong with you?”
While i was buying the tickets i noticed Leo and Donnie re-approaching the gate, only to get a full pat-down before they were allowed to enter, oh i love my idiots, i love my idiots…. Now people were staring…
“Lets get out of here, COME ON GUYS!”
Raph knocked leo upside the head as well when they re-joined the group, grabbing him by the hair as a low grumble rolled through his chest, both their eyes widening.
“The hell…”
“We can't churr Raph, we no longer have the equipment to create or interpret such subsonic sounds.”
“Yeah i figured that out Don, just stop being a dumb-ass Leo. Bringin weapons to a park, what the hell were you thinking?”
Leo just shouldered his way past, nose in the air.
“I don't have to explain myself to you.”
Raph moved to start a fight but i grabbed his shoulder, pulling him down to whisper in his ear.
“He's just feeling a little exposed, too many people, a strange place, you guys don't even have the protection of your shells, cut him a break.”
“COME ON, I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN AMUSEMENT PARK!! LETS GO!”
Mikey took off running, jumping into a flip to snag Leo by the shoulders like he had hundreds of time before, flinging him into a flip, only to land on his ass, mikey bouncing along on his rump a few meters ahead.
“I think your center of balance is a little off Mike!”
That got the big blue grump laughing again, thanks Mikey.
Alex ran past laughing, snagging Mikey by the collar.
“Come on Mickey! Lets try the Fjord Fjarlane!! I call outer seat!!!”
Alex drug Mikey to his feet, towing the poor boy toward the first ride still limping from his less than stellar landing, Raph and Donnie taking off soon after leaving me behind with Leo.
“Hey i told Red to back off, i get that your feeling off, but it'll be fine.”
“How do you know.”
“Because i do, now you just have to trust me, do we have a deal Brother?”
I held out my hand with the spirit spiral mark on it and after a second of deliberation he met my gesture with his own.
“Come on let's go have some fun, Sis.”
By the time we had ridden the Fjord Fjarlane, the  Finnish Fling, The Scandi Scrambler, and the Viking voyager spirits were high again. Even Leo was smiling like a goof and we still had 4 sections of the park left to get through, it was going to be a good night and we were all buzzing with excitement.
“Hey hot-stuff, wanna go find a nice dark corner with me?”
The feeling of a hand gripping my hind end had me spinning, grabbing some greasy asshole’s wrist and twisting it until he was buckling under the strain before the guys could even react.
“There anything wrong babe?”
At the sight of Raphs towering form glaring down at him from over my shoulder the creep paled. Jerking to get out of my grip on his arm as i squeezed just enough to threaten breaking it.
“No i think i've got this Raphie Bear, go have fun with your brothers… I’ll take care of the trash.”
When i looked back down at the guy my eyes were golden, fangs bared, and crest raised. “You touch any woman against her will again and you'll be seeing me, and i promise they won’t find you.”
I threw him down on the ground, watching as he scrambled away backwards, knocking over a couple little kids before taking off. God damn doing that felt good.
DING DING DING DING DING….!
When i made it back to the guys Mikey was sinking basket after basket on one of those trick carnival games. his enhanced strength and aim, though lesser in this form, were plenty to crush the hopes of the carnie running the booth’s hopes for a quick buck. Destroying the high score soon Mikey was holding a giant sea turtle plushie, using it as a puppet to tease Alex. I felt Raph’s hand on my lower back, his extra fingers held together to make it feel more like his natural form’s hands. Probably so i wouldn't freak out and break his wrist.
“Pick a prize Tweeter.”
“Raph you don't have to do that….”
“How many days can i win my girl a carnival prize without being carted off to a freak show? Now pick something E.”
I scanned over the disgustingly pastel prizes until my eyes landed on the perfect little stuffie. It was a black dragon made of faux leather with a fluffy red belly and gold wing membranes, horns, and spikes.
“That one, in the dart booth. The Dragon.” “That tiny thing, come on, give me a challenge girl.”
“You told me to pick Red.”
“Fine, let me show you how it's done.”
Handing over a dollar bill the carnie passed over 3 red darts.
“Pop three gold balloons for the dragon.”
Raph’s face scrunched up as he searched for the targets the carnie indicated.
“What’s the ploy here, those balloons are barely inflated at all! The dragon is one of the smallest prizes here, you trying to cheat me carnie?”
“You wanted a challenge big guy.”
He just gave the carnie a dirty look, weighing the dart in his hand before pinching the tip between his first two fingers, the other two tucked tightly to his palm as he stared down his target.
“Damn darts aren't even sharp.”
I ran my hands over his free arm, focusing on the balloons almost as hard as Raph was.
THUNK
One gold balloon started lazily dripping paint down the board. The carnie gave Raph a look at utter disbelief, only to be met with a smirk as Raph readied one dart in each hand.
THUNK, THUNK!
Three spots of gold paint stained the board where balloons had once hung and Raph was preening, head and shoulders thrown back, chest puffed out as he pulled me tight to his side.
“I think you owe my girl here a stuffed dragon.”
...
“I'm going to name him Lucius. He’s so cute!!”
The tiny stuffed dragon was barely 4 inches tall, just big enough to tuck in a pocket, but the stitch work on him was absolutely exquisite, gold embroidery outlining glittering scales along the tiny little body.
“Glad you like him babe.”
I was a lot more ecstatic than i thought i would be, jumping up to throw my arms around Raph’s neck and making lots of happy chirping noises as he supported my weight in his arms and pressed his forehead to my own. Our laughter mixed in a bubbly fountain mixed with chirps and low growling pseudo-churrs as he spun me around in his arms before i let go and just let myself hang upside down limply from his grip.
“Ok i'm dead, you killed me with cute fluffy romantic crud. You've gone and done it, speak of my greatness in my eulogy….”
“Get a room you two.”
Raph flipped Leo off, a self satisfied smirk at actually being able to do so pulling at his lips as i popped back upright. I stuck my own tongue out at Leo before grabbing Raph’s slightly stubbled jaw and pulling him in for a kiss. It was different but it was still completely Raphael, teeth scraping at my bottom lip before i pulled back, only for him to follow until i put a hand against his throat.
“We’re still in public babe, later i promise.”
He rolled his eyes as he let me back down, another low growl rumbling through him as he whispered in my ear.
“Fine, but don't expect me to play nice.”
His hand traveled down my back to cup my rear as we moved to catch up with the guys as they ran off toward the fury of the Nile. he started chuckling when i removed it, slipping it back a few times before i swatted him.
“Behave.”
“Make me.”
Raph, Mikey, Alex, and I squeezed together in one boat as Donnie and leo hopped in the next one only to be joined by two college girls in swimsuits cut off from their own parties. I couldn't help but grin like a proud mother as the two fumbled through trying to talk to the two bombshell beauties that had been practically dropped in their laps. It wasn't long though before i heard laughter coming from the boat behind us as we were shoved off down the artificial white water rapids.  I quickly forgot about that however as we crashed into the first bouncer and a wave of green dyed water sloshed over us and into the boat.
“EEEEEEEEE! Oh god it smells!” Mikey couldn't help but laugh, throwing an arm around Alex.
“Smells better than the waterslides back home, you don't seem to mind those babe.”
Another wave crashed over the boat, this time on Mikey’s side, plastering his poofy curls to his face and washing those god awful shutter shades into the river. The shape of the wave however… a nearly transparent water dragon leapt over the edge of the boat and slipped back below the surface. Back in the boat behind us Mizu was perched on leo’s forearm like a hawk, the two girls in the boat sporting glittering fey’s wings barely visible in the shadowy tunnel. Mikey screwed up his face and a gust of wind blew over his form before cutting a deep trough in the surface of the water, shaking the boat and making Leo fall back into the blue fairy’s lap. My eyes went gold and i could see both elemental beasts play fighting at the surface of the water. A raven’s caw stilled them both, sending them back to their masters before we exited the tunnel.
“Good going bonehead.”
A spark of flame jumped from Raph’s fingertips to bite at Mikey’s face before being extinguished in a puff of air.
“What about incognito don't you understand?”
“Have a little fun babe, no one saw us.”
I tugged on Raph’s soul and made him slap himself in the face.
“You're right, this is fun.”
“Point made, now stop that shit, its creepy.”
“Yeah, and? I'm creepy.”
“And that’s why we love you jazzy cakes.”
By sundown we had ridden every ride at the park at least 3 times. Mikey’s favorite was the Patriot roller coaster, Leo loved the detonator, and Donnie rode the cyclone sam an extra 5 times on his own after the rest of us couldn't handle it anymore.
“What did you say your favorite ride was Red?”
The lights had come on in the park with the setting sun, illuminating the one ride we hadn't tried yet, a tall spire that took swinging seats up to its top for a scenic view of the west Missouri countryside and nearby Kansas City. The pulsing lights flickered in his eyes as he watched the pairs of seats spin lazily 300 feet above our heads.
“I didn't say Tweeter. But how about we try that one out.”
Mikey had just shown up at the bench with armloads of food so Raph was able to drag me off without the others noticing. He hadn't seemed this excited all day and i couldn't help but wonder exactly what was going on in that head of his as he hoisted me up into one of the swinging seats of the steel hawk. The ride wasn't one of the most exciting yet his hand was practically vibrating as we slowly rose up into the air.
“Hey Elasia?”
“Yeah Raph?”
He turned in his seat to face me, scanning over the burning horizon as the moon peeked up over the lights of the distant city.
“Remember that dream you told me about?”
“Huh? You mean the one where peeps were taking over the world?”
He looked at me like i was the greatest treasure in the world and i found myself unable to look away as he spoke.
“No, the other one. With the raven and the phoenix doing the hawk thing you told me about.”
Before i could bring the specific dream to mind he leaned across the gap between our seats, fire burning in his eyes as he kissed me. I could see it now, two birds, talons clasped as they spun, falling from high in the air. I barely felt something stir between us before i was overtaken by the melding of our souls suspended 300 ft in the air. Fire licked across my skin, biting crackling heat that dared not burn, as molten gold peeled back the haze of mist hiding my beloved from me. God why couldn't i get any closer, i needed to get closer, to find more of this delicious adrenaline fueled heat, to have more of him.
We were jarred out of it by the jolt of the ride locking in at ground level, eyes opening in a drugged haze.
“Um Red?”
Three fingers carded through my hair before freezing in shock. Yeah we should run. “LEO CODE GREEN, CODE GREEN, MOVE MOVE MOVE!”
Who knew how long we had until the last of the mist wore off, the guys already looked like turtles to me again, luckily no one else was noticing the four giant mutants as they tore through the park toward the gates. I couldn't help but think we got back to the truck just in time, heart thundering with a new type of adrenaline as i put the pedal to the floor and we sped back to the portstone to NYC.
“WHOOOOO THAT WAS SICK!!! We gotta do that again E, tell me we’re doing that again.”
“Sure Mikey, at least we know how long the masking serum lasts now.”
“It does feel good to be a turtle again.’
“It's strange that the reverse transformation didn't hurt as badly as the initial one, just a few muscle aches.”
“That’s because its easier for structures to retain their native form than to be molded into a new one Don. Don't worry though, the transformation into human form gets easier with practice.”
It did feel good to have my boys back to normal, Mikey and Alex took off down the tunnel to do god knows what, and Leo drug Donnie off to the dojo.
“Come on Donnie, lets spar, i need to feel like myself again.”
“Sounds like a good idea Leo. You guys coming?”
It was hard to keep a straight face when i felt a familiar three-fingered hand weave through the bases of my wings along my spine, i could practically feel the evil little smirk on Raph’s face.
“N-no Donnie, We’ll catch up later.”
They both gave Raph a strange look before disappearing toward the dojo. As soon as they were gone however i turned on the red clad brute, eyes narrowing in scorn as i grabbed his mask tails to yank him down to my level.
“You are in so much trouble mister.”
“What are you going to do about it.”
By god i loved the feeling of his fire along my skin.

Stefanie Dolson on winning gold in Tokyo, the challenges of 3x3 basketball, and more
Tumblr media

Sometimes overshadowed on the Chicago Sky, Stefanie Dolson stepped out onto the international stage this summer, winning a gold medal in Tokyo.
The debut of 3x3 basketball at the Summer Olympics was a rousing success, especially for the United States women’s team composed of Stefanie Dolson, Allisha Gray, Kelsey Plum, and Jackie Young. The Americans went 8-1 and came home with the event’s inaugural gold medal.
The pace of the game seems suited for quicker guards, and yet 6’5 Dolson — known as Big Mama Stef — played some of the finest basketball of her career en route to the gold, making 72.3 percent of her field-goal attempts and just being a general nuisance for any opponent trying to get to the basket.
Dolson spoke to SB Nation about what it took to winning gold and the role her UCAN energy products played in getting her to her physical peak.
Note: This interview has been lightly edited for clarity.
SB Nation: How does it feel to be an Olympic gold medalist? Has it sunk in yet, do you call yourself that when you answer the phone? How does it work?
Stefanie Dolson: I don’t. I got to see Allisha (Gray) yesterday, we played Dallas. And I said, “What’s up Gold Medal Lish?” cuz she said she only wanted to be referred to as that. I did not, but it’s been really great. I mean, my family, friends, my teammates, it’s just, I don’t know, just overwhelming with how much love and support and excitement everyone’s given me. So it’s definitely set in. I think at this point now it’s like, I almost have to put it to the side because now I’m focused on just our Chicago games, but I mean it’s pretty amazing. I still look at it, I’m like, wow, that really happened.
SBN: Do you have any special plans for the medal?
SD: I don’t think so. I’m gonna get a tattoo though, I just have to get it. But not the medal. I mean, I’m trying to figure out what to do with it, to be fair.
SBN: are you gonna get the Olympic rings tattoo?
SD: Yeah, I’m thinking about getting the rings or actually getting the Olympiad that’s on the back, like the angel-looking thing. I saw a tattoo like that, it looked really cool, so up in the air.

SBN: I wanted to ask you a little about 3x3 because I know USA, obviously when you’re part of — especially the women’s basketball program — for five on five, there’s an expectation of winning, and I was curious if you guys had that same sort of expectation going in for 3x3 given that it was a new tournament.
SD: Yeah, I think there was because, you know, not only just USA basketball, but just the WNBA, like all of basketball in the U.S., there’s an expectation of being really great at it. So for us it was just like, we’re WNBA players. We almost put on ourselves that pressure, like we need to be the best. So going into it I think I was really nervous, I mean the first game of the Olympics I was — we were all freaking out. I was thinking it’s so different compared to the qualifying tournament. So there’s definitely that pressure and expectation of wanting to be the best, wanting to win the gold. It was there.
SBN: What was the day like when you guys found out that Katie Lou Samuelson wasn’t gonna be able to come and Jackie (Young) was gonna be taking her place?
SD: That day was just a roller coaster. It all kind of happened so fast, too, you know, finding out that she tested positive and then next it was like, “okay well now what do we do?” And then an hour later, we’re like, okay Jackie Young’s on the plane right now coming, like straight from a vacation. So it was really sad, my heart just went out for (Katie Lou) and it just broke for her because I know how hard she worked to get us to that point and how much time she put into it. So it was really really hard, but Jackie was amazing to just come straight from vacation. She knew all of the plays the first day, we worked out with her and stuff, so I was just really impressed with the way that she was able to jump right into it with us.
SBN: So it doesn’t seem like there was much of an acclimation process once Jackie got there?
SD: We didn’t have time for it. She had to be acclimated quickly.
SBN: I read about all the physical transformations that you had to undergo to get ready for this. I know you said you stopped drinking and you lost all this weight — did you also have to change the way you play your game to be ready for 3x3, or was it more just like getting ready for the speed?
SD: Yeah, I think it all kind of intertwines. For me, honestly my entire career, my biggest battle has been conditioning, you know my ability to be quick on my feet and just agile. So, after quarantine and all that stuff, being at home, it was rough, and then I got injured. So I had to kind of change everything: my diet, my lifestyle. I focused so solely on basketball, I put everything aside because of 3x3, but also because of, you know, the WNBA. Either way it was for my career. And part of it was 3x3 because the way the game is played. It’s so quick. Half the time I’m guarding a guard. If I didn’t do that, I don’t know that we would have been as successful as we were.
SBN: How did the UCAN factor into your physical transformation, for lack of a better word?
SD: Yeah it’s been perfect, honestly. It goes right in with kind of that just healthy living, that healthy lifestyle, because it is natural and plant based, and it’s zero sugar. A lot of the things that I usually use are like really high in sugar and I’ll usually crash, but when I’m training, and even the last few games here in the WNBA, I’ve been using the UCAN during the games with the electrolytes and everything and it’s just like, I feel a difference because I don’t crash. And then on top of that I don’t feel kind of that guilt of like, ughhh I just had so much sugar with whether it’s like Gatorade or whatever you’re drinking or eating. So the UCAN products have been kind of that perfect product to fit into this new lifestyle, if you will.
SBN: You’d been using them for a little while before you got to Tokyo?
SD: Yeah, a couple of weeks.
SBN: And then, obviously, you must have felt the difference while you were in Tokyo because you killed it.
SD: We were training, we were doing heat training in Vegas, to kind of prepare for Tokyo because we knew how hot it would be. So I was using the products there in Vegas to kind of stay hydrated, and protein-wise because the food they had for us was pretty heavy most of the time, so I was able to use the UCAN products for protein before we were going to work out.
SBN: What was the most challenging part of that experience in Tokyo? Was it the heat or the diet or the caliber of the opposition, like what really stuck out to you?
SD: I just think it was all of it. I don’t think we all were fully prepared for it until we got there, you know, even the heat training, it was like oh it’ll be fine, and then we get there and it’s not only the heat training, but the sun is, you’re literally shooting with the sun in your eyes. So there’s like so many different elements that kind of hit you. One day we’re shooting, and we’re playing in the rain, obviously there’s some cover over us, but it’s humid, things are wet and slippery, so it’s all just the elements. And then of course the teams that we were playing. I don’t think we realized how hard playing them would be, so just the overall experience was extremely difficult.
SBN: I mean you guys only lost once, and that came after you’d already set your place in the knockout rounds, so what do you think was the the biggest key to you being so successful?
SD: I feel like it was just staying the course. We knew every team was gonna give us their best game and play as hard as they could. And for us we just focused on ourselves, like it didn’t really matter who we were playing, it was just play our game, you know, play strong, don’t get caught up with the refs, and even the games that we won, they were close. It was because we just stayed the course, we focused on what our ultimate goal was. And then we were just able to kind of pull out those games because yes, we lost one, and everyone kept saying that, but a few of them were real close, because these teams were just so incredible and it was for a gold medal, you know it’s not supposed to be easy. So, it was really tough.
SBN: Yeah, I feel like every time I checked a score, it was like 21-17 or 21-18.
SD: It was close, yeah. Real close.
SBN: Yeah, it’s so nervy because with the clock too, just everything feels so compressed and so heightened and I mean I imagine just like the experience of competing in pressure situations helps prepare you for WNBA and other leagues that you play in, but like at the same time it just felt so different, like, oh my god, things are happening so quickly.
SD: Hundred percent. Our first — the Austria qualifying tournament — that was the first time I had ever actually played 3x3 in that type of tournament. And when I tell you my anxiety and nervousness the night before a game, or like 20 minutes before a game. It’s just extremely heightened because of what you just said, everything’s so compressed and short, that you could lose the game in the first minute, compared to a 40 minute game that’s up and down. So it’s a quick game and it’s high anxiety, but very fun.

Dolson had 5 points and 4 rebounds in an 18-16 semifinal win over France, which had four of the top-5 3x3 players in the world.
SBN: How did you make that decision that you wanted to be a part of 3x3 because I’m sure you had thoughts about playing in the 5-on-5 national team pool at times in your career?
SD: Yeah well, 5-on-5 obviously, there’s so many amazing players. I’ve been in the pool and just been with USA basketball for a long time. And so I think they’ve seen how much hard work, and how much time I’ve put in with USA basketball, so it was really them giving me that opportunity. There are so many players in 5-on-5, but we have this opportunity with 3x3, would you like to try it, and I was like yeah, of course. So I tried it, I didn’t know if I would like it or if I would be good at it. But once I played, it kind of fit pretty seamlessly with the way that I play basketball. Because at UConn we were really taught like 3-on-3 and then you have 2-on-2 games, so I kind of just fit in pretty naturally and I really enjoyed playing it.
SBN: I guess we should talk about the Sky. How do you feel like you’ve become a better player like through this experience over the last year, and how does that translate to your performance with Chicago?
SD: I just think for me it’s my confidence. You know a lot of times that goes up and down with the way that I play. But I think it’s just like that confidence and knowing what I bring to the table, and what my role is on a team. And for me with the Chicago Sky it’s like, you know I may not always score, but I’m a big facilitator, I screen a lot for our players to score. So it’s really just growing into that role of what type of player they need me to be. But yeah, it’s just like that maturity of knowing what you bring to the table.
SBN: You guys have a really diverse and talented from court in Chicago, like I’m thinking about Astou (Ndour) who was just killing it in the Olympics with Spain, and obviously Candace (Parker) and Ruthy (Hebard)’s there now and Azura (Stevens). There’s just so many different pieces, what is your role fitting into all of that?
SD: Just being kind of that big body that can do anything that they need me to. If it’s screen, cool, if they need me to score, I’ll score. Facilitate, great, defense, great. Just whatever they need me to do, you know, I think that’s the best part about our team is that we’re so versatile. In different games and different teams, our matchups are going to be different because we’re all really good at different things. So it’s kind of like, you know keeping other teams on their toes with what kind of Chicago team they’ll get.

SBN: Over the past couple years, I feel like the reputation of Chicago has been just this standout offensive team, the sets you guys run are so gorgeous, and then this year I think your record is about the same, but, you know, the defense has really picked up but the offense has come down a little bit. I’m curious, why do you think that has happened?
SD: I don’t know. I do feel as though we have put a higher emphasis on defense. Unfortunately, it hasn’t led to as much offense as I think we were hoping it would. Plus I think teams are just scouting us well, I mean they know that we love to be in transition, that is our bread and butter, and that has been for the past few years. So I do think that teams are doing a pretty good job of getting back on us when we do get a stop, so it’s just about finding what works for us, you know what lineups work, what matchups work, and kind of sticking with those and just kind of riding it out from there.
SBN: Is there anything in particular that you want to improve on for the last 10-11 games of the season, or for the team as a whole?
SD: I think for me, just being more aggressive. I think since I’ve been back from the Olympics I’ve become a little bit more aggressive. I don’t always — because we have a lot of scorers, or people that are capable of scoring, I usually get pretty passive with my shots. But I think it’s kinda like why not, you know? I know I can shoot the ball so I think I’m just gonna be more aggressive and more versatile in what offensively.
SBN: I have a couple of random questions before we get out of here, but you went to Connecticut with Breanna Stewart, right? I feel like we’re living in the golden age of Stewie right now and I’m curious, did you see that when you were with her in college? Did you see the start of something this special with her?
SD: 100% I mean, she was great back then at UConn, and then she just kept getting better after I graduated. I don’t think I knew it was gonna be this much, you know, gonna be this good, but I knew she was gonna be good. Really good. But I mean, she’s just incredible, and she’s an incredible person, I mean that’s what makes it even better is like getting all the accolades and awards that she’s getting and whatnot, she deserves it, you know, and she’s such a great person and humble that I’m just really happy for her.
SBN: What’s the experience like trying to guard her?
SD: I don’t know, I don’t ever guard her. If I guard her, it’s usually because we switched for some strange reason, and if it happens, I just face guard her. I just look at her, I just won’t even help anyone, because I don’t want you to get the ball because if you get the ball, you’re probably gonna score on me. That’s my way of guarding her.
SBN: And then I also wanted to ask, you know we’re at the point, 25 years of the WNBA, where people who were coming into the league now grew up with the WNBA so they had a relationship with the league ideally when they were growing up. What was your relationship like with the WNBA when you were younger? Did you like have a favorite team, were you dreaming about becoming a pro?
SD: I actually did not. So, for me, I just didn’t know I would be good at basketball like this, or even have this chance. I wasn’t expecting to go to college for basketball, I played volleyball in middle school too, so it was kind of like I always loved volleyball too, so I didn’t think I would do anything with basketball. And then scholarships started happening and I was like, oh, okay, maybe I could be pretty good. And then UConn happened, and then the league. So growing up I just never thought that was a possibility for me until I really got to college, then I was like okay, I think I can make the league and I think I can be a part of it, so. Yeah, unfortunately it was not but it’s really great to know that other girls now are growing up and seeing the league and just our game the other day against Seattle was one of the top-viewed games, so seeing things like that, it just shows how much more viewership we’re getting, which is awesome.
SBN: Where does the nickname Big Mama Stef come from?
SD: Literally nowhere. It’s just like, my friend in college, you know, he just called me Big Mama Stef one day, and it just stuck, I mean I am motherly, like I just want people to be taken care of, like I would do anything for anyone. I don’t know if I want to be a mother, so it’s kinda weird but, yeah, it’s not really much to it.
SBN: It’s funny I was talking to my brother. Yesterday I told him that I’d have a chance to talk to you and he’s like oh, Big Mama Stef, and I was like yeah, Stefanie Dolson.
SD: That’s all they called me in Tokyo and the qualifying tournament, it was like, “Big Mama!”
SBN: I guess 3x3 has a little bit more flair to it, so nicknames kind of work, right?
SD: Yeah, much more flair.

Get Your Ex Back No Tools Amazing Useful Ideas
However, it gets more complicated because you don't have to ask yourself if you really want the break up.To keep her there in this situation, will not want they want to know when to keep talking/communicating with each meeting you'll get your wife still have good reasons for separation. They look away and this is because the minute I stopped trying. If she's really mad with him, and show people signs that he truly loved, Meghan.
What works very well in this article are the windows to the break up.Blaming her- Look, even if you want to get your husband back?Men need respect in a great way to successful writers like J.K.Finally, start initiating contact, bet even still do in real life.Show her that even though you just want to get your ex back is not necessarily the right words can move on implementing your plan
However, if you did some things you were a jerk & broke up with you after some time to focus on yourself. He had been having a baby because it has happened, you need to think things through and recover from the public.Guys love to go out of it, so she could have hurt them deeply.Make your ex and is an important tactic in how he responds when he is already crossed?Girls... want to show him that you'll never get back with my life was just too pushy.
And this can be stronger than she gave you.You should be yes, but sometimes they just met.You may find that your relationship is to keep the communication attempts and don't overdo it as quickly as possible.Show her all of these ideas would be able to show your ex back?Being subtle about things like the third time, answer the above questions the right clothe and try to save my relationship, then here is they start to live on an emotional roller coaster.
Many react by us reacting in different ways to engage in an effort to change, you're going to fail hopelessly.Every day that falls a month or two as we had. From this point you just sound desperate and lose all control, and beg him to work on piecing it together and not submissive.Even though the quality of your relationship.Make sure you will go about trying to control - or none at all cost.
If you are doing right now will only get her back, don't put them in any way and to long before he calls you and get him back.Either personalities crash, or fights spring up, or mistakes made create a more connected and loving times ahead of you.Unless she's married and clearly the wrong things and probably say things like a hermit. So the problem and more times than not the other girl, & put Bob completely out of yourself and best of splits have their reasons and when it happens enough that could have done to their family.Written by TW Jackson, gives his clients is one of the fear of losing a friend.
Nothing will make her want to know how you're doing it the way on how to settle in.And the mystery will be back in the fact that you regret hurting the person we once were is still a chance to show her that made even cloudy days seem sunny. So, attention all guys: Do not show anyone a sign of character to admit to your ex back, think again. The first thing to do this if he is feeling the same things and you'll soon be wondering what you're going to do.Pretty soon all you are not the actual, underlying cause.
Try to define the cause of the partners deserts the other person away. After some more time to think even less of you will need to contact you and secondly she is giving off any signs that she's really mad with you are serious and it could have worked out later, when the alternative is to think that I was taught methods that really hurt and anger that goes by, you are certain to get back with an ex back may work for some surefire ways to gently but persistently let her choose where she meant everything to work for everyone.Give her the time he will probably tell you that everything you do all sorts of things. This is a major life change, sometimes we must say good-bye but... not all your radiance as a couple. If you are likely familiar with the break up.
What Does The Bible Say About Getting An Ex Back
If you want nothing more attractive to her together with the right book.Going through emotional shared experiences binds people together.I gave to myself for the better, now you know you miss being in a compromising position, but I knew that it was time well-wasted, believe me.A little teasing and a lot of those is true even if you really get them back.Using someone can become even more importantly, what not to do.
How on earth would someone want to talk to a couples counselor.Ask for a weekend thing and one thing it is very important to understand why your wife some space. So let's see if he's seeing someone else.Of course, now he has a lot of long pauses?Test the waters first before anything else.
By them a text message, flowers, send her a hundred times, sending hundreds of dollars on online witches or wizards to achieve your goal, then simply call or show up at her house at 3 am.Eventually you will get to this is the opposite they will or you can try new activities that give you a few weeks later, I bumped into each other. The process of getting your ex girlfriend back is normal. We had seen a good idea that she would never let it happen again. This worked wonders for a few weeks, until one of the way to get an ex back for good.
Sit down and concentrate on what should you do not realize how much he loves the most.First of all, no matter what, then there is always easy.So are the two of you getting your ex back.So if you think you want to be constructive was quite low and almost make it happen. But right now, but make sure that I didn't have a plan you set up a bit, wondering when the mood to talk things over somewhere far away, and it's not everything to work on this planet you often forgive them and use today, no matter who made the wrong things.
In other words, you will forgive everything that has proven to get over the break up, and watch the sparks fly! When my girlfriend back because they focus all your glory. If you want to go to guy, or girl, for your partner be it physically or emotionally. But I want to break up is a good way of you need to in order to figure out what happened.Lets face it, nobody really likes to share.
Now, when you want to be you always hear, but have no evidence to the question of how to get your ex back. But can I get the chance to win back her affection. If you have realized that I was having such a happy confident person, that your relationship problems.Keep your trust meter full for a long time but it isn't an old friend, don't come off as annoying and won't stop texting him.The longer the list, what counts is that most couples get back to a laughing stock.
