BTW, I didn't put as much thought into detail into the landscaping and furnishings on this house, as I wanted it to remain functional. If it's still too expensive for your sims, you could always change or delete the furnishings before moving them in. I plan on adding an unfurnished version as well as more pictures but ran out of time!

Redux of the 3-in-1 Bookstore
Some people in Pleasantview wanted a calm, quiet place to relax and read books. Some even wanted to buy these books. Something had to be done, so relaxation and the printed word were all packaged in the lovely, quaint store you see before you now.
