The party that I've recently slotted Fizz into are....not QUITE ride-or-die status yet, but we talk about how they might be CONSTANTLY. So I started writing a little about what that could look like. For funsies. :>

It was entrancing. It was mystifying. It was —

— it was super, duper not any of her business. Wincing, Fizz turned as Quinn appeared in the doorway of her plain little bedroom, arms folded over her chest. The safehouse had been outfitted with a single cramped living area, a tiny kitchenette tucked into one corner, and two small, square rooms that had been equipped with just enough furniture to be legally called a bedroom. Quinn, as their begrudging host, had claimed one of these entirely to herself. She had spent most of her three days holed up inside, trying not to interact with any of the rest of them too terribly much.

Except, apparently, when it was to catch someone snooping.

I got to use like a whole bunch of Fizz's fun abilities in game yesterday, which culminated in her appearing out of her invisibility (fade away) heralded by glittering, holographic butterflies that burned (spirit guardians) while levitating a few inches off of the ground (flying boots) and wielding a big floating glowy squeaky hammer (spiritual weapon). All of which happened after she got absolutely smashed with a fireball, so she looked like a big, glittery avenging angel of Olidammara.

Which is objectively cool as hell, but I'm also extremely messed up over the fact that before all of this, our bard ran over in a panic because Fizz got hurt and disappeared, which is maybe the first display of active concern she's gotten in.....A WHILE....
