The following is a partial list of these persons President(s), Vice President(s), Justice(s) of the Supreme Court or lower court(s), Ambassador(s), All Secretary(of any level, under, vice, adjutant, etc) of any Cabinet type(such as Defense, Interior, State, etc), any appointee of the President, or other officers so described in this act, and others added to this list by national acclimation(person(s) nominated by 1000 US citizens signatures before the 1st day of January of the election year in question, so named vote yes or no to those name(s)). Vote every four years to coincide with the current national election. The majority rules. C. Further in this bill/act/amendment these persons 1B (past, present & future) will be labeled jointly as Congressman or Congressmen for brevity

This provision can be withheld and no increase or possibly a decrease by the greater of CPI or 3% by national acclimation vote as described above in 1 B. with the majority ruling except every 2 years with the National(4th year) or Representative elections(2nd year). B. The pay for senators and representatives will start at the national average of a school teacher's pay the year previous to passage of this legislation. Vice President will be payed 1.5 times the amount and President 2 times the amount. All of which can be donated to charity or the U.S. treasury should they choose.
5. Congressmen will lose their current health care system and will participate in the same health care system as the American people.
6. Congressmen must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/17 or the 1st day of January when ratified. The American people did not make these contracts with Congressmen. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators.

10. A campaign is a group of persons advocating for or against a individual be elected to an office, as in 1 A and B, in a stated year/cycle. 11. These elections should occur no more often than yearly called for with 1000 signatures of US Citizens that vote in that locale due by the first of January of the year in question. The petition should be submitted to a postmaster in that area. Postmasters see 9 c and further to forward this request to the state governor(or area leader) as well. If a person is recalled the position vacated can be appointed by the leader of that state, district or in case of protectorates the leader of the majority of the citizens of the area until the next election due for that office. 13. No person can serve more than 12 years total as a representative and or a senator. 14. Untimely departure. Should any former congressman (1B/C) not leave his office. The US attorney General as top law person is hereby empowered to use US Marshalls to ensure the transition. Unless it happens to be the Attorney General in which case the Speaker of the house can utilize the Sargent at arms of the house of representatives. Should both be unwilling the first should act first and the incoming speaker should act second. Failure of both would then proceed to the senate majority leader employing the Secret Service to remove the first and if necessary the second. Failure of all the aforementioned turns to the Supreme Court with majority vote and their Sergeant at Arms or what ever police force should be decided by the court. B. An end to Marshall Law can be voted upon by both houses in a joint session. Even if said session has to be held by remote if condition requires. The Sergeant at arms of the house can conduct the roll call vote. With all the votes recorded. No filler busting would be allowed before such a vote. 15. Right to vote. It is also an informed responsibility. Patriots have given their lives over the years to help ensure it. You have the choice of in person vote, vote by absence ballot provided by your local clerk of court and turned into them in person or approved manner. Or early vote in such times and locals that can by provided by local elections boards. A citizen in good standing of age to vote will receive a qr or block chain enabled ballot with presentation of their state or federal identification. Ballots will be kept by sheriffs or state troopers/police after scanning and transported as necessary to clerk of courts and further to secretaries of states as necessary. 16. Anti gerrymandering: Areas for Representatives of states will be allocated into zip codes in the most condensed areas possible and with as even or equal as possible persons to be represented among that state. 17.Line item veto ; The President shall have the ability not only to veto an entire bill but be also able to object to sections, clauses, and amendments of bills but approving of such law that is good, necessary and in the president's belief Constitutional. 18. Foreign Governments individually may own no more than 100 acres total as to set up such embassy(s). Foreign entities (businesses less than 50 percent owned by Americans) may own no more than 500 improved and 500 unimproved acres in any state or province . No local or state tax should consider the price paid on the lands on reevaluation of taxes of surrounding and local areas. No American should have taxes inflated because of Foreign investment. 19. Plain text laws and statues. Laws should in parallel with the more technical version explain and discuss intent in plain English. For the Government to be representative and empowered by the populace the laws they vote on should be able to be read and understood by high school reading since that's the age of majority and to vote.

Nancy Pelosi with JFK in 1961. AKA “Skelator”. House Rep since 1987 but in politics essentially since this picture. Her current net worth is somewhere between $50-$120+ million dollars. That is off a congressional salary of $193,400. She definitely can’t be compromised by special interest groups! 🙄🫣🤷🏼‍♂️ “For 35 years, Speaker Pelosi has represented San Francisco, California's 12th District, in Congress.” (From her website) The left bitches about term limits for Supreme Court justices they don’t like but not for ones they favor. We need term limits for ALL political positions period. No elected official should be in power as long as Pelosi or our Supreme Court justices. #termlimits #forthepeoplebythepeople #politics (at Portland, Maine) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cg96aT9Laj8/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

It's time for term limits for the Supreme Court as well as Congress. Legislation was already introduced in 2020 for the Supreme Court. #termlimits #congress #supremecourt #wethepeople #wethepeoplearepissed https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/8424#:~:text=This%20bill%20establishes%20staggered%2C%2018,Court%20Justice%20every%20two%20years. https://www.instagram.com/p/CfSvRwnO6bM/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Holy shit.
I was going through my old screenshots pre-Pandemic, and I came across a part of my Twitter history I had completely forgotten.
So, as I had written about at length in my recounting of the history of Bo Burnham Historian, one part of my social media past was running a parody Rocko's Modern Life account in 2019.
Called Rocko's Thoughts, it was pretty easy to set up. Every tweet was "_____ is a very dangerous day," with the blank filled in with whatever stupid Twitter holiday it was that day (Like "National Hot Dog Day is a very dangerous day.").
So I did this from January 2019 until January 2020 when I completely abandoned the account and never really tweeted again frequently until BBH/UBBH.
But that's just background for the absolutely bizarre thing that happened to Rocko's Thoughts.
So, I had amassed a moderate following of 23 people, but I would get replies to my very basic tweets from people trying to actually converse with the nervous wallaby. I assume most were young or perhaps mentally impaired, but I'd respond back in character, saying "mate" and stuff since Rocko is Australian.
HOWEVER, there was one freak I never replied to...that would be Terri.
Tumblr media
Oh, I'm sorry—her full name on Twitter was this weird mix of emojis:
Terri⚖️⚜️🎶🎸✌️🌴
This was legit my exact train of thought about if I should follow or interact with my BIGGEST fan who made a pretty cute thesaurus joke (definitely appealing to my word nerd self):
Me: So, that seems pretty innocent, right? Maybe a bit more law-focused than I would have preferred from Rocko’s followers, but Terri seems like she wants to rock out and hang at the beach. Cool!
Let’s read a bit further before I decide to follow one of the few people to interact with Rocko.
Hmm…
@ LilPolkSalad
Me: That’s fine. Who doesn’t have a weird handle…maybe she’s a fan of James Polk and veggies? I’m still onboard, but there’s this weird list of sentences (?) and hashtags. Okay, let’s check THOSE out.
Cotton sharecropper’s granddaughter.
Me: Huh…
Indndependent.
Me: Okay, typo isn’t helping here…
Patriot.
Me: Oh no, no…
MBA, JD, LL. M.
Me: Well, that explains the scales at least…
#AmericaFirst 🇺🇸
Me: Can this get any worse? Now I’m just curious…
#DrainTheSwamp
Me: Ah, there it is. What else ya got, you right-wing nut job lover of a Nicktoon character from the nineties?
#TermLimits
Me: Ugh…do these people know you don’t need to capitalize the letters in a hashtag?
🚫#FakeNews #MSM
Me: Okay, this is definitely like my mother who calls anything but Fox News “the lapdog media.”
Um…do you think Terri ever realized that “no” could be accomplished by just writing “No”? I mean, she’s written a novel already in her freakin’ Twitter bio.
So, long story short, Terri is now undoubtedly a member of Moms for Liberty, harassing school board members and burning books that say gay people exist.
Tumblr media
And, no, I did NOT interact with or follow her. 🤘💙🌈🪩🏳️‍🌈✌️

🙄 … What’s behind America’s aging Congress? The advantage of incumbency. Incumbents almost always win re-election, which over time has resulted in an aged Congress.
There are more members of Congress over the age of 75 than there are members under 40. Congressional term limits is the solution!
#TermLimitNow #TermLimitCongress #TermLimits … 🙄
