Currently watching Tengoku to Jigoku: Psychona Futari (i know its late). Been so long since posting anything jdrama cuz its hard to find torrent link nowadays. But this drama is worth the effort. Great acting (especially Takahashi Issei), intriguing plot, great chemistry between Ayase-san and Takahashi-san and the right amount of comedy. Will posting soon after finishing the whole episodes 😁😁.

KOREAN.

+ Run On (2020)(6/16) ~ Airing. ★★★★☆

This drama is basically an ode to Im Shi Wan’s superior acting. The more I watch it — the more I appreciate what he has been able to bring to his character, Ki Seon Gyeom.

Run On has the opportunity to take some familiar plot points and turn them on their head. I hope they are able to carry out on that promise. So far, it has made for a relaxing and refreshing watch.

+ True Beauty (2020)(6/16) ~ Airing. ★★★★☆

To no one’s surprise, this drama lays on the cheese thick! Yet, so far I am loving it! For me, this is a great guilty pleasure that I can kick up my feet and enjoy the drama hijinks. Shamelessly shipping Moon Ga Young and Hwang In Yeop here. I know it's a lost cause, but just let me have my moment.

+ Lovestruck in the City (2020)(3/16) ~ Airing. ★★★★☆

I have really enjoyed watching this drama so far. I appreciate the mockumentary format, and I am loving the cast of characters. I feel that the format and shorter runtime gives a modern and refreshing vibe.

+ Kono Koi Atatamemasu ka (2020)(2/10)

Compared to the Japanese dramas I have been watching recently, this one feels like it’s following the standard Jdrama setup. Honestly, as much as I may poke fun at it — this format is strangely comforting. This is an easy and enjoyable watch.

I am watching my first Chinese drama and so far I’m loving it! I particularly appreciate that this is a sweet family drama. The bond between the five core family members is so touching. Little Jian Jian is soooooo spirited and feisty! She is too cute!
