Ultra obscure and unknown single on highly collectible North Carolina label Impel Records. You may wonder "WTF mate!" Label indicates "A product of Washington Sound"! Washington Sound was a record store in Shelby N.C. runned by label owner and producer Dave Lee. A-side is a cool country funk rocker! B-side holds blue-eyed cover version of classic deep soul lament "You're letting me down" originally released by Ann Sexton and The Masters Of Soul 3 years earlier on the same label. This sweet ballad have a 60s teen sound and feeling in it and may find a good place in teen records collection. Clean nice and shiny vinyl, vg++ very slight sorage warp DNAP. אז במה מדובר? מחזמר בעל שלוש מערכות על חייו של אליעזר בן יהודה ועל האנשים שפעלו ביחד איתו ובמקביל אליו בחידוש השפה העברית, שנכתב, מולחן, ויופק על ידי בני נוער. המטרה היא להשקיע כמה שיותר כדי שהוא יצא לפועל הכי טוב שהוא יכול להיות, אבל בעיקר להנות מהתהליך. כן, זה נשמע קיצ'י, אבל זה פרויקט שבאמת אמור להיות כיפי לכולם.   בתיאור של העמוד כתוב "מחזמר על עברית באנגלית" מזאת אומרת? למה? זה לא קצת אירוני? רוב המחזמר באנגלית בגלל שהוא מתרחש בשלבים שונים של התפתחות השפה העברית המודרנית, והשימוש בשפה אחרת מאפשר ליצור אפקט דרמטי כשהעברית כן מופיעה, ללא צורך בשימוש ביידיש, רוסית, צרפתית, וכו'. כן, כולם מאוד מודעים לאירוניה. מה זאת אומרת "ילדי תיאטרון חובבנים"? כלומר- חברה שאוהבים תיאטרון ומחזות זמר, אבל לא עובדים בתחום באופן מקצועי. זה לא שתסתלקו אם אתם עובדים בתאטרון, כמובן שכל מי שרוצה מוזמן, ואנשים מקצועיים מוזמנים בחום, אבל אף אחד לא יהיה עובד סחיר. אף אחד לא מצפה מכם לעשות את העבודה שלכם ללא תשלום, וגם הדרישות לא יהיו כמו הדרישות בתעשייה, זה יותר פרויקט משותף שבו כולנו באותה רמה. ברור שזה היה יותר טוב אם כולנו היינו מרוויחים מזה כסף, צריך בשביל מחזמר רווחי יותר תקציב ממה שבייביסיטר או מלצרות יכולים לספק. -פרטים נוספים בחלק ב' או בפרטי:)

I want a movie where the sporty kid gets in trouble, music teacher need a hand or a singer and recruits him.

BUT instead of being a musical savant he is only an okay singer and while hes in this play or production he hates it. He then meets a dude who IS a musical savant but teacher can’t see that. The kid been working his whole life to be the musical savant he is today but is only helping with backstage. Anyway the two boys meet, share what they hate about their roles and somehow switch.

The sporty kid learns about the backstage production; lights, prop making, technical, and he loves it, thrives in it. The other kid gets to live out his dream and somehow the movie ends with them making the play/production a successful one, teacher either realizes his mistake or is the villain.

Movie ends with them going to next years school year or summer camp or graduating and going into their loved careers.

Also the kid is still sporty, gets a sports scholarship and studies technical stuff in college, becomes sports legend and is a technical adviser for sports/production types of stuff while the other guy lives his dream because he worked hard for it.
