this is like. it feels insane to do and i feel like i might just do it for a bit of a break but like. i kinda wanna change my blog theme and url and stuff to be hatchetfeild themed. im still into cs ofc but npmd has meant iv felt myself rly getting back into tht stuff, with finally watching nightmare time and everything and idk. i feel like i associate this current like. aesthetic and phase of my tumblr is smth i associate with a phase in my life when i had someone be a part of it and now they dont want me anymore or ig. its a bit self pitying to say that but they still yk. arent in my life anymore and its hard to not feel a bit sad with how my blog is rn with how much i associate stuff like this with them. idk maybe not my url im very proud of being tuser caruliaa but i think it wld be good for my pfo and blog aesthetic yk. ill change them back to cs eventually (and i also know im not tht active in rly any fandom on here anymore but i do wanna try to be a little esp in terms of like. connecting and talking with others) but i think it cld be a good change. or even like a cs theme thts different yk idk . but cs while smth i loved before and can love after them its also smth i shared with them a lot so i think focusing on smth tht i didnt rly share with them as much at least for a little bit wld be good for me yk while also reclaiming tht interest we did share ofc

Canonical information about bebe Avalance and other Legends children

Please note for any apparent canon contradictions (re comic): Just because you didn’t see doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, or maybe it just hadn’t happened yet or the ever possible 🙌Timeline shenanigans 🙌

The Legends children are as follows:

Elien Laurel Sharpe-Lance (girl) - pronounced eh-leen. eh-lee-in, Bebe, and Elien the Destroyer are her nicknames

Nippla Green-Logue (enby)

Gigi Green-Logue (girl)

‘Zari 4.0’ ? Tomaz-Heywood (girl)

‘Lil Ray’ Ray Palmer Jr. (Boy)

Elien has every Legend, past, present, and future as an aunt and uncle, also Diggle and grandpa Bishop.

Gary and Gideon first child is named Nippla. They are non-binary and Elien’s best friend. Nippla is afraid of unicorns, no one told them about Woodstock, they just always seemed to be afraid of unicorns. Gary and Gideon’s second child is a daughter Gigi. Born with tentacles she got her own pair of glasses to help her blend in with humans on missions

Elien loves her Beebo toys of course but she has a special place in her heart for her alien baby doll (that I got her) because Representation Matters and we must strive to normalise alien-human (c-word) hybrids

Elien nickname for Esperanza Cruz is Forky - there’s NO explanation. Elien has just always referred to Spooner as a fork, and Spooner just has to learn to live with it.

The Legends learn the truth about Elien, the show’s cancellation, and Gary’s Nipple makes his return

AI Gideon: I’m detecting an aberration captain. It appears to have originated from somewhere in Burbank California USA in 2022. A television studio The CW reportedly canceled a cult classic Legends of Tomorrow.

Criminal Minds PRIDE Fic Challenge!

Here we go! First writing challenge ever and I'm even more excited about the theme. During June I ask fic writers to challenge themselves a little bit by writing a piece that is LGBTQ+ inclusive!!! Don't let the topic intimidate you; If you want to participate, but don't know where to start, there are prompts to help. All the fics will be collected in a Masterlist that will be avalible by July 1st.

Note: if you have accessibility issues with this post (or any of my posts!) let me know and I can send you the information in an accessible format.

Prompts and rules are under the cut!

These prompts are only ideas to help get you started! You can write any LGBTQ+ centered fic you want! Feel free to modify any of the more specific prompts to your liking.

Prompts:

Character coming out to their friends/family/the team.

Character's found family is more supportive than biological family when they come out.

Characters go to a pride parade/festival/event!

Characters discuss queer coding in media.

Character(s) explains their new, queer relationship to a child.

Character 1's child comes out to them. They go to Character 2 to ask what they wish their parents would have done.

Character 1 is having an identity crisis (gender or sexuality). They go to Character 2 for help.

Character 1 is confident about their identity. Character 2 isn't, so they ask for some advice.

Character 1 takes Character 2 to a gay bar for the first time to act as their wingman/wingwoman/wingperson.

Character 1 is unsure if they're attracted to or envious of Character 2's confidence in their identity.

Character has been dating Morgan, but realizes they're not attracted to men. He isn't sure how he ended up in this situation twice, but it's the perfect opportunity for him to play matchmaker for his ex girlfriends.

Character comes out to the team (or it's just pride month) and Penelope goes a bit overboard with decorations.

For the writers who are intimidated by this topic or unsure if they can write it: write something with GN!reader. It's less intimidating than you think, and it can make someone's day to be able to read a fic they might otherwise not relate to!

Bi and Pan Prompts:

Character 1 has always thought they were straight, but they realize their feelings for their best friend, Character 2, are more than platonic.

Character 1 is in a straight passing relationship and worries about the visibility of their queer identity. Their partner is incredibly supportive in helping them express themselves.

(NSFW) What does Emily really do during a sin to win weekend?

Trans and Nonbinary Prompts:

Character 1 gives Character 2 a gender affirming haircut.

Hotch teaches Character how to shave.

JJ teaches Character how to do make up.

Character finds themselves needing gender affirming clothes. Rossi makes sure they have the best of the best.

(NSFW) Character 1 gifts Character 2 gender affirming lingerie and it gives them quite the confidence boost.

Aro and Ace Prompts:

Character 1 keeps trying to set up Character 2 with people/telling them to find someone to help ease their stress. Character 2 has had enough of it.

Character has a monthly spike in libido and it makes them question their identity. Spencer tries to help with a ramble about science (NSFW add on: and a few other ways).

Rules:

The fic can reader insert, OC, character x character, general fic, etc. as long as the character(s) is from Criminal Minds (yes, even the ones I don't write for).

Fics can be any genre and can be platonic or romantic in nature... and yes, this includes smut (I know, I know my brand is ruined. Oh well). You must be 18+ if you are going to submit smut. You all know I love platonic fics very much if not more!

You can write something new or dig up something you've already written! I'm also happy to add on fics that are sent to me after the masterlist is posted.

Aaron and Criminal Minds December Prompt List [a ramble]

Good evening loves! We made it to November! It’s hard to believe. I know it felt like crawling over some metaphorical finish line to get here, but I made it and you did too, and I’m proud of you for that! As we start ramping up to the holiday season, I’ve been having Hotch thoughts, as per usual. This month I thought I’d make a prompt list and share it with anyone who would like to write along, a la @imagining-in-the-margins. I won’t write for all of these, but I will for at least a few. The rules for using these prompts are that there are no rules! You could use any Criminal Minds characters, OC’s, reader inserts, etc. You could draw, write, make mood boards, or anything else you can imagine. I have included 31 prompts for each day of the month. I also get inspiration from plain old words, so I’ve included 10 December-y words that might inspire something. Damien Darhk the Musical: Poll 1

He won the most likely to trap the Legends in a neverending musical about how great he is (a la Doom Patrol's Immortimas), so let's put this show together.

First order of business is when this episode is taking place and therefore which characters are in it. We're doing season 3 only, and obviously Darhk has to be alive.

*This is a babbling that I gather from The first session only*

T.I.E.S. Team (Tango Impulse Etho Skizz)

So many Redstoners!! This season gave them an opportunity to make some serious farm (I think They’ll be the only group have gather mob farm)

They start with not much luck on cows but I think They have the brain to improve and could gain power from their supplies by trading and make alliance

(It’s up to the alliance to stay royal tho lol)

most of them might not be good at pvp and have slow reflex but with good supplies and smart redstone traps They could get a win!

They seems to be a close friends to come as a pack so there’s low chance that They’ll betray each other on purpose

The Mad Sad Bad boys (Joel Jimmy Grian)

Bunch of Idiots That will go along any risky game Then failed and died (Remember fishing rod game from Double Life?) But There’s two ass crazy guys Who can kill and WILL be a menace on the server

Three of them have a good chance and experience from their MCC that They could clutch a win

Still, They’re always make highly risk decisions and that could end their series very soon If not careful (Which they’re not really good at lol)

They’re not type of people to betray their friends for Boogey kill but They could do it for content and It’d be funny to kill their friends

Coral kids (Scott Martyn)

Very soild Team tbh, Scott is pretty loyal to his teammate, Martyn could be a little bit of prankster but I think He’ll stick around

(His king is not avalible So The Hands has free will Yippee)

Scott can manage to have gain loads of alliance but Martyn might accidentally break it, Their base can adapt to be defensive(water) and offensive(pufferfish) They also have long time MCC experience for pvp and movement and They both are really good survivors So They could have chance to win!

Not sure If Martyn will betray Scott tho He loves to twist thing :D

C(l)ockers (Scar Cleo Bdubs)

Builder, Dealer, and Dominant. They have scary vibe for some reasons They could use that power really well

Lots of people learned from the past so The trading dealing with Scar couldn’t work like before, He still got a charm to drag ppl along tho

They have the most food supplies right now So They have an opportunity to make a deal and trade with every group that could get advantage

They’re not pvpers but They’re pretty close together, I don’t think They will betray their friends...? especially mum

(I hope Bdubs won’t kill his friends for new clock again cuz they’re clockers)

Nosey neighbours (Pearl BigB)

Cat lady and Frog guy, Pretty chill vibe

I hope nothing bad happens to them (It already has)

BigB has history of betrayed but He could grow from that and Pearl can set a scene for boogey kill again

This is cause I have total brain rot of this hehe, I’m obsessed!!!

- total flirt, known as the teams pretty boy because he knows he’s a favorite with the girls

- Has a specific dance when he scores a goal

- Usually the first to either get into or start a fight

- Has lost a tooth, don’t worry he has a fake tooth there in replacement, totally thought it was cool meanwhile Sharon almost passed out seeing that happen

- On the college hockey team, hoping to make nhl one day

‼EARTHSPARK SPOILERS BELOW‼

So, guys, let me turn into a decepticon defender here and bash on Megs a little!

Just a disclaimer, I actually liked the show a lot, I love that it is different from the other media, AND I AM HAPPY TO FINALLY ANALYZE SOMETHING AND FEEL A LOT OF EMOTIONS TOWARDS THE CHARACTERS! I love pretty much everyone, designs are great and there is a promising storyline! <3

I also hope that some stuff is going to be elaborated in following episodes and seasons 🌟

A LOT OF TEXT BELOW WITH SOME PICTURES.

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH 🌸

Let me start from buiding the basis I am going to be going from, so we know that the war between Autobots and Decepticons has ended like 10 years+ ago, yet, the ONLY DECEPTICON in the G.H.O.S.T. is Megatron. Moreover, we saw him training seemingly in the place G.H.O.S.T. control, and therefore he have seen this jail where everyone is located. And this is just straight up cruel. Of course, it is not the worst prison in the world but consider this:

This is the cell in DECEPTICON prison from the "Fall of Cybertron" game (screenshoted from the walthrough here) and IT IS FAR MORE SPACIOUS, can actually contain more that one person at the same time. And THIS IS WAR TIME PRISON.

This is PEACEFUL time prison, it has no seats, no banches, NOTHING, just a space to keep them. Honestly, as one of my friend said, it gives off Shattered Glass trophy display vibes.

Like, guys, of course, they are still alive, but being HERE, how it is even remotely FINE?!

Not to mention that autobots are pretty cruel to the decepticons themselves. Optimus was ready to injure Ravage over a minor prank, Bumblebee is laughing about a cassette being killed accidentally by Soundwave WHEN HE WAS STARVING and, of course, NO IMPROVEMENT HAPPENING IN TERMS OF DECEPTICONS CONDITION OVER THE DECADE, the list can go on.

And now lets go to Megatron and his behaviour. He accepted the deal with G.H.O.S.T. and now helps them hunt the decepticons all over the planet. He feels amazing with them, happy to be by their side and, of course, as in typical Autobot style, he just talks about making a difference. What rubs me the wrong way is that he seemingly feels a bit oblivious most of the time to what is going on. Soundwave calls him a traitor and he makes a surprised face, as if it is the first time he realized that he is not a decepticon anymore (i mean ideologically), he complaims to Optimus about decepticons conditions and then kinda apologizes to him for it, he let the casettes go, but there is no aid to them in terms of energon or shelter and I can’t continue this list. It honestly feels like he doesnt care much, or cares only when it shoved into his face, if he KNEW about how things are going to go why he accepted this deal on such grounds? Is being an ally to humans is more important than safety of his own people? He tells that he doesn’t like to see someone from his kind rot in prison, but again makes no moves to change that. You know, at the end of Prime Megs was like "Oh, I am kinda tired, I might as well just leave everyone behind", it feels the same, universe/Cybertron is no longer avalable to conquer, so he switched teams (I mean, that is how I feel, maybe some more explanation will follow). And, of course, there is still a question about wheather or not decepticons are dangerous, but the only thing i see here is them being "evil" cause they were abandined by their leader and by everyone, all thanks to the Autobots destroying the spacebridge, THEY ARE STEALING FOOD TO LIVE FURTHER, of course, they are dangerous, but only because there is no other option, even becoming an ally or retreating to Cybertron is not one. So they are left with joining the ManDroid or live surviving on crumbs.

In concluson, I am really curious about what kind of basis Megatron has for his change of heart 15 years ago and why there is no one joining him for such a long time.

Hi, friend! Thank you so much for the ask <3

Len is so hard for me to really talk about because I can’t really explain why I imprinted so hard on this character (baby duck-style, not Omegaverse-style) but I’m not physically capable of being normal about him. I think about him so much I forget whether I’ve already shampooed my hair or not. And of course something very much DID happen to him, and although part of me is happy to live in denial forever (he’ll be back! Any minute now, guys!), it’s also the tragedy of him that appeals to me. I don’t think I would care quite as much about him anymore if he got a heterosexual happy ending with Sara—and by heterosexual, I don’t mean the characters’ sexuality, I mean the whole marriage and babies routine that seems to be the only kind of happy ending the Arrowverse knows how to give its characters (am I bitter about Avalance getting the Team Moms treatment? Why yes, yes I am!). So counterintuitively I think his death *is* what appeals to me, not just the tragedy of it but also the way it happened because it opens up so many avenues of storytelling, but also sometimes I remember that he’s dead and I get so sad I could cry. Does that make sense? It probably doesn’t. Why am I like this.

Legends S3 is so good. My favorite iteration of the team (the one where Amaya, Wally, Zari, and Constantine are all there at once), Beebo, the beginnings of AvaLance, Citizen Cold, Beebo, "Make America Grodd Again," Gary, the one with Helen of Troy and Hedy Lamarr, Mick's character development, BEEBO, everything about "The Good, the Bad, and the Cuddly"... Just such absolutely sublime nonsense.

Different anon here: Legends is one of the few shows that i've watched that was so wholesome and rewarding and fresh even in its last seasons. Every season was different and they were never afraid to take risks and i love that the writers were very committed to move forward and not return to the status quo at the end of a sl. The time bureau being shut down and Ava joining the team, Zari 2.0's timeline staying, Mick becoming a writer etc. You could feel the growth in the characters. In most shows when a sl is successful they try to replicate it until it becomes repeative and boring. With legends no. Every season intoduced new ideas and new themes. In s7 we got human Gideon, no waverider, fixed points, avalance pregnancy, gwyn etc. No other show could.

yes thats what i love about it! arrow and the flash started to feel really creaky in later seasons (the flash felt so creaky i straight up didnt finish it lol) but legends always felt wild and fun. like u had no idea what the premise for teh next series would be until the previous season's season finale... i think human gideon in partiular was a stroke of genius. how do u completly reinvent a caharcetr who's been on the show for the past 6 seasons and make it one of the best parts of the season??? legends can!!
