In worlds where winged dragons exist (except the technically wyvern dragons like skyrim or game of thrones), it implies there were separate ancestors of all land vertebrates, some with four limbs, and some with six.

In our world, there was one four limbed ancestor.

As such, it would be plausible and even likely for there to be winged, four armed, and taurian (4 leg, 2 arm) humanoids. Or for all humanoids to be six limbed, with four limbed varieties having vestigial inner limbs like the feet of earth dolphins

Enjoy knowing that in most fantasy, humans have weird hands instead of ribs
