I recently made this delicious Tortilla with my Spanish friend @victorvalldosera. Tortilla is now one of my favourite foods. We served the Tortilla with some tomato and rocket salad and some toasted Soda Bread. I think that the bread went really well with it, we rubbed it all over with garlic and then a plum tomato chopped in half. Tortilla can be eaten hot or cold, I love mine hot but it is also delicious cold.
