uhhhh idk tw: tadc

So, I've been spinning one particular head cannon/theory and idk where else to put it

So I'm going to bs my way through it on my main and see how well this goes.

So we know queenie. I have a head cannon that she has "medium"/severe schizophrenia.

Kinger loved her so it starts off as enemies. She is confrontational and he is spineless. She gets overwhelmed and he just kind of hangs back. Her schizophrenia acts up and kinger helps her. They become close again like they were irl.

Now here's the thing that I think about a lot. What if Queenie told kinger about the hallucinations. What if she felt so unhelpful and unable to do anything about them that she tells her frenemy. Who in turn fully believes her.

He can't see them, it's all in her head. But if they were going somewhere and Queenie whispers to him that they're watching us, kinger would turn around and yelp. Queenie says that one of the fellow "contestants" was possessed by a demon. That there are voices in the wall. Kinger listened and reacted to all of them.

Once Queenie left or was abstracted or whatever happened to her, it's still a habit for him to randomly scream. For him to stare at wait for Queenie to tell him that someone was possessing his friends. Since kinger was there the longest and it's not likely there was much overlap in the contestants, and that just because the rooms are early on doesn't mean that is the order they'll abstract. No one knows why he randomly reacts.
