just got scammed for the first time during a photocard trade :3 i was ready to salt the earth and message their followers and post to my story, but i was also too nice and told them to send me $6 to resolve this bc the card i was supposed to get wasn't even worth that much. so far they've agreed to send me the money under threat of a ruined reputation. we'll see if they deliver.

I'm actually a little bit surprised I missed the Netflix docuseries "In the Name of God: A Holy Betrayal" about Korean cult leaders when it first aired this spring. I'm also surprised that it slipped by me that Synnara Records which is a major kpop album distributor and organizes fan meets for a lot of kpop bands is linked to a religious cult called Baby Garden.

The cult is still active and centred around a woman named Kim Ki Soon who basically enslaved her followers and ordered to kill several who disobeyed, including a 5 yo child.

So, if you want to buy albums and compete for a fanmeet or a fan call check who the distributor is. If its Synnara, just know that it was established by Kim Ki Soon - a fraud and a murderer. And by buying those albums you are giving your money to her.

I checked their website and they sell every kpop album you can imagine. Except Starhip's artists because Starship cut ties with Synnara after this documentary. No one else has cut ties...
