The speed paint has been uploaded for Cleaved! I wanted to post it this morning, but I finished editing the video 3 minutes before I had to go to work T.T 

So its finally up!

My personal interpretation for Meteora’s appearance when she grows up and ascends to the throne.

(Assuming there isn’t some game changer before/during  the finale that makes Star the next in line again, if so then consider this an AU)

I wanted to make a mural for her, but realised I’d need something to start with

Design analysis below the cut

I took influence from her teenage form in ‘Gone Baby Gone’ such as her side shave, and the.. ‘shoulder-poncho thingy’(I don’t know fashion) without just copying it completely. I also put in some subtle references to her parents in her outfit

It didn’t come out too well, but her choker has a spade charm, like Eclipsa’s for her did in ‘Cornonation’. She also has two secondary gems on her crown which are the same colour as her eyes to mimic Globgor’s four-eyes. Her crystal is a red flower in reference to the family rose garden.(also red is her mother cheek mark colour, which is why it’s in several other placed in her design)

I decided to make her wand manifest as a staff/scepter, cause i noticed out of all the previous queens of Mewni, only one used a staff, even then it was referred to as a cane(closest second was Solaria’s sword and Lyric’s broom) Again it has four magenta gems for her father, and the bell itself is club shaped for her mother. The edges include have three points, in reference to her three leaved clover cheek marks, and are then shaped like her tail tuft. The grip is decorated with a triangle pattern similar to her arm markings.

I wanted to show how big her wand was in relation to her, so i decided to also make one of those chibi character models most of the princesses used in the book of spells. Also, it was the only way i could show she has her fangs.

So yeah…I decided to do a little redesign to Marte. changes: - shorter hair and new hairstyle - More curvy/chubby/hourglass figure - hexagram as cheekmarks - More “Amazon” like features?? (Like, she looks taller and “stronger”)

So deep, masculine and mysterious. Cool and composed, yet full of secrets and pain, being able to keep a monotonous tone. "Answers to what?" "To why you've been intruding my house. Who sent you. And other more... questions i soon will lay upon you." "Because I want to." You answered meekly, you lied and he knew it. "Don't lie to me, Human." Human? How does he know? "I won't tell you." You shouted "You will very much regret your decision.... I've spoken to a human employee of mine, and i have made a offer for you." He announced sinisterly, "Try me!" You answered back.
