yeah, you could say I'm a supermariologist. I can get from any article on the super mario wiki to any other article just by clicking at most six hyperlinks
You know I would have put the thing about emperor akihito...maybe in a trivia section at the bottom of the article? maybe not in the article at all? definitely not in the first sentence.
The bomb guys from Mario wonder are named "Hanabihei" internally.
This means Firework Soldier.
Compare this to "Bomuhei", the Japanese name for the Bob-Omb.
This leads me to believe the official English name for the Hanabihei would be something like a snappier version of "Firework-Omb" that rolls of the tongue better while still retaining part of the word "Firework" and the "-Omb" ending.
Also, look at this awesome and cute Hanabihei/ Firework Soldier/ Firework-Omb render from the Mario Wiki!
As you most prolly know, I edited the Dr. Crygor page of the Super Mario Wiki (with the username PnnyCrygr). Mainly by adding the section on his physical appearance, and the subsection on his appearance in Mega Party Game$.
I've very long noticed that the "Lorem ipsum" phrase has become very outdated by now. And not just because it's in Early Renessaince Latin. The phrase simply does not work as a relevant test phrase anymore. It's just too boring.
Doesn't exactly help either when various media, such as the atrociously bad VN that was Angels with Scaly Wings, decided to name or strongly associate characters with it.
So I figured since maybe 2018: "Okay, what's a phrase anyone can meaningfully use as a placeholder, to use as something to just type if one is trying to figure what a textbox does without messing up everything?"
The answer, of course, was "John Madden". Most people know how to pronounce it, it has 2 capital letters and can be used for namefields, and it's a fully valid text for use when comparing and testing pretty much anything: Fonts, ruby characters, example texts, testing of shipping address forms, suspisciosly foreboding questions (e.g. the train cat in AHiT), the whole deal.
This is literally my userspace notes I wrote in the past 3 weeks on Super Mario Wiki alone.
Oh do I love to remember about the time where on the Super Mario Wiki I pulled tons of questions out of my autistic butt to torment Anton and Paper Yoshi on The 'Shroom
I'm actually serious about being that user… Hi I used to be the Cringe Questionnaire
