This has been on Nexus a while, but now that I use this site, I thought I'd share it here. I made a centaur mod for Sun Haven! It's purely cosmetic, no new abilities or anything, but it came out pretty cute 😁 I even looked up pictures of how horse legs move when they walk and did my best to translate it into tiny pixel art. my sun haven farmer!! she hasn't got a name, they call her The Farmer.
she's been haunting the local landscape like a sad oily wraith for decades and is dipping her toes into socialising by leaving gifts she figured out the villagers would like (via stalking).
she is trying her best! they know she is not a threat (to them)

Looking to commission a game modder, specifically one okay at sprite and portrait design
Experience with stuff along the lines of Stardew portraits would be what I'm needing, seeing as this would be a Sun Haven mod. The read more has more info below.
I've been playing Sun Haven a lot and I love it as well as the art style but I need someone to please clean up these sprites. The sprites the game uses are good but parts are just not built right. Some of the outfits need a few changes because of how horrific they are.
The modding would not require much work beyond basic clean up and the occasional appearance change. Like I said, I like the original stuff it just needs fixed up.
Few examples of things that need done:
Muscles need to be fixed to not seem so odd.
Anne needs to have her body not be so oddly skinny compared to her tits.
This outfit needs to be changed. It's poorly designed and could be done better. Honestly, putting armor over the leather could probably be an okay fix.
This face needs to just be fixed and less awkward looking.
I'm willing to discuss payment based on what rates you think you deserve. If you think you could stay true mostly to how the game looks as well as do these simple fixes, please contact me!

I installed a few quality of life mods to Sun Haven and while browsing, I noticed a thing I also noticed with Stardew Valley mods. Most of the portrait mods meant to make the default portraits better just basically cut the hair short and make it neater. Corporate appropriate basically. I hate how those all look. Guess I gotta think about making my own longer and messier hair mods :P

Stream Schedule: Oct 1 - Oct 7
Sunday (Oct 1, 12:30p Pacific) - Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker - in the back half of the main expansion!
Monday (Oct 2, 2:00p Pacific) - Modded Minecraft - this is in the place of this week's costream, and moved to Monday because Patch 6.5 of FFXIV releases on Tuesday. Currently hunting Blazes in the Nether for their souls so I can turn them into seeds, and working on early Immersive Engineering.
Thursday (Oct 5, 12:00p) - Sun Haven chillstream - Nearly the end of year one, work on making the farm pretty and filling the museum is underway!
Friday (Oct 6, 12:00p) - Modded Minecraft - Picking up wherever the Tuesday stream leaves off.

What’s sun haven? Love the character design!!
It’s like stardew Valley in terms of format but with more magics and fantasy ^^
has a v fun cast of marriage candidates, three different farms in different zones, GREAT pixel art, collectibles, big farm customisation (skins for sheds etc) clothes…
ur farmer can be a devil, angel, animal person, Naga, elemental. So good. It’s done by a relatively small team!!. They have another update coming with two new romance candidates in a different zone!!
They are also very active on the discord and I’ve been having a lot of fun in there drawing my interpretations of the characters :3
#sun haven#the only downside is that the npcs that aren’t marriage candidates only have pixel sprite models and not character portraits#but with the size of the team and amount of work the artists do already#I completely get it!!!#I May learn Pixel art and try to do my own portrait mod ^^

I’m in absolute pain and agony trying to download mods on my macbook
So I recently got the game SunHaven on my MacBook and decided to get some mods for it. I thought it was going to be simple like downloading mods for stardew (I have only ever downloaded mods for stardew on windows), it indeed was not
I installed bepinex and try to follow the instructions but it is very confusing for my pea sized brain.
There aren’t really tutorials on YouTube on how to use bepinex on mac which sucks
I don’t have my windows desktop on me since I’m in the middle of moving and MacBook laptop is easier to carry around
So if someone could make a tutorial for BepInEx on MacBook I will be forever grateful!!
