I know that being outside in fresh air and sunshine is meant to be good for me

What's more funny is that only the right side of my face is affected ! Only my right nostril and eye are itchy, it's nice I guess, at least I still have one working eye and I can still breathe through my nose 🤷🏻‍♀️

2 days ago I took an allergy pill that I've never taken before and it fucked up my menstrual cycle by making me bleed immediately, so I didn't take it again, but now my body doesn't know what to do??? So I'm bleeding a liiiiitle bit, and I every couple of hours I have tiiiny cramps. Fucking hell I was counting on bleeding in 2 weeks!!!! I was gonna stay at a friend's house!!!!

However please bear in mind the mom I just talked to who said very clearly that her daughter does not eat: milk, any milk products, any cows milk products, yogurt, cheese but DOES eat: cows milk formula, mac and cheese, ice cream
