the narrator would say i love you before they’ve even gone out on their first actual date or anything. While he does just blurt this out to tyler moments after they’ve established that they would go on a date, it wasn’t a spontaneous or fleeting feeling. the dude’s been marinating in those 3 little words for so long now, and tyler hinting at the idea that they should be something more had homeboy confessing all his feelings (pathetic🙄). tyler doesn’t say it back, which the narrator immediately regrets ever saying it in the first place. tyler didn’t say it back, not because he was emotionally unavailable or fucking angel face or anything like that, but instead wanted to hold out to teach the narrator ‘a lesson.’ (he's an evil bisexual)

first date would be totally on tyler’s agenda. like nothing special literally doing what they’ve been doing, dragging the narrator along on his project mayhem tasks. the narrator doesn’t even think that it’s their first date or anything until after when tyler’s like i had sm fun 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 and then They Have Passionate Gay Sex. tyler rolls off and tells the narrator, “you never tell a man you love him before you’ve fucked him…..i love you too” (cries in gay)

Got some very valuable advice today from an unexpected source that's gonna shape a lot of how I approach comic work in the future, and I'm preparing to make some sweeping changes to my workflow and study methods. It feels good and necessary, and I'm feeling like I've got a solid shot at being where I want to be by this time next year. Or at least, a few steps closer!

That said, it's time to buckle down and make some progress on some projects. I need to start sourcing more things to watch and listen to while I work
