3:thank you for the prompts!!! I will be doing the last one) (Under the cut because Oh My God I did not expect this to be this long (IT IS VERY LONG). Anyways I am really sorry if this is bad, but please give me criticism to improve on my writing skills)

It was nighttime, you can’t sleep

Every position you tried to sleep in wasn’t making you any more comfortable

You tried stretching, flipping your pillow, and other things you knew that help you in falling asleep

...But, no matter what you did, you weren't able to completely relax

Was it because of the killing game? The thought of someone breaking into your room and...

And...

You shook off that thought and tried to sleep again

but still...

You got off your bed and decide to pace in your room, trying to think about what you could do for sleep.

And then, you had an idea!

You can’t really ask anyone else for this, considering how embarrassing that would be (and you don't know if they'll kill you in your sleep, so best to avoid the chance)

So, you did the next best thing,

”Hey, Monokuma! Get over here!”

...Well, he is a teddy bear

You brace yourselves for the bear to show up

…

...But, for some reason, the bear didn't show up. You guess he's sleeping too, if he even needed sleep-

"My, my, what's this?" The sudden noise made you jump, whirling around to see-, "A midnight rendezvous? Howww interesting~"

"Uh..." Monokuma appeared, standing on your bed and giggling into his paws

"So, why did ya call me at this hour for, huh? Were you going to ask me out on a late night date~?" He rubs the back of his head, acting flattered at the thought. Before you could deny it however, he quickly continued, “Or maybe... You want to kill someone, and you need some help with it?” He giggles again, a “puhuhuhuhu!” escaping his mouth

”No, no, not that,” You respond, trying to find the words to not make this sound weird, “But...Can I...”

“Can you...What? Hurry up, We don’t have all night!” Oh no, He’s starting to get angry. You close your eyes, breath in, and-

“Can I hug you?” You finally ask him

"…” Monokuma arms dropped to his side and he stared at you. You stared back at him. He was so still that he looked like he stopped working, until…

"…Really? That's it?"

“…”

“That's ALL!?” Monokuma snapped, “You call me into your room in the middle of the night, just so you could ask for a hug!?”

You stare at him, saying nothing, which caused Monokuma to start groaning

”Stupid, making me waste my time...,” He grumbles, placing a paw on his forehead in annoyance, which quickly turns into sharp claws , ”First of all, didn’t I tell you already? I am not a teddy bear, I am Monokuma! Mo-no-ku-MA! I’m not some stuffed animal made for snuggling or whatever, so get that through you damn head already, got it?! And another thing,” His face darkens, ”You do know that touching me will get you killed, right?”

”But that only happens if I hurt you, doesn’t it?,” you immediately refute, ”It's against the rules to be violent against you, and I'm not going to be violent. I'm just going to hug you for a while and that's it. Now please just let me do it so I could sleep.”

Monokuma stares at you for while, you wait in anticipation for the answer…

Finally, he sighs, head dropping, and mumbling a small, ”Fine, okay, I'll let you hug me...”

There we go, it worked! You open your mouth to thank him.

And you're immediately cut off as he continues, ”...But in return, you'll have to pay me 150 million dollars!”

What

”What?-”

”This isn't something I'd be doing for free, y’know, I’m just so cute that you‘d have to put a price on it! Besides, that’s just a discount, I’m tens, no, thousands of times more worth than just that!”

You’re in shock, “Are you kidding me? I don’t have that kind of money!”

”Oh, okay then. Guess you won't be getting that hug!” He turns to leave-

”WAIT! Wait...” You try to think of an excuse, “I’ll... pay you after I get out of this place”

”Woah! Really! You’re even considering killing someone for payment. Y-you must be really desperate to touch me!”

”I’m not going to kill anyone, just-just let me hug you.” You're starting to get tired, (maybe it will help you in sleeping...?)

”Okay, okay, sit down...” You sit back down on your bed, watching Monokuma waddle over (almost tripping) and place himself onto your lap like a seat, “I’ll let you hug me for a while, but if you try something, you know what's gonna happen~”

You ignore him, noticing that he was slightly heavy. Must be the robot parts...

You wrap your arms around the bear and pull him close, while he blushes and cups his cheeks

”Kyaaaa~! Doesn't being held in someone’s arms just feel wonderful~?”

Still ignoring him, you lay down and try to relax (...Which was kind of ironic, considering your holding a walking murder machine for some shut eye). You can hear some sounds of the motors and gears inside him, but it's kind of hard to listen to it, considering the soft, fluffy skin-fur covering it, muffling the sounds. He was also... kind of warm, and... smelled, like vanilla, and...and...

…

”...(Y/N)?” Monokuma turned his head to look at you, ”Hey, (Y/N), You there...? Did you fall asleep or somethin’”

After receiving no response, he turned himself completely so he could get a better angle at you face. Surely enough...

”Oh,” He quietly says, “Guess I’m just so soft and cuddly that I could just put anyone to sleep!” He snickers, “but I’m pretty surprised! Asking me of all people to do something like this, maybe you really do have feelings for me, hmm? Not that I’d blame you, of course...” He coos as he pinches your cheek, which results in your face twitching but no response

Monokuma looks around, and to your arms gently holding him, “Oh well, I guess I’ll be sleeping over...” He stretches and rests a side of his face to your chest, rubbing his cheek against it to make himself more comfortable, “G’night, sleep tight…or whatever…”

For the rest of the night, there was peaceful silence (Aside from the weird snoring Monokuma was making)

Bonus (Because I took too long for this stuff):

You woke up from your slumber

It seemed that... hugging Monokuma helped in your sleeping after all!

That’s... kind of a weird thing to think about-

”Riseee and Shineee, Ursine~” You jump, again, and whipped your attention to your side where Monokuma was standing, looming over you, “Looks like you finally woke up! And your morning face looks pretty good too! Not perfect, but pretty good!”

You sit up, watching the bear with his arms behind his back, “Oh, good… morning, monokuma. Were, were you here since-"

"Of course!” he beams, “I got too tired to leave and decided to keep you company instead~ Besides, I’ve been really lonely these days, everyone is just so mean to me! And you’re the only one who’s done something nice to me ( >_<)!”

How did he-nevemnind, he continues, “…But anyway, I actually did leave for a bit and came back with something for you, think of it as a gift from me, Aren’t I so generous~”

He reveals the thing he was hiding behind his back, and-!

...and throws it at your face

It’s a plush replica of Monokuma

“Whenever you have any trouble sleeping, feel free the hug this amazing life-sized Monokuma doll! It’s almost like the real thing, almost!”

You look down at the stuffed animal on your lap, picking it up to look at it closer, it looks, actually no, was just like Monokuma, but with a dead stare on its face. It’s also less heavy than him, probably because it was completely full of stuffing, and with no metal and wires in it.

You pulled it into a hug, gently holding it in your arms like you did with the real one. It was soft, and warm, and smelled like vanilla, too.

You focused on the Monokuma doll for a while, enjoying the comfort it brought, to the point that you almost forget the real one was still in your room, “Now what do we say after receiving a gift-"

"Thank you, Monokuma," You quickly respond, “I… really appreciate it."

He stares at you for a moment, watching you cuddle the plush and lay back down. He turns and jumps off your bed, “Well, I guess I’ll be going now…” He waddles to the door, making oddly cute noises with every step, along with the sound of the door creaking open.

Until those noises stops, and you hear Monokuma's voice once again, “Oh, and by the way, that will be an extra 80 dollars along with the 150 million! So ya better pay up for both em!” The door finally slams shut, but not before Monokuma's cackles about how “filthy rich!” he was going to be

You try your best to ignore the now horribly large debts you owe to the bear now, and decide to rest again, this time holding your newly-received present

Maybe you’ll have 5-, 10 more minutes of sleep before fully waking up.
