Starting the Day I’m not a fan of resolutions. The perception of them and what they symbolize, I can do without. They’re extremely limiting, and very black and white. Humans are not black and white in how we go about our lives. So resolutions? No thank you. However, spiritually-speaking the turning of the calendar is a time for renewal. We can change the things we want and leave the same that which works for each of us. Making changes and adjustments allows for us to be nicer to ourselves, not so hard and unforgiving on ourselves.
