fun fact 1: when dean stands up, hands full of cigarettes and shouts out, “hey fellas, who’s ready to deal?” you can see jared grinning and mouthing the line along with jensen.

fun fact 2: jensen celebrated his birthday on location at the prison set during filming of this episode. at the beginning of the day, the 50 extras dressed as prisoners sang “happy birthday” to him in the yard.

dean: you don’t have to.

sam: yes, i do. please.

- okay, well, sorry to depress y’all on a sunday morning 🤣 but i finished yet another supernatural comic, and i swear i’m not trying to make them all one panels, i did have this as a two piece. however, for the life of me i could draw dean, so, y’all get this sammy. amazing, since i can’t draw jared as sam 🤣

i also didn’t expect to roll another season two episode so soon … i like it though, i adore season two so much. and this was a lot of fun, i had plans to put in the background but since this is a hard hitting scene, i wanted full focus on sam instead, so, solid colours blended worked here for me.

i do feel like i made the font too big, but smaller font still made the right side too heavy and i couldn’t find the right balance, either way, “heart” is now finished and i can roll for another number. not sure how fast i could even create these, seeing how i do them when i’m tired. this is my insomnia project 🤣
