No but imagine Buck having amnesia when he wakes up. He sees Eddie and Chris beside him and they both immediately shower him with love and hugs. He doesn't remember who they are but he's been told he was injured and might be out of it, so he assumes that he does know them and makes a guess:
"So you two are my husband and son, right? That's why you never left my side."
Chris is the first to confirm it and Eddie just rolls with it. When the other come to visit, Buck casually refers to Eddie as his husband and not a single god damn one of them corrects him because they're tired of those two idiots pretending they aren't in love.
