SHE'S FINALLY PUT TOGETHER AHHHH

My neck joint snapped IMMEDIATELY when I tried to put on her head, but luckily I had a silicon stopper from my weed cart THAT FIT PERFECTLY!!!!

Her body joints were also a lil floppy but sticky tack fixed that as well!!

All she needs now is some paint and clothes,,,,,

⚙️REBRAND UPDATE!!

Hello! I'm back after a longer break. I was working on writing a splatoon villain + side order (pre release) inspired story, and made a social media persona, a mercury filled bjd/robot!

Howdy there! As a huge fan of Splatoon I decided to purchase head molds for a doll project. I am new to the whole BJD and nenderoid community.

I was wondering if there's any advice on paint for face ups and instructions to cut out eye holes. (Or any recommended methods or tools)

I'll practice on another blank regular nenderoid head instead of these shown on the picture.

It would very helpful thank you!

You know what merch I really want for Splatoon but I know we're never gonna get?

Fashion dolls.

No, not Figmas.

Fashion dolls like Barbie or Bratz or Monster High.

There are so many gear pieces across all 3 games that would make great fashion packs and you could make all the hairstyles wigs so you could switch em out. Eye colors could work like BJD eyes where you pop off the back of the head and just switch em out. You could even sell scaled weapons and food items in accessory packs. Just think what a Crusty Sean food truck playset would look like, or a Lobby playset.

The targeted demographic is kids around 10-14, I know I still played with dolls then. And there are so many adult doll collectors/customizers/photographers that I think there would also be an adult market for them.

I just wanna take pictures of my Octoling doll hanging out with my Draculaura doll, is that too much to ask?
