Can animation be a source of stimming? Because i’ve been watching the movie Doukyuusei and I keep getting tingles and shivers down my body, the same as when I stim. Is this a thing?

Edit: turns out it’s visual stimming! I thought i couldnt get that becuase i dont react to slime or paint videos, but here we are! Also i totally recommend this movie because not only does it have the body-tingles it’s also a great gay romance!!
