They are basically childhood friends to lovers and adopted siblings. Yuuki is the sunshine tomboy girl and he is the loner grumpy guy. Maybe you can also say sunshine x tsundere trope you see all over shoujo lol

The way they fell in love is really up to interpretation bc it’s not explicitly explained. But at first Yuuki didn’t see Zerk as anything another than a childhood friend and adopted little brother until she let him drink her blood which confused her feelings and made her see him romantically. This confused her and him and they spent much of arc 2 in denial over if and zero trying to hate her. They eventually came to terms with it at the ball in chapter 87. Kaname thought that Yuuki being with Zero was the right thing to do and left her with him since he had his own turmoil and depressions. Although zero knew Yuuki also loves him he had to wait for Yuuki to move on from Kaname and he had to acknowledge the place in her heart for Kaname and also love their daughter Ai that came from their love. They overcame all those obstacles and Yuuki eventually moved on and married zero and they had a daughter. They lived a couple hundred years together until zero died protecting a child and none of his remains was left. Yuuki acknowledged she was happy with zero when he died

dylan and ryan absolutely name their kids after the people in their lives/people they look up too:

- chris (biologically ryan’s as they decided to use surrogacy) is the oldest and is named after chris hackett, someone ryan saw as a father figure for many years.

- kaylee and albie (the twins that are biologically dylan’s because they also decided to use surrogacy for these kids as well) are named after kaylee hackett, someone ryan saw as a sister figure for many years, and albert einstein, the man who sparked dylan’s interest in quantum mechanics/physics.
