I think Felix could recognize his feelings bc he felt similarly when falling for Rime. Anisa knows she has a crush on mc and is both terrified and incredibly elated. I have no idea how Rime would react but I bet it’s a mix of self-hate and anger/sadness? Maybe melancholy is a better word? Idk. I don’t think he’d be happy about it at first

You're right that Felix does recognize it from when he was with Rime. And initially that kind of scares him!! Because. You know. The only reason you're here is because he tried to resurrect Rime - for entirely selfish reasons, he realizes that now - and isn't that kinda horrible of him? To drag Rime back from the dead just to fall in love with someone else?

He tries to fight it at first but it doesn't go very well.

He can't really avoid you when he's teaching you magic. He can't stop his laughter when you say something particularly clever, or his heart from swelling when you do something so small yet so thoughtful just for his sake.

It also does not help when you fall asleep on the couch in the study and he turns to tell you something and then he just,, pauses,,, can't help but watch the way the firelight plays on your face and the soft little smile you have as you dream and feel his heart flutter.

I think the moment he really admits it to himself is in the study when he begs Rime not to hurt you. And I think that's when Rime realizes that too.

Ouch.

Anisa Anka

We know Anisa has dated before (I think Ayanna mentions it in Chapter 3? Anisa tried to cook dinner for someone and nearly set the kitchen on fire) so I don't think it's out of the question that she might recognize the feelings. But then we have to ask, why did her other relationships fail?

Well. I think a big part of it was her lying. There comes a point in a relationship where the act of keeping secrets - no matter what they're actually about - causes a strain. The other person has to ask, what exactly is it that Anisa's hiding? And for how long? And does that mean she could hide other things?

Honestly I think half of it is in Anisa's head. She panics and cuts things off whenever her partner starts asking questions.

But you're different. You know one of her greatest secrets - her father's true identity - and you don't seem to really care.

So maybe it's upon realizing that you're so blasé about this that she starts to fall for you.

I think that Anisa probably realized it when you guys were in Rivath and exploring her old house. She realized that she really didn't mind exposing her past if it was you she was showing it too.

Also I think the uh. The confrontation with her father where you defended her probably helped cement it.

Sage Lesath

Man it really does hit Sage like a freight train.

One day you guys are just going on bounty hunts and hanging out at taverns, the next he's pushing you against a wall and kissing you until you're both out of breath and staring at the way your eyes are all half-lidded and your face is flushed and feeling the way your fingers are curled against the back of his neck and

Oh. Oh no.

And then he does deny it. Calls it a crush. Lust. Appreciation for you putting up with his dumb ass.

He starts acting like a tsundere - moreso than usual anyways. Gets huffy when you praise him but still undeniably loves it. Bites when you try to pet him but always ends up purring and nuzzling against you.

And then you're in the cultist temple and that Corrupted grabs you and starts dragging you off, and Sage has to rescue you.

And as he's looking you over to make sure you're okay, feeling his poor overwhelmed heart burn with relief, that he admits to himself that he's hopelessly in love with you.

And then Zenith starts burning and he's able to use his Relic again.

And then the Gramme stuff happens like a day or two later and I start crying

Rime Varela

Man. Okay. So. I always struggle so much with writing Rime because 75% of the time he hates us. And I think the way he acts with Felix is different from the way he would act with you, at least in certain aspects.

Personal headcanon (since it's really all I have to go off of) I think that when you do see Felix and Rime together, the way Rime acts is more along the lines of how he acted when they were first together, before he died. Part of him is afraid that if he lets on just how much he's changed, Felix will be disgusted and leave him.

But he doesn't have that problem with you.

So I think the first time he realizes he's in love with you is when he does something so completely opposite of what he would have done when he was Starsworn - when he was a good boi - and you don't seem phased. You treat him the exact same as you did a minute ago.

Oh he hates you.

But he loves how normal you make him feel, and that's where it all falls apart.

Heyy! I just read gentle moments with Lucifer and I love it so so much. Can I request a hurt/comfort one where Lucifer (accidentally) hurts MC with his words during an argument and how he would try to make up for it. This is my first request on here.

My brain didn't register the "during an argument" part and I only saw it now, after already finishing the fic 🤦🏼‍♀️ so, uh... The hurt part is a little more on the vanilla side, I'm sorry 😭 if you want, I can try to write something with a little more angst sometime, to make up for it.

Also, idk why but I'm always pretty confident for hc's, but for some reason I go into panic mode when it's about oneshots, because I'm always scared it'll suck 😅

Lucifer x Reader

"This is disappointing, MC. Not only disappointing, it's embarrassing. How could you have failed this test?", Lucifer huffed, dropping the papers on his desk. Afterwards he fixed you with a glare, arms crossed in front of his chest.

He knew you were able to do better, which was why he was that disappointed in you. So what had been the cause for you to slack off like that?

"You can't possibly try to tell me that you're too stupid to follow the lessons. Or is that actually it?"

He didn't notice the way you tensed up at his words, neither did he think much about the way you averted your gaze, fumbling with your sleeves the entire time.

"Can I go now?", you murmured, voice wavering as you reached out to grab the test from his desk.

Only then did it all click in his brain. Though before he was able to get another word in, you've pretty much fled from his room.

And Lucifer? He just stood there staring at the door. The image of your broken expression burned into his mind. He knew that it could've probably easily been fixed if he went to apologize to you. There was only one little problem; his pride.

There was no way he'd apologize to anyone for what he'd said. Especially not when it entailed walking after a person to do so.

Not to forget: Lucifer wasn't wrong to begin with.

Then why did he feel so bad? Letting out a long sigh, he sat back down to continue with his paperwork.

Who knew. Maybe you just needed the night to calm down again and everything would be fine in the morning.

Sadly the eldest brother had to realize that it wasn't the case. During breakfast you avoided any eye contact with him, not even once glancing his way. And it didn't take a genius to notice that you still looked just as, if not even more, hurt than the day prior.

Something that sent a wave of guilt crashing over him. He was so used to seeing you cheerful. So knowing that he was the one that caused you to be down made everything even worse. Still he didn't say anything.

Things didn't necessarily get better when you, somehow, managed to not cross his path even once, avoiding him expertly for the rest of the day. Lucifer was well aware that even when he couldn't apologize, he had to do something to make up for hurting you.

When you pretty much holed yourself up in your room after returning from RAD, his first attempt to get on your good side again was setting a tray with your favorite tea down in front of your door. Then sending you a short text to let you know about it.

While he didn't get an answer, he later saw that the tray was gone. It was a start.

Though when he even went as far as offering to take over your cooking duties for the day, since you were obviously not feeling well, and he still didn't receive an answer, he let out a long sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose.

Apparently there was no way around it; he had to swallow his pride. At least partially.

So he made his way to your room again, hesitating slightly, before he finally knocked. No answer. Of course.

"MC? I'm coming in", he announced, then opened the door quietly. Closing it behind himself as soon as he stepped inside.

The first thing he was greeted with was the sight of you curled up into a small ball on your bed. Back turned towards him. Seeing you like that made his heart feel a little heavy...

With a few long strides he was standing next to you, tentatively sinking down on the edge of the mattress, as to not startle you.

"I know you're not stupid", was the first thing he said. At the same time resting one of his gloves hands on your arm. "If you really struggled that much with the topic, you should've just come to me."

Finally you turned around to face him. And while he was glad about you no longer ignoring him, the way you frowned and still looked sad didn't sit right with him.

"I didn't want to bother you, though. You're always so busy."

"Darling", he murmured, voice low but gentle, as he reached out to grab your chin with his thumb and index finger. "I'm never too busy for you. Especially not when you need help. I thought you knew that by now."

You still looked a little unsure, though thankfully the second he wrapped his arms around you and simply pulled you into his lap, he felt you melt into him. Your face buried on his neck, which he used as an opportunity to drop a kiss to your head.

"How about I take you out on a nice dinner, to make up for it? Just you and me."

"Under one condition...", you muttered, voice a little muffled. "I get to choose where we eat and you can't complain about it."

That drew a small chuckle from him.

"Deal..."

In all honesty, he couldn't have cared less about where you two went. The most important thing was that you weren't mad at him anymore and things could go back to normal. Which hopefully included seeing the smile again that he adored so much on you.

im loving the history lesson posts!!! what are you're thoughts on the ruins in Tabantha? based on the memory near the skywatchers and the shrine quests in the region, the stone ruins in tabantha existed about 10,000 years ago and were destroyed or vacated and left to crumble. but the stone structures contrast heavily with the wooden architecture of Rito Village? bUT if i'm remembering correctly the song lyrics go "pride of the rito/pillar to the sky" so the rito stone and tabantha itself has (1)

Ok first off, I AM SO SORRY! I read this ask months ago and I worked on it in my google docs and then I was going pure theory mode and then another person sent in another ask about ruins and I was getting all excited so basically long story short I got so caught up in making a masterlist of all the ruins that I completely forgot about this ask until now... So anon I apologize for the terrible wait but hopefully you’ll still enjoy what I have in planned.

You’ve given me a lot to work with so I’m going to break this up into several posts based on your asks. I’m gonna post them on different days becauseeeee content management, schedules, things.....I’m lazy and also if I posted all my thoughts in one post it would be like a giant book with zero pacing so

The Relationship between Skywatcher Locations and the Cunning of Calamity Ganon

Buckled in ladies, lads, and gentlefolk? It’s time for a history lesson, Part 1 o’ Trois. So today here is

Ancient Ruins, Architectural Parallels, and the Probable Worship of the Fae

So! Let’s start with the ruins of Tabantha. Specifically, the Ancient Columns.

Anon you’re correct in that these ruins are over 10,000 years old. We can not only gather this from the fact that their condition is the same even 100 years ago, meaning they have to be older than a century (see their crumbled state and similar moss patterns) but also from direct lines from the Creating a Champion (CaC) book itself.

However, I’m inclined to believe (for several reasons that I’m going to get into) that these ruins have nothing to do with the “pillar in the sky” as mentioned in the Rito songs. For one, the pillar of Rito village is of an entirely different architectural style, given that it looks like the natural work of wind erosion. And for another, the existence of the Rito village pillar has to have been much younger, around 100 years old, in order to coincide with the Sheikah Shrine quest, as the Sheikah platform thingy has to correlate with the characteristics of the pillar’s shape. Ergo, ergo, ergo, the “pillar in the sky” isn’t 10,000 years old and has no correlation with the Ancient Columns.

Ok so! Back to the actual ruins themselves and what we can analyze from them.

Circled above is every instance of ruins in the Tabantha region. Although I should specify that I’m talking about the Ancient Hylian ruins, as that is the type that is most notably scattered across this area.

We know that all these ruins are off the same civilization because of their style and material.

In addition, we can also tell from ruin maps in the CaC book that these ruins are from the same Hylian civilization, as well as the important detail that these ruins were centered around the Goddess.

Citing that other screenshot at the beginning on the Ancient Hylian Culture, these ruins were built around the same time as the Sacred Springs, so I think it’s safe to assume that these ruins had a religious purpose.

But I can take this one step further! Up until now, all this information has been based on interpretations from the botw ruins and official info alone, but if we take into account the real life counterparts/parallels, I can prove the exact purpose to what these ruins are for!

Firstly, these ruins are obviously inspired by architecture in Ancient Greece, and other old Empires (like the Romans and Byzantines) across the Mediterranean.

We also know that the ruins are constructed out of limestone. One, because moss is able to grow on it, so it is unlikely that it is marble. And two, we can see the actual limestone texture when seeing the broken parts of certain columns and walls.

[and kinda quick side note here: but the existence of large limestone rich structures 10,000 years ago gives more credit to the theory that Botw takes place after a large flood, notably the events of Wind Waker. One, because limestone is a material mined near the sea, as seen with the Island of Paros and Naxos for the Ancient Greeks. And Two, this ancient sea was directly mentioned in the description for botw rock salt. And also Three, this explains the weird placement of certain structures, such as the buildings placed on suspended and isolated rocky plateaus like the ones I showed earlier by the Skywatchers. So there’s your mini theory which kinda proves that the Tanagar Canyon was probably an ocean trench at one point and it also still proves my connection of the Ancient Hylian ruins being parallels to the Ancient Greeks and all that because...ocean. Greece, peninsula, hundreds of islands, lots of quarries in Hyrule by the sea. Akkala is by the sea, there’s quarries, also the islands with mining equipment like Tingle Island. You get it by now right?]

Anyway. Greeks, Romans, polytheistic gods, temples for sacrifices, limestone, yadayadayada. Safe to assume that these Hylian ruins were of a civilization centered around a temple of some sort worshiping a powerful being, or beings, such Hylia. Hurray! Theory seems done.

BUT!

I can take it

A step FURTHER!!!

You see, I was originally gonna leave this post at that. The Ancient Columns are of an Ancient Hylian civilization 10,000 years ago that worshiped some higher powers. “Great!” I think to myself. “Time to get all my screenshots so that my ADHD followers wont die immediately”

But but but! As I was spending an hour or so getting said screenshots, I took this picture right here and came across a revelation so bright you could have placed a light bulb over my head...

A pretty enough capture, got a nice aerial view of the ruins, the suspended island thing in the middle of the path... nice view of Tanagar Canyon and the Ancient Columns, the sunset is all pretty and—Oh hey! The Great Fairy Fountain is there. Heh, that’s nice. You know it’s kinda weird that it’s just plopped right in the middle of all these Ancient ruin and temp—

BAadaBing, badaBoom, ladies, lads, and gentlefolk! I’m here to tell ya that these giant fae ladies were once worshiped by 10,000 year old Hylian civilizations. And not just this fairy mind you, but all four of them.

First piece of evidence? The proximity of 10,000 year old structures to every Great Fairy. Mind you, these are the most rare type of ruin in the game. 90% of the ruins are of settlements destroyed 100 years ago by the Calamity, and then the other 10% is still divide up between the Ancient Sheikah and Zonai. So I find it quite interesting that almost every case these special ruined civilizations are near a Great Fairy. [Uh, spoilers for all the Great Fairy locations btw]

First, of course, you got the Great Fairy in Tabantha.

Then you got the one in Akkala, by the Torrin Wetlands (again, the highlights in yellow are of the canonical 10,000 year old Hylian ruins)

The Lanayru Promenade isn’t even up for debate at this point....I mean it was the parade ground for the ceremony up to the Spring of Wisdom. How much more “Ancient Hylian” can you get then that?

The only kinda iffy one is the Great Fairy in the Gerudo desert, but even THEN this fairy is by two out of the three only instances of 10,000 year old ruins in the entire desert, the third instance being the Zonai labyrinth.

But, sure. Correlation might not equal causation. But I think the picture becomes all the more clear when you take a look at the timeline of events!

Note that no one in Hyrule really knows what the fairies are all about. Sure, you got that one researched in Tabantha that knew about one of them, and some of the elders in Kakariko had a sort of understanding that a fairy was their neighbor. However, their stance was that of wariness and caution, and they very much did not worship or give offerings to them. Dorian, for example explicitly shows suspicion towards the fairy, and thinks they might be dangerous. (Which, to be fair, is valid if you’ve ever read ANYTHING about the fae)

My point is, people don’t know what the Great Fairies are, or what their powers, motives, or *anything* really are. Sure, 100 years might have passed, but it would be pretty hard to forget something as eye catching as the fae. The people of Hyrule can remember century old white horses, cook books, treasure locations, ancient songs, and vague legends, but the majority of them don’t know about the Giant (seriously, it’s right in the name) Fairy Fountains?!

That is, of course, under the assumption that the Great Fairies existence was known 100 years ago. But what if it wasn’t?

You might be inclined to assume that the fairies lost their power because the Calamity prevented them from getting offerings 100 years ago, but in truth, there is no evidence whatsoever saying that their lack of power originated at the rise of Calamity.

It’s entirely likely that they haven’t been sitting around for 100 years, but 10,000, or even more. It explains why no one knows anything about them, and also their proximity to the ruins.

A beautiful spring you say? You power is directly correlated to offerings you say?

Gee if only there was some ancient civilization that existed a long time ago, that has ties to old religious practices, temples, and polytheistic, which has parallels to the Ancient Greeks and Romans who build their civilizations centering around certain gods and offerings to said powers, and also if only these said civilizations were nearby to all of the fae oh WAIT!

Even when Link gives his offerings, the results are only that of the Great Fairy Fountain blooming, not an entire spring. Could an entire spring existed long ago, providing for the hundreds or thousands of people who worshiped the fae? Who’s to say that these old 10,000 year old civilizations gave offerings to the fae not only for the magic and all that, but for the vitality and life that they provide? Who’s to say that those earlier relief arts of warriors on chariots were of people with enhanced armour. Fairies that give you magic defense would be quit helpful for a civilization that liked to battle... the possibilities are endless....

TL;DR, the Ancient Columns, along with the other 10,000 year old Hylian structures, were constructed for religious purposes, centering around the Great Fairies, who accepted their offerings in exchange for the vitality of their springs, as well as their enchantments.

So! That’s that. Can you believe this is just me tackling only one aspect of anon’s ask? I realize that the majority of the ask was about the Rito but...oops! That’s why I split it into parts. [When I post the other posts I’ll update the contents at the top to link to them]

Apologies for the long wait but your favorite long asks anon is here and OOF so much has happened. Let us break it down one by one lol

Monsta x our beans, welp we can officially say we are army wives for them because shownu is now at the military and just welp this feels weird lol. I lowkey forgot he was meant to enlist so when the news came out I went through so many emotions. Its why the latest comeback feels a bit bittersweet to me. It is their BEST for sure and for this year, I agree so to not see him perform right before he left is a bit sad. I don't blame him of course (if anyone does i am fish slapping you) but just a shame. I'm happy we do get content with him still? Seems pre-planned so that is nice!

Onto legends exo, fantastic comeback. I cannot stop listening to the album, its just bops full of bops to me. They broke so many records and I'm over here sipping my tea because fudge yes. It isn't a full member comeback, 2 of the members featured in the comeback are off playing call of duty and they still did THAT. While having lay properly in the comeback!? (Or at least some form, better than tempo era!) Kyungsoo my beloved, the man that can swoon you off your feet, his proper solo album. Omg I am just in love? The album feels like a Playlist that you hear while taking a walk or on a raodtrip? I love it, I just love everything about this with how much thought was given. It makes me feel warm and I'm so proud of him (I think he even got a first win) but sadly xiumin got the it shall not be named virus D: I feel so bad and I can only hope he gets better! It makes me worried because I keep seeing more and more idols getting sick and I can't help but wonder why don't the kpop entertainment just put a pause with stuff? Of course that is VERY unrealistic, I am aware that is naive for me to think but its just so idk how to word it properly (my English brain is not working I am sorry) I cannot help the feeling of while I get people are being safe and yes we need to still live like normal beings, is it worth risking idols health just for some entertainment? Idk how to explain my thoughts properly but maybe I hope I made sense!!

Onto svt! That is perfectly fine to not vibe with a comeback! I will admit, I didn't fully vibe with this comeback and it shocked me because every comeback was a hit to me. Even fear, left and right or homerun where I know many fans were split on, I liked but RTL was a grower. For me, listening to it without watching the mv, helped it alot and it is a song I like. Is it their best? No I don't think so but it is alright to say "hey I didn't bop to this, not my cup of tea" (imo I blame the mv? The mv REALLY didn't do the song justice at all, I am sorry if I sound like a fake fan but this mv Just is bad in all aspects. Sure we have some pretty shots but like it just doesn't fit at all?) So if anything listening to the song or wishing the live performances does it better. Seeing the choreography amps the song up more, cannot go wrong with their dancing. As for the rest of the songs, I admit game boy is my top favorite? Idk if it is because I am a gaming nerd and found all the production of the song so creative but yeah. We can wait for the next comeback! Svt always have something up their sleeves, plus we do have their music projects to look forward too (I wonder when we will get one? Seeing as RTL promotions stopped) some positive news with the boys is they resigned like a year before their contract ends and I'm a bit emotional :') I'm excited to see the boys future projects. We did have caratland recently! Did you watch it if I may ask? We did get in the soop confirmation so I'm excited to watch that, the boys deserve that nice break (even if it was filmed for a show fjsbsns)

our shownu is at war *looks into the distance* *wipes away tear* *sighs* by now I got used to enlistment news (see what happens when you stan 2nd and 3rd gen groups) but STILL [[IT HURT]] when they uploaded the monchannel videos of his goodbye day like ????? what kind of twisted mind diuhdfuihdifuhs but the boys were all so cute and soft but they seemed so sad they didn't want to let go of their super leader :(( I hope he's learning lots and making new friends (and also we've got our international super spy yoo kihyun giving us small updates on him every now and then so everything's fine!). Yeah I totally get you it felt empty without him this comeback and at first it didn't really clicked with me but when the enlistment news came out i understood he had to take care of his health and thoroughly check on his eye sight in order to be 100% ready for the military so it made sense he had to be absent :( everything was so close (the comeback and enlistment) that I'm sure there was no other way for doing it I'm pretty sure he couldn't maybe postpone the enlistment day any further

onto exo! my ksoo my soft boi my romantic boi 🥺 his album is so him SO HIM i can't explain it bur it's just HIM you know it's the type of album you'd play on loop on a summer afternoon when you've taken your papers and paints outside in the garden to paint a bit with the warm soft breeze moving the trees lightly 🤧 and he signs in English and SPANISH (he did it for me) my multilingual king he's a native. Also I've been watching Honeymoon Tavern with Jongin these days and OMG i could d word for him really (if you haven's watched it go do it when you have time) he's SO SOFT and SO CUTE and he works as a waiter and a wedding planner and helps with the room preparations and is also a tour guide and he's just so cute so happy al the time the way he interacts with everyone is so 🥺🤧😭 onto more serious stuff now: yeah i was so worried about minseok catching covid omg but i'm glad he went through it with our any major complication and the rest of the boys are safe too! I guess the industry doesn't stop bc that would mean a huge loss of thousands and thousands of dollars/won/etc so as long as the gov doesn't prohibit going out or gathering like at the beginning of the pandemic, they'll keep on going with the idols' schedules otherwise the industry would just shut down having no way of earning money to sustain all the companies and idols.

as for seventeen! yeah i like the songs too! the mv sure ruined rtl and listening to it without watching it has really helped it grow on me more but still it feels kind of meh to me idk i really like anyone i think it's my favourite from the album. ⛅ Sunset HC

He loves watching the sunset. Once you got to know him, this didn’t seem so strange. As the afternoon began to end, you’d notice him glance toward the sky no matter where you two were, and he’d be a little more distracted if it was an especially clear, beautiful day.

Getting such pretty sunsets wasn’t too common in London, or any city, which is why he preferred being out in the country.

Aberama used to think by himself during these times, but he began to like it when you joined him. He’d have you sit on his lap and chat with him - and if that was too embarrassing - at least sit beside him. During the colder months he’d wrap his jacket around you (and probably put the hat on you too, because you’re too cute).

When he’s feeling particularly sentimental, he’ll tell you all about how beautiful you look with the golden and red colors shining on your eyes and skin. He’ll sweet talk you until the moon comes up.

His favorite sunsets are the fiery orange and red ones that are scattered with clouds. To him, they look like a glimpse of heaven... he often thinks these are the only looks he’ll get of that place.

💎 Marriage HC

It was obvious when he was smitten with you, and more obvious that he wanted something more long-term. He’s actually quite a romantic man, in spite of his occupation, and he wanted to make a life with you. He thought you were just perfect.

Your wedding was modest, but surrounded with family and the reception is lively. Plenty of dancing, drinking, music and laughter, and his family put together a new wagon that was decorated in flowers and vines, just for you. Aberama couldn’t keep you out of his lap or his arms the whole time.

Depending on your preferences, you either had a small cottage in a village or you stayed with his family in the wagons. He preferred to be clean and in a change of clothes before holding you again.

He doesn’t discuss his jobs with you, period. He doesn’t want you getting tangled up in them, and he’s expressly forbid his men and Bonnie from discussing it with you. Even if it frustrates and worries you, he doesn’t budge on this decision.

If you didn’t know Romani, he’d gradually teach you. Since he wasn’t around all the time, Bonnie and his daughters would help.

He’s very delighted that you get along with his children, especially the younger girls, who don’t remember much of their mother. As much as he’d love children with you, he’d understand if his were more than enough.

Bonnie sees you as more of an older sister figure than a mother - since he still remembers his mom - but you two still get along great. You’re usually patching him up after a boxing match or cooking him filling food. He’s glad you made his dad happy, but could you two please stop being so sappy in front of him and his friends? Once Tommy meets you and realizes how much Aberama dotes on you, he makes a point to invite you to gatherings together. He hopes you’ll calm the man down or act as a pacifying presence. It ... sort of works. While he is in a better mood with you on his arm, he’s also far more likely to bash the teeth out of any man who disrespects you.

He’ll bash the teeth out of his own men if they dare the same thing, and that’s if they’re lucky. Bonnie doesn’t tell you, but he’s seen his father send more than one man to a ditch for insulting you and your family (especially if you were non-Romani).

No matter what, he’d be protective of you, but it would happen behind the scenes. He wouldn’t want you to feel like he was being possessive or suffocating, so he’ll have a guard or two quietly watch your home when he’ s away, and he’ll deal with the before mentioned troublesome men on his own.

This has led to situations where you go to him in a panic, saying a strange man has been following you and standing around the house. He grabs his gun and investigates and ... it’s one of his idiots. “Be more careful, would you? Just go the fuck home, I’m here anyway.”

When he comes back he acts like he chased off some scary robber and you play along and give him plenty of kisses.

Basically, you two have a very loving, sappy marriage that makes people forget he’s one of the deadliest guns-for-hire in England.

💤 Napping HC

Aberama hardly ever naps, but he can fall asleep anywhere. You have no idea how he does it. He can do sitting in a horse, leaning against a wall or standing up.

His “technical” naps are when he gets back from a job in the middle of the afternoon. He’d been up for days at that point, and he collapses on the couch and tells you he’s just going to rest his eyes for a few moments. You eventually gently wake him.

Still, he much prefers to fall asleep next to you. After staying up for an ungodly amount of time, he’ll let you drag him to bed, only if you promise to lie down by his side.

When he sleeps, he reminds you of a cat with how he tucks his head down and curls into himself. Often his face twitches with expressions, but only for a moment.

💥First Fight / Making up HC

Your first fight is also what your subsequent fights and squabbles have been about: The danger of his jobs, and what little you know about them. Aberama wouldn’t give in, curtly telling you there was zero reason for you to be involved.

You knew about these “jobs” while he courted you, and you didn’t delude yourself into thinking he’d stop after you married. But this time he came home with two bullet wounds, and he was gone for two weeks. Couldn’t he at least have sent a man to tell you he was alright? Or where he was? That he was hurt? At least that?

Aberama just dismissed you, which he so rarely did, as he was just as tired and frustrated... Not to mention the wounds. He hoped in the morning, you’d understand, and both your moods would be better.

It wasn’t. You were still pissed, so he left, insisting he’d be back.

You fumed, but began to worry. What if you were too harsh, especially since he was in such bad shape? Maybe he didn’t want to worry you, or maybe someone was on his trail and he didn’t want anything coming back to you. He always kept you and his daughters out of his messes. Maybe ...

Your mind began to race, and you were feeling frustrated and emotional all over again. You decided to go look for him, it wouldn’t be hard. Right as you opened the door, Aberama was walking up to the doorstep. He had bought your favorite flowers and he quickly pulled you into an embrace.

While he still thought he was doing what was best for your safety, he understood your worry and recognized he was dismissing your concerns. He said all this, giving you plenty of kisses and apologies.

He wanted to make love to you to show you how truly sorry he was but those bullet wounds were kind of, you know, painful as all hell. Aberama was still gonna go for it but you insisted “cuddles until that’s healed”.

🌸Kissing HC

There’s no such thing as chaste kisses or pecks unless he’s truly in a hurry. He feels so much for you that those just seem inadequate displays of affection.

Whenever he kisses you, he wants to properly show his love, although it never does seem like enough. He’ll hold the small of your back and bring you closer, because you always have to be close when he does this. If there’s not many people around, or better - none - he’ll start at your neck and work his way to your lips.

The kisses on your lips are always deep, and you feel yourself pressing back against him. If he has to say goodbye, he’ll make sure it’s longer, and he’ll promptly kiss your cheek and promise to be back soon.

Even when you’re just parting for a few hours while he goes to the boxing ring or you leave to town, he’ll pull you into his embrace and give you a firm kiss. “Behave yourself, dear.” “Aberama, I always tell you that.”

It’s kind of nauseating to anyone who watches, Bonnie has long learned to just walk away

To be sure, it’s very jarring for some of his men to see their terrifying boss turn to his wife, give her a sweet kiss, then turn to them with a sharp gleam in his eye, like he’s daring them to say something.

At home, he often gives you stray kisses on your neck, your cheek, your hand, whatever suits his whims at the time. In bed, even if you aren’t making love, he wants to give you several kisses goodnight. When he walks into the house and you’re already asleep, he’ll give gentle kisses that won’t make you stir. He hopes you can feel them in your dreams.

Hi! I saw your message a while ago, but I was getting home and my grandmother was watching this reality show (Big Brother Brazil), where this guy had been emotionally abusing his show girlfriend, and today they kicked him out, after a judge’s verdict. I’m still very shaken from the situation and the girl’s reaction, and it made me think of what’s happening on Supergirl rn. I was not looking for an association or anything, but it was impossible not to. The difference here being in one it was real life happening and in Supergirl they chose to write that. The guy was cute sometimes (apparently, some people even ‘shipped’ them) he hugged and kissed her and kissed her feet and everything and told her he’d always take care of her, but they fought all the time, he was very aggressive with everyone, mostly his girlfriend, he humiliated her, he guilt-tripped her, he diminished her feelings. Honestly, everything I saw about these two could be a direct parallel to so many scenes in supergirl including the girl’s reaction to him leaving. That was the most heartbreaking of all; when told she was being abused and they had to take him away from the show, the girl cried, said it shouldn’t be happening, he didn’t mean to hurt her, he was just stressed. She blamed herself, said that this was only happening because of her, because he was there so she wasn’t left alone, and if he hadn’t stayed because of her nothing of this would be happening to him. She said that she didn’t say anything because she didn’t want to jeopardize him, and that she told herself she would just let him do anything he wanted without saying anything because she didn’t want to fight anymore. I watched a clip of one of their fights, which was the one that caused the justice/law to be involved, and it’s absolutely terrifying, he didn’t let her break up with him, she called him out on his actions and he talked over at her, didn’t let her talk, he yelled in her face, he backed her into a corner with his finger in her face pressing her against the wall whilst yelling with his face touching hers. But even if I hadn’t seen the video, just the girl’s reaction to him being sent away and them saying it was because of how he was treating her, just that was enough to see how much he fucked this poor girls mind. She felt for him, she was concerned about what was going to happen to him, and that he was going to blame her for pressing charges (which she didn’t), she felt guilty for him being punished because she felt like she put him in that position…

I’m not saying I wasn’t concerned about this direction of the show before, or that you can only feel sympathy after experiencing things in some way or another. But I’m just really really shaken about this, seeing all of this made me even more scared for what they are doing on Supergirl.

One thing that really struck me was another girl on the rs, who said that we get mad when we see this happening to others but we let things happen to us because we’re so used to taking in our own shit that we don’t even notice when something big is happening to us. This poor young girl got so used to taking in the shit he had been throwing her, so used to the things he did to her and she liked him so much, that she hasn’t accepted that it happened to her, even with the bruises and everyone telling her, the show’s host telling her, she still didn’t believe or accept that she was a victim, that he was wrong, she continued to excuse him because ‘it wasn’t his fault, he was angry and stressed, he wasn’t going to really hurt me’.

I’m sorry, I needed to let this out (that’s not even half of it, but oh well). I was done talking about Supergirl’s fuck ups, but this just got to me (and honestly, it should have affected everyone who watched it, people excusing him or making jokes about this situation or even saying this is all a scene and she’ll win the show and the money and then all will be okay and she won’t even be sad [my stepfather actually said this], those people are disgusting)

Merlin is a douche and Morgana deserved better. I don’t even care if I’d win, I just want to fight him. Rich pretentious dudes scare me, I went to private school, rich boys terrify me to no end, like major anxiety attack at seeing one of my old classmates in my uni, so I wouldn’t be able to fight the frontier guy, I think, I haven’t seen it yet, only the first episode, so maybe my answer will change.

I like all types of pizza, all of them. PIZZA! But I don’t like red meat, onions, mushrooms, peas, corn or garlic. My favorite is chicken as plain as it is, but I’ll try a lot of things too. And I sometimes eat the crust but not when I’m in a restaurant because it’s just smarter to not eat the crust so you can try more flavors. 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 I’ve always wanted to make pizza, I like baking and cooking, so I really want to try it, it’s so cool that you do it.

I did not ship Lucy and Mina, I think Mina was too unfair and harsh to Lucy and her reaction was really gross (in my opinion) and it made me very very angry, including the Jonathan situation later on (in which she blamed Lucy, the victim) and telling it to Alexander, and then his reaction was really really disgusting and made me so angry for a very long time, so much that his words still stay with me “ If you insist on acting like a monster, I’m going to make you one.” One could interpret here that being a lesbian, being manipulated and being treated like shit by a jealous and angry man (who was very aggressive on top of that) is ‘acting like a monster’, because that’s what happened to her and she felt ashamed and she tried to talk to Mina and Mina didn’t let her and told her to leave. In this situation Mina was horrible; though in others she was also mistreated, so she also did deserve better, better than Johnathan and better than ‘her soulmate’ the stalker, Alexander. But I can totally see why people ship them, I did too, but the reactions were too harsh for me to look past for a ship.

2x17 was terrible and I’m only still watching this because of Lena, otherwise, I would have already lost all the interest in this that was my favorite show.

I had a very crazy day, and I would totally talk about it if this wasn’t already huge, so I’ll just say I had a boring seminar and a huge convo/discussion about How I Met Your Mother, it was awesome.

Now for the riddle, it’s a person. In the morning = baby, ‘walks’ on four legs; in the afternoon = child/teen/adult, walks on two legs; and in the evening = old age, adds a cane. 😁😎
