i saw your post about drawing requests for mafia 2. i have two but you don’t have to do both. maybe a young henry when he first started working for clemente and then i was thinking of a conflicted joe when he was told to whack vito by falcone (before the scene in the observatory)
first of all: thank you, i really liked both requests!!
1) i've been thinking a lot lately about Henry's youth and his family, but really only had the energy for a silly sketch. i love the idea of Henry having a hard time with winter in Empire Bay when he moved there!! bc winter is really terrible thing when you have a southern origin😭 poor boy
(and then at 34 he's standing in a jacket during one of the coldest winters on record. what a king)
2) liiiiiiiiiiiterally screamed bc yes yes yes this is so interestning to me
i honestly have a hard timeunderstanding how Falcone could have gotten Joe to kill Vito, considering they've been friends all their lives. the capo's place and the promise to let Joe live doesn't sound very convincing to me idk idk. like come on, this man shot up an entire chinese restaurant just because Henry was killed. and they weren't even lifelong friends like Vito and Joe. why he did that is the kind of thing i want to think about a lot (but later)
