My Love is Autumn --- For me, love is autumn; Its beauty isn’t realised until it’s fallen, Until the brown and orange glow of the leaves take over the hazel sunsets and until I am sitting on a bench thinking of past, present, and future loves. My love is autumn because it has chances; second, third, fourth, and innumerable chances till I find the right warmth, That right warmth will embrace me on a chilly autumn night when the transition from autumn to winter is inevitable. I want to give myself that chance, I don’t want a religious stigma or a piece of legal paper to tell me whether I can love again or not; because nothing can define love nor can stop it from happening. When you are stripped off your respect and desire to live in the name of love, that is disgrace in disguise; not love, And I, want to embrace grace again, I want to give my heart the chances it deserves, the chances I have taken away from and the chances I have given it but I failed to behold the broken pieces as it bled rivers of sorrow.
